propre simple , le pommeau de douche n est pas habituel , on se retrouve vite à éponger le sol. Il serait nécessaire d'ajouter des oreillers et un 2 eme tapis sol pour le lavabo . Le personnel est charmant, un parking à 15 euros la journée est très appréciable. Le must c est le petit dej à 11 euros, encadré par Cyril, qui a égayé notre journée et était au petits soins. Merci quel bonheur

Staff at reception spoke very good English which helped despite my best attempts to communicate in French. There is microwave in the lobby which is also handy. The room was also clean and comfortable and a good size. The bathroom was really good as well.

Anreise : die letzten 150 m in Baustelle durch die Absperrung neben dem Hotel rechts in die Sackgasse fahren ,im Hotel Anmelden anschl, in die Garage und mit dem Fahrstuhl auf die Etage, Saubere und gute Garage lohnt sich den Wagen dort sicher abzustellen. Der Empfang war freundlich Das Einchecken in Ordnung,Die Zimmer sind klein und sauber,das Bad super Raumausnutzung mit sehr angenehmer Dusche, Preisleistung ist gut,in der 4.OG durchaus ruhig ( Hauptverkehrsstr ) Die Betten gut u.sauber. Frühstück kann nicht bewertet werden da nicht genutzt, Lyon anders nicht in der Altstadt,Ders Ausgangsort zum Bahnhof TGv und zu den Jardin Bootanique de Lyon ,

Il y avait du vomi dans l’évier bouché … hôtel pratique mais photos trop flatteuses, la chambre pour trois était vraiment petite, lit superposé non indiqué or nous voyageons avec une enfant de 5 ans qui a la bougeotte. Bref, même pour ce prix on peut trouver plus de confort et … de propreté. Accueil sinon aimable et bon rapport qualité prix sur le petit déjeuner

We had a short stay, everything seemed fine until we woke up with bed bug bites and then realized there was an infection. Found mark on pillow and bed bug in the bathroom floor. Complaint to the reception on our way out they said they will look into it and get back to my email. Also they did not have first aid in reception, my partner had a paper cut and we asked for band aid or something in reception and they said they have nothing.

I stayed here with my family and we booked two rooms. It’s true that it’s a budget hotel, but the rooms are extremely small and poorly maintained both the bathrooms and the rooms themselves. At least they were clean. However, the common areas looked dirty and had an unpleasant smell. The surrounding area isn’t very appealing either, although the location is convenient due to its proximity to the train station. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially not for families or those traveling with young children. Overall, I simply wouldn’t recommend it.

It was in an excellent area. Super convenient. No one told me the breakfast was next door so I couldn’t find it for a bit, but when I did it was nice. The vending machine for water was down while I was there but the staff was very pleasant. The room was a good size for just me but it wasn’t very clean. There was another persons hair in the shower and when I went to get into bed it was covered in hair that did not belong to me.

I was a bit disappointed when I first went in, since the pictures is much nicer than actual place. The first room, there might be a sign of bed bug, for the mattress was yellow with black dot. But the stuff there is nice and he give me another good, which is clean. The room is small, simple, where too simple there not even hair dryer.

Room was clean and staff were very friendly. The location was perfect to get around and explore the city. The only thing I would say is it would be nice for enough tea and coffee in the room for 2 people. Breakfast was filling and great for the price.

An ok hotel by train station. I ordered and paid for late check-out until 2 pm, however at 12 a cleaner knocked on the door and told me he had to clean. I was able to convince him to leave me alone, but should not happen when late check-out is paid for and do not disturb sign is on door. Both lamps were broken and also some disturbing scratch on the wall etc, so maintenance could have been better.

15 minutes walking distance from Part-Dieu train station. However, too expensive for what you get. It costed me 137$ for the night!! Room was clean but very small, 2 adults wouldn’t fit in it and with the bare minimum available. No coffee machine, no shampoo, no hair dryer. The hotel looks old and not very confy. Not too welcoming either at the desk. This is an hitel mostly occupied by men so as a women i didn’t feel super at ease. My neighbour has been talking most of the night very loudly.

