The only thing was at 7 am on weekday mornings it takes a couple extra minutes to get out of the parking lot because people are backed up at the light. The light is a plus because it's easier to get out. Very friendly staff, clean.

This was an overnight quick drive through. We didnt even shower. Breakfast was not served until 7, so we didn't stay for that. The room was clean but the front door was very dirty and not automatic so you had to struggle with the door to move luggage in and out.

One of our rooms smelled heavily of marijuana. Everything was SO SMALL. Even the breakfast area. The AC unit made a terrible noise, like it was going to break, all night long. They also charged $200 in "security deposit". I have yet to see a refund for that.. I will avoid Microtel in the future when looking for a place to stay.

There was bugs everywhere in my room. Even in the microwave! They were crawling on the walls, sink, toilet, tv, bed, towels. The furniture and door frame had white paint on it like it was painted by a 2 year old. There was paint on the chairs outside the elevator. Also the elevator made really bad noises. There was a huge clunk every time it cam down a floor and when the door closed. One of the employees was smoking pot outside while she was working. Will never return!!!

Did not have breakfast so I cant speak to that. But the hotel was clean and quiet and my bed was comfortable. However parking was terrible. The hotel lets semi trucks park longways in the main lot, and its small to begin with. There is a lot behind the hotel but no rear access into the building. I was alone and was not walking all the way around the building in the dark by myself. Two out of the three times I needed to park in the parking lot, there were no spots for me to park in. As for the service, at check-in the lady was very short and seemingly unfriendly but nothing specific to be upset about. She just wasn't very welcoming or personable. This hotel would be a good option if you're only staying a couple of days or you can't get in anywhere else.

Very clean hotel. Staff are friendly. Continental breakfast is basic but staff did a good job at keeping it replenished. No place to sit and lounge so you are restricted to your room. Convenient location when travelling through the city.

Newly renovated hotel, awesome condition. New everything. Only issue was you could smell the primer where it was recently painted. Once it airs a little more won’t be a problem. Nice and quick clerk at check in

The property is remodeled but there is clear construction dust that was not cleaned. The bed were comfortable but sheets were showing signs of wear and tear. The shower was clearly old and not maintained. The breakfast was very mediocre. For the price of one night quick stay it was fine, but they could do a better job at cleaning after the remodel

Staff friendly, rooms were clean but not that big. Rooms are smaller than were use to. No closet to hang shirts and dresses( had a couple of peg hooks to hang clothes from) color scheme not the same in the photo. Even though just remodel not a good job done.

Rooms are small as expected (MICROTEL!), yet extremely well furnished for the size!!! Better furnished then many other hotels with much larger rooms. They have thought everything thru very well and managed to efficiently pack everything into small space to help maximize efficiency and offer great value. Comfortable bed & numerous pillows, hairdryer, iron, microwave, fridge, small desk, coffee maker, nice tv, and much more.

The is an economy hotel that is modern, very clean and easy to get in and out of. Staff was always kind and helpful to us though when we arrived they were away from the desk and no bell to get their attention. Negative-Paper thin walls. Cleaning staff stood in the hall and talked for over half an hour. Neighbors were still playing their TV at 10:30 PM so we were up listening to tv until we found a way to create "white noise" that somewhat blocked it out. I went to sleep anyway. Breakfast in Continental in the true sense with cold options only so you will most likely be eating at at nearby restaurant which is conveniently located nearby. My only real dislike is the paper thin wall.

Continental breakfast was fine to get you going on a trip. No hot breakfast though. We travel a lot and hotel prices are too high since covid.

Newly renovated rooms. Staff was pleasant and engaging. The room was small but clean and good for a night or two. They offer breakfast which was waffle, coffee, cereal. We were pleasantly surprised and would absolutely stop here again.

I had requested two Queen beds and only got one for three people and they said there was nothing else available. The front desk staff when we checked in was very helpful, but the receptionist at checkout was very rude and seemed bothered when we asked a question

The fridge was off when we got there, not knowing if it was broken or not we turned it on and went to dinner; on our way out we told the front desk what was happening and told him we would check again when we got back and let them know if we needed it fixed or a new one… he decided to have someone go in our room when we were gone to check it… exactly what I didn’t want. It was not very nice to do that without our approval.

Nice place for the price. Was convenient to where we needed to be for weekend. Continental breakfast was basic (cereal, fruit, waffle maker, muffins, bagels). Would have loved eggs, sausage, etc. Towels/wash cloths were small and thin but worked. Beds were functional and comfortable but the frames were metal with thin metal covering the bases that made a lot of noise if you kicked them.
