Very clean place, easy check-in with instructions sent well in advance, convenient and beautiful location. Well maintained and good option for laundry. Parking was a bit tricky to find at first and in the dark, could use a bit more signage at the street to help with that but was not a problem and easy to get into once we found it.

Nice rooms and clean. Well appointed. The only complaint is the listing said “parking available” but that actually meant there’s public parking and if you can find a space, you have to pay for it. Overall very good and I recommend.

Ein Tag vor unserer Anreise hatte das Hotel Neueröffnung. Wir fanden also ein nagelneues Hotel vor. Wir sind mit zwei Familien und zwei Kindern angereist. Das Hotel bot alles, was man braucht. Wir waren restlos begeistert von unserer Unterkunft. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Ausstattung der Zimmer war vollkommen in Ordnung. Im Flur gibt es sogar einen Schrank, in dem man Dinge und Utensilien für den täglichen Gebrauch finden kann. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass das Konzept des Hotels wie ein eigenes Zuhause aufgebaut ist. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet: mit Kochfeld, Kühlschrank und sogar einer Geschirrspülmaschine. Eine komplette Küchenzeile mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ist vorhanden, sodass man problemlos in seinem Zimmer kochen kann. Man hat wirklich an alles gedacht. Die Parkplätze befinden sich hinter dem Hotel und können kostenlos genutzt werden. Wir waren mit dem Hotel sehr, sehr, sehr zufrieden und können es ohne schlechtes Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Kaffee konnte man auch am Nachmittag kostenlos bekommen. Das Self-Check-in hat hervorragend funktioniert. Wir würden das Hotel jedem empfehlen – besonders Familien mit Kindern. Wir sind absolut begeistert und werden bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in der Nähe auf jeden Fall wieder dieses Hotel wählen.

Very clean, nice big rooms with comfortable beds. Super tea and coffee facilities 24 hours a day and very good breakfast. It was a bit warm in ground floor room next to the road, so was too noisy and insecure to open the windows. Expedia states that parking is included, (one of the reasons we selected this hotel) this is incorrect it is €20 a night. We had to contact the hotel to arrange this and spaces are very limited.

We were family of 5. There was a laundry included which was terrific! We did find the room hot as there aren’t any AC but was given a fan upon request. There were also mosquitos and bugs that bothered us ( we came down with rashes). The lady was v sweet and answered questions and helped out with stuff. There’s food service to purchase however some of the stuff was no listed on the app. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay and got good tips from staff

Nytt och fräscht hotell. Stökigt med parkering och endast en plats för Elbilsladdning. Bra frukost. Avsaknaden av AC berörde oss inte men om det hade varit varmare hade det varit en stor nackdel.

One of the best places we stayed at. It’s a self service hotel with no personal contact except for breakfast. But you are able to contact anyone if needed. The room was amazing, clean and spacious. There is sitting area next to breakfast room that can be accessed 24 hours with free coffee, tea and water. They do have snacks, soft drink, beer and wine that can be bought through an app. It has many restaurants in walking distance and is the perfect location if you are visiting Stoos ridge and Rigi Mountain. Really recommend this place.

It was a new facility and very clean, but there was NO Air conditioner and it was soooo hot. We were just provided with two small fans. We ended up sleeping with our windows open( we were in the second floor), but it was still too hot. (We booked a room with bunker beds for kids and the ceiling was very low for that. To be fair, the breakfast was decent, the service person was very friendly, and the facility was clean ( except some new paint smell?). However, I paid $400 per night , and expected a bit more. Wouldn’t recommend for hot summer days!

Lake view was disappointing. Obstructed from the pizzeria across the street, still beautiful but not quite what I was expecting. Check in was rough. I was unable to use my phone or the tablet in the lobby and had to call several times before reaching a person to help. Once we did, they were friendly and helpful. All staff we interacted with were very kind and the room was nice. Bed was stiff.

Das Hotel ist noch sehr neu und perfekt für den Aufenthalt von Familien vorbereitet: Großer Zimmer mit Küche, Verdunklungsrollos gute Schallisolierung und einen "Schrank für alle Fälle".

Check in ging wat moeizaam, systeem liep vast. Noodnummer gebeld en het probleem kon op afstand opgelost worden. Kamer was ruim. Voor ons gezin met vier kinderen ideaal. Jammer dat er geen airco in de kamer was. Wel twee ventilatoren, waarvan er maar één werkte. Raam opendoen was niet echt een optie vanwege auto’s die langsreden en veel lawaai maakten. Desondanks redelijk geslapen en volgende ochtend goed ontbijt kunnen nuttigen om weer verder te reizen.

