Very dirty. Ice machine was out of order. The “hot breakfast” was only a few sausage links. The room had what appeared to be black mold in the bathroom. The room smelled horrible. Booked two nights but only stayed one. Worst accommodations I have ever had.

Staff was very helpful, rooms were very clean. Did not eat breakfast there, so no comment on that aspect. Pool appears to be permanently closed.

The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, staff was courteous. Easy access. Only things that could be better would be eggs at breakfast and fix the ice machine but nice man at front desk got me ice. I would stay again and would recommend.

My general impression was a lack of cleanliness and maintenance. The room itself was generally clean except if you looked in the corners of the bathroom and the grout between tiles. The sink countertop was badly stained and the toilet showed some brownish marks on the underside of the lid. The refrigerator was not very clean on the inside and appeared to be very poorly maintained as the door was sticking and it was full of accumulated frost. I went looking for ice to put in the bucket and found two broken ice machines on different floors. The ironing board cover was stained all over and it was missing a plastic foot. The iron itself leaked water as it kept shutting off too soon. The drawer of the bedside table on the left side of the bed was stuck closed with a tea bag. Upon removing the tea bag, the drawer would not stay closed. I put the tea bag back in to keep it closed. Breakfast was served promptly in the breakfast room, but the choices were very limited. I opened the large heated keeper expecting to see a meat choice and eggs, but the only choice was link sausage. Otherwise the waffles were good and there was some instant oatmeal that was good.

Parking was easy. Staff was helpful and allowed me to switch rooms since there were people hanging out on balcony right outside my room talking loudly.

As a 77-year-old who has spent decades traveling across the U.S. and abroad, I’ve seen my share of accommodations, good and bad. Unfortunately, our recent stay at the Quality Inn in Bowling Green, KY stands out as one of the worst. First, the property advertised a “hot breakfast,” but there were no eggs available. When I asked the staff, I was told, quite plainly, that “eggs are too expensive.” That’s not just disappointing, it’s misleading. The pool was closed due to a leak that, from conversations with staff, has been an ongoing issue. This was not disclosed at the time of booking. The door to our room was nearly impossible to open, it stuck so badly that my wife couldn’t manage it, and I struggled each time. A safety concern, to say the least. Adding insult to injury, our room was directly across from the outdoor garbage bins, which were emptied—loudly—at 3:45 AM, waking us up abruptly. That level of noise in the middle of the night is entirely unacceptable. These are just a few of the problems we encountered. The overall condition of the facility felt neglected, with an air of indifference from management. I do not write this review lightly, but I hope it helps others make informed decisions. We certainly won’t be returning. In fact if this is the standards of a Quality Inn I will never book another one anywhere.

Stay was good. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Close to everything in town. Check in was a breeze with Tom Wiggins. I was very disappointed with the restaurant, lounge , and pool being closed. I chose this hotel because it said it had those amenities available. We wanted to have a relaxing weekend and have a few drinks and not leave the property. I would have paid more elsewhere had I known that these would not be available. Tom said the restaurant and lounge had been closed for over a month. Management should make sure this is updated in your add and photos. This is very misleading and a false selling point to book your rooms. No one likes to get less than what you are sold.

Nothing like the many quality hotels I’ve stayed in. Pool was closed and covered. The continental breakfast was not opened on the day I stayed there.

Typical hotel exterior and parking. Room smelled weird. Door latch would not stay engaged, but the handle locked. Hair left in sink and dirty bathroom floor, wall, and back of door to shower/toilet area. Toilet did not flush. Beds were hard and we could feel all the springs. Breakfast was very limited- waffles, bagels, sausage, juice, and coffee. Staff seemed friendly. Grateful it was a very short stay.

This hotel is right off of a very busy highway . There is a gas station right next to it. There is noise constantly. The rooms size are okay but they are outdated. Mine smelled like urine. When I took down the bed cover, there was blood on the sheets. There is no excuse for that. There is no way that the maid could have made that bed and not seen that blood so that means that either the sheets weren’t washed or they weren’t changed . They gave me another room, but what else didn’t they clean ? If I didn’t live three hours away I would have drove home . This hotel is a no way. I didn’t even bother going to see about breakfast. There was a big sticky mess outside in front of the door where somebody had spilled something and it had not been cleaned up. Just a disaster all the way around. I have a picture of the blood on the sheets, but couldn’t see where I could add it.

The room itself was just okay. We had no hot water. We found two live roaches in the room. The ice machine on our floor was broken. It appeared to have been broken for a long time. The NOISE was the main issue. We heard very loud pickup trucks at the property next door, driving through the hotel parking lot, and on the highway which is very close to the hotel. The truck noise did not stop until around 3:00 in the morning. Needless to say, we will never stay at a Quality Inn again.

Hair was in the sink and the bathtub. The carpet definitely needs to be vacuumed.

Came in late and went straight to bed. Noticed sheets didn't look really fresh. Woke up finding blood on back of one of the pillows. Do not recommend.

There were roaches all in our room when we turned the light on the next morning

The staff was very delightful, our room was beyond disgusting. Stained up sheets, random small thick black hairs were everywhere… Sink, bathtub, floor.. the place was gross. I am less than impressed. The bottom of the tub was just brown and filthy.

