Room: I stayed in the "comfort" room on the top floor. The room smelled bad and was cramped. It had a low and slanted ceiling so I couldn\'t use half the room and I am not very tall. The restroom made the bedroom feel like a penthouse suite. An average adult wouldn\'t be able to standup straight. No hand or bath towels were provided. There is a larger restroom on the first floor, which has a shower. Host: She was supposed to send me the access code to enter the house but i never received it. She didn\'t pick up my call so i asked my gf to contact her before i boarded the flight. Host texted her links to a digital lock app. The link worked on my gf\'s iphone but not on my Android. The app uses Bluetooth to unlock the door so i needed it to work on my phone. I texted the host but she didn\'t respond. She asked my gf to let her know when i reach the property so she can unlock the door. I had booked the room for 3 nights; I ended up leaving the next day morning because the host wouldn\'t respond to my messages and I still didn\'t have an access code. Worst experience and Hotels.com refused to refund me because they couldn\'t also reach the host. Never coming back to this site.