For the price I paid, this hotel felt very overpriced. There was no air-conditioner and not even a fan provided, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. Since the hotel operates on a self-check-in concept without staff or a front desk, there was no one available to assist us in dealing with the heat. To make matters worse, the only window opened directly onto the street, which made it unsafe to leave open. Overall, a disappointing experience and not worth the cost.

Zimmer sehr schön und neu. Wir hatten online unser Zimmer umgebucht, da eine Person weniger mitreiste. Online war alles bestätigt, beim Check in haben wir dann leider doch das andere Zimmer zugeteilt bekommen, mit 4 Einzel Betten anstatt einem Doppelbett. Sonst war aber alles wirklich schön und unkompliziert.

I was unable to use my phone or the tablet in the lobby and had to call several times before reaching a person to help. Once we did, they were friendly and helpful. All staff we interacted with were very kind and the room was nice. Bed was stiff.

Ein Tag vor unserer Anreise hatte das Hotel Neueröffnung. Wir fanden also ein nagelneues Hotel vor. Wir sind mit zwei Familien und zwei Kindern angereist. Das Hotel bot alles, was man braucht. Wir waren restlos begeistert von unserer Unterkunft. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Ausstattung der Zimmer war vollkommen in Ordnung. Im Flur gibt es sogar einen Schrank, in dem man Dinge und Utensilien für den täglichen Gebrauch finden kann. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass das Konzept des Hotels wie ein eigenes Zuhause aufgebaut ist. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet: mit Kochfeld, Kühlschrank und sogar einer Geschirrspülmaschine. Eine komplette Küchenzeile mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ist vorhanden, sodass man problemlos in seinem Zimmer kochen kann. Man hat wirklich an alles gedacht. Die Parkplätze befinden sich hinter dem Hotel und können kostenlos genutzt werden. Wir waren mit dem Hotel sehr, sehr, sehr zufrieden und können es ohne schlechtes Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Kaffee konnte man auch am Nachmittag kostenlos bekommen. Das Self-Check-in hat hervorragend funktioniert. Check in ging wat moeizaam, systeem liep vast. Noodnummer gebeld en het probleem kon op afstand opgelost worden. Kamer was ruim. Voor ons gezin met vier kinderen ideaal. Jammer dat er geen airco in de kamer was. Wel twee ventilatoren, waarvan er maar één werkte. Raam opendoen was niet echt een optie vanwege auto’s die langsreden en veel lawaai maakten. Desondanks redelijk geslapen en volgende ochtend goed ontbijt kunnen nuttigen om weer verder te reizen.

We were family of 5. There was a laundry included which was terrific! We did find the room hot as there aren’t any AC but was given a fan upon request. There were also mosquitos and bugs that bothered us ( we came down with rashes). The lady was v sweet and answered questions and helped out with stuff. There’s food service to purchase however some of the stuff was no listed on the app. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay and got good tips from staff

Very clean place, easy check-in with instructions sent well in advance, convenient and beautiful location. Well maintained and good option for laundry. Parking was a bit tricky to find at first and in the dark, could use a bit more signage at the street to help with that but was not a problem and easy to get into once we found it.

취리히 호텔이 너무 비싸서 바로 렌트카 빌려서 여기로 왔는데 너무 만족했어요. 호텔 앞 호수도 예쁘고 생긴지 얼마 안됐는지 무척 깨끗하고 시설도 좋습니다. 방 구조가 호스텔 같은 느낌이었는데 재밌기도 하고 가족들이랑 각자 침대사용하니 좋았어요. 아침도 간단하지만 딱 먹을 것만 있는 느낌입니다. 리기산 올라가는 알트고다우 역이 차로 5분 거리라 체크인하고 바로 가기 좋아요!

Very clean, nice big rooms with comfortable beds. Super tea and coffee facilities 24 hours a day and very good breakfast. It was a bit warm in ground floor room next to the road, so was too noisy and insecure to open the windows. Expedia states that parking is included, (one of the reasons we selected this hotel) this is incorrect it is €20 a night. We had to contact the hotel to arrange this and spaces are very limited.

El hotel es nuevo y las habitaciones son hermosas, cómodas, los blancos de excelente gusto y calidad. Se encuentra ubicado frente a un lago bellísimo, a unos 25 minutos de Lucerna en coche. El desayuno es de buena calidad pero es muy básico. Definitivamente volvería.

A really great place to stay. Self check in and self service breakfast. We stayed with children and they were super happy with the bunk beds. Might be hard to cook lots there but you could make simple things. Really clean and well maintained. Easy to get the bus down the hill from the station. Would stay again!