Staff at check in was amiable and pleasant. First glance at room was fine. Then after getting in room found bad rust hard water stain in tub, moldy leak spot on ceiling. Every drawer was dirty inside. The ac filters were so clogged I had to clean them. The most horrible was when I had to move the end table to get to an outlet among the dirt was spit on the floor next to the bed! Oh and the bed felt like only made of springs no material so no sleep!! I wish o could give a better review but it was the worst place I’ve stayed

We guarantee floors that are stickier than a movie theatre and more dust/filth/bodily fluids than Jeffrey Dahmers apartment. Didn’t bring any food? No worries! There’s plenty splattered on the inside of the microwave and refrigerator from previous guests that we are proud to leave behind for you. While we do provide coffee pods in your room, parts will be missing from the coffee maker that’s accompanied by mold to ensure we never have to refill them. Need to blow dry your hair? Our built in hair dryer from 1971 actually catches on fire to ensure it dries in seconds. We provided complimentary dirty underwear in the corner of the room that we will leave after you’ve asked to remove them multiple times to ensure you don’t want to add them to your collection. Blood stains are minimal on the sheets of our fine hotel and we are proud to provide hot breakfast, which will only be 13 day old sausage links that look like they’re straight from the litter box. Seriously one of the worst rooms I’ve ever stayed in. We asked for the room to be cleaned for 3 days and apparently a manager came with the housekeeper to finally pick up the dirty panties left in the corner, would clean nothing else and left their drink inside the room. You’re better off cuddling with a hobo at the bridge and come out cleaner than this place.

There were visible stains on the duvet covers and even a rip in some of the bedding. The door was hard to open easily from inside the room; looked like it’d been repaired several times, possibly. The free breakfast in the morning was pretty pathetic; we got there about halfway through, at 7:30 or so (it was from 6-9 am) and the only thing that was hot available were some sausage links, which tasted like they’d been there since about 5:30. It was hard to tell if there had been other things like eggs but if there were there was none left and no one was attending the area to replenish. It was an easily accessible location right off the interstate, but that’s about the only positive thing to say. We paid $123 including tax and that felt extremely overpriced for what we got.

Stayed there two weeks ago the room was great. Was a little frustrating the TV was out dated in room 201. I travel to see my wife and we wanted to watch some movies but the HDMI would not hook to my laptop and it was not a smart TV. Where as The TV in room 226 was. Other than that things were great.

We arrived 25 minutes before 3pm and were told that there weren't any rooms available yet for check in - that's fine, check in was at 3pm. We came back to the hotel later that evening and checked in. Our door seemed to be stuck but finally opened letting us in the room. The room smelled funny. The bedspread had stains on it, the second bed had hair on the sheets, and the carpet felt sticky. We then got stuck in the room because the door wouldn't open! The whole experience was awful.

I felt like I was at the Indy 500 and a motor cross race!! I did not fall asleep until after 2am. At 11:59 someone started a car below my room, the car idled for over 20 minutes...never left his parking spot. Not sure what was up with that??? I realized I was near a busy street but the loud car motors, motorcycles, and music blurring...started in parking lot. I am not sure what was going on all night, it was a Friday night???

The beds were extremely comfortable and the pillows were the best. Our TV didn't work at all and the bed hit the wall if you moved even a little.

The noise of the nightclub/lounge, located at the same location, does not allow for a good night's sleep.

Room was clean and everything worked like it should have but the hdmi on the tv didnt want to work. it wasnt a smart tv we wanted to just chill and watch a movie together. But could not due to the tv being outdated. but everything else was great

Check in was fine and the front desk lady accommodated my request for a ground floor room. The lock in the room door was not functioning properly and appeared to have been tampered with as it was loosely attached to the door. It was late and we were tired to I barricaded the door with furniture rather than request another room. Breakfast was spartan and the only decent offering, the waffle machine was completely crowded by a youth church group consisting of I’ll-mannered kids who kept “training” on the waffle maker making it impossible for other people, who were there and seated before their arrival, to access the sole waffle maker. Aside from these issues the property was decent and the room was clean. The bed was ok as well.

How the staff at the hotel made a call to make sure that the family needed two rooms

When checking in at night I asked if I could stay an extra hour or two because my business plans got delayed a couple hours. I didn’t want to wear my suit and my car and sit there for more than four hours so I asked if I could stay in the room and have a check out. The late night clerk said that was fine and wrote down a message. In the morning, I get a call from furious gentleman at the front desk telling me he’s going to charge me another night. Stay staying over for two hours. He also yelled at me and told me I need to leave within the next hour or he’s charging me anyway. Furious, I went to the front desk and very calmly asked why couldn’t they honor what I had requested for the reservation. He then yelled at me and told me to leave.

Tom at the front desk was helpful, energetic and fun. We had a problem getting our tv to work, he was at our door in less than 2 minutes, and had it working in one minute. Great guy. However, if you are counting on their breakfast, DON’T! Hard small bagels, no biscuits, only gravy. No eggs, they did have sausage links. Great place to sleep, very comfortable bed.

Nice, king-sized bed. Which felt better to me then my own. The only thing that bothered us, just a little bit, was housekeeping trying to get the rooms clean for the next morning. They kept knocking on the door to see if we had left yet starting it 8:45 in the morning. Don't give me wrong, we were already awake, but we were there to rest and just be together. Check out at 11:00. We are always out by 10:30 or 10:45 it's very latest so we didn't understand this. But I'm sure they were just trying to get done so they could get out of there too.

Everyone that works here is really nice and glad to help with anything you need

The gentleman that checked us in was friendly, talkative, and great to work with. The lady the next mrning not so much. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Location was great and close to the Bee h Bend Raceway. Continental breakfast was a joke. Served sausage and cereal, a few stale muffins. Orange juice was not orange juice. Price as great. Would stay there again.

Great comfortable beds. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Location is a little iffy but my girls and I felt okay.

Staff was very, very friendly, the only thing that made this good instead of exceptional is the fact that the carbon was filthy. I did not take my socks off at any time. And it’s a very noisy neighborhood to be in a highway.

It's ok. They had tractor-trailer parking which was important to me. It's hard to rest because there's a Casey's gas station nearby and the activity level is pretty high.

They lie about a full breakfast and tried to over charge me