Room was ok. I had a view over the rooftops to the cathedral in the old town which was nice. Cheaper than many in that area of Lyon and close to train station, which I wanted. It was in need of a makeover though. No nice touches in the room, just very rudimentary. The sheets didn’t really fit the mattress. Tge shower door and shower head needed fixing.

Je n'ai pas eu la chambre que j'avais réservé. J'avais réservé une chambre avec un grand lit et un lit une place. Or nous avions une chañbre avec un lit superposé et un grand lit. Ni moi ni ma mère ne pouvions monter à l'échelle. Nous avons donc partagé le lit. Très décue par la réponse très désagréable de l'hôtel.

Un accueil tres long ...20 minutes d'attente, difficilement acceptable . Facture donnee le lendemain et là encore de l'attente. Petit dejeuner cher vu la qualité : il vaut mieux aller dans un café le prendre.

The hotel was offering a room with a double and a bunk bed when actually our booking stated a double and a twin bed. We spent nearly 3-4 hours sorting out the issue and the Manager on duty was not at all helpful or cooperative. I had to escalate the issue to Hotels.com (Expedia group) to resolve the issue. Please stay away from this hotel as they will advertise a particular room type and then offer you a degraded / smaller room.

L'accueil assuré par un monsieur a été d'une agressivité particulièrement choquante. Ce Monsieur a tenu des propos discriminants envers moi-même à connotation raciste. Sur ma réservation j'avais indiqué que je souhaite être installée dans une chambre double supérieur, si possible au plus au 1er ét (en raison de pbs de santé). D'une part il m'a indiqué qu'il n'est pas mon esclave et qu'il n'est pas tenu de vérifier les demandes de nombreux clients qui sollicitent un traitement spécial, d'autre part il m'a affirmé qu'il est le seul formé dans son travail et que sa collègue au téléphone n'était pas en mesure de prendre le relais et enfin, que les chambres doubles ne sont disponibles qu'au 7è et 8è Etg. A moins d'une mauvaise lecture de ma part, cette dernière précision ne figure pas dans le descriptif de votre site, ce qui a fait dire à ce Mr que je n'ai qu'à voir avec le site de résa. En définitive, il m'a attribué une ch simple au 1er et. laquelle était très sale, et n'était pas équipée conformément à votre présentation. Je lui ai présenté une réclamation et il m'a installée au 7è étg dans une ch qui donne sur le chemin de fer, avec des odeurs et des bruits incessants.. J'ai alors demandé à ma famille de m'héberger pour la nuit et n'ai pas passé la nuit dans la chambre. Je suis déçue. Il est inacceptable d'avoir à faire avec des agents racistes qui manquent de bienveillance.

J'ai alors demandé à ma famille de m'héberger pour la nuit et n'ai pas passé la nuit dans la chambre. Je suis déçue. Il est inacceptable d'avoir à faire avec des agents racistes qui manquent de bienveillance.

Excellent location near the train station (less than 10 minutes walk) and close to eateries and convenience stores (across the street). Room was clean, albeit tight, with a comfortable bed. It is a bit of a walk (about 30 minutes) to Place Bellecour and Vieux Lyon in old town, the main sightsee areas, but close to a Metro stop at Garibaldi or bus stops. All in all, a pleasant stay.

Par contre, restaurant pour le petit déjeuner absolument épouvantable : salle sale, tables non nettoyées, poussière sur le bar, cuisine sale ... et sans compter les toilettes dégueulasses avec du papier toilette partout.... à se demander ce qui s est passé dans cet établissement !!!!

Decepción total!!! Es cierto que solo estábamos de paso y queríamos un hotel cerca de la estación. Vimos que tenia buena nota y en fotos parecía agradable. UN HORROR parece un sitio olvidado, lúgubre, cero acogedor. Las habitaciones sucias y dejadas. Es el típico sitio al que no volvería, añadir que el desayuno terrible, poquísima variedad y todo muy industrial. No me gusta dar esta clase de comentarios pero de verdad fue una decepción absoluta

We would not choose to stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.
