Surprised by the excellent hotel in a service area off the main road. Very quiet. Really nice property with large comfortable bedroom. Used good cafe in the adjacent petrol station, which had good choice and good quality. Versus helpful staff. Would use again.

Great location but we arrived on Sunday evening and the restaurant was closed. We did manage to get a meal in the services next door. We also took breakfast there next morning, as the waiter in the hotel cafeteria was so rude to my wife. Reception staff throughout our stay were most helpful. Room was spacious and well equipped.

I ate next door at the cafeteria twice and my food was ready quickly. There was a party in the courtyard but I couldn’t hear it over the air. The a/c gets COLD! They also let me store my luggage for a few hours after checkout which was so helpful. Thank you!

Hotel correcto en las afueras de Badajoz pegando a la autovia, al lado de una gasolinera para pasarbuna noche de paso. Desayuno de la cafeteria tipica de bar de carretera, sin mimo alguno para los huéspedes del hotel. Recepcion amables. Sistema de ventilacion deberian de limpiarlo. Soy alergicova los acaros y pase una noche fatal con asma a tope. No repetire.

Me he alojado bastantes veces en el hotel, se celebraban eventos tipo bodas pero nunca me había sucedido lo de esta ocasión. Se celebraron del orden de seis comuniones y los niños tomaron el hotel pensando que era un parque de Disney. Subían y bajan con los ascensores, corrían por los pasillos, llamaban a las puertas y corrían gritando. Entiendo que son niños, pero no se debe de molestar a los huéspedes. Naturalmente los padres son los primeros responsables, pero si no asumen su responsabilidad es la dirección del hotel la que debe de tener previsto que esto suceda y debe de tomar las medidas oportunas.

It is advertised with two restaurants, one a cafeteria. After a long hard drive from Santander to Badajoz. On arriving my partner tried to check is both in having to compete two ridiculously long forms, never having to do so before. I was seated as l am disabled they needed my signature. On here return to the desk, the clerk dicided to check in a goup of six. NOT impressed. On asking what time the restaurant was serving dinner the answer was it's closed. No expliction or apology. Use the cafeteria only to find it was in the adjoining service station. Again NOT impressed. At breakfast there was a container for hot food in which Nothing appeared in the 45 minutes we were there poor selection with over ripe bananas on disply.
