If I could give zero stars I would. 3rd floor room. Old/crusty. Took 3h+ to cool off room and was not adequately cooled well after sun down. Also called desk to ask if they have wifi, no networks displayed as available and booking info showed wifi. Lady on night shift responded in irritated tone-'yes, we have 5 networks'. So i asked why I am not seeing any. She said there must be something wrong w my laptop. Told her no, bc I see my cell hotspot as avaliable. With continued attitude, she finally said 'not all rooms get the signal'. I asked 'if thats the case, do you know which rooms get a network signal?' And she said 'no'. Useless if you need internet for anything. Traveled with large dog. Not pet friendly at all. I specifically called in advance to check if they have staircases exiting side of building when I booked bc my 95lb dog gets skittish w/lobby sliding doors nor does he do elevators. I was told yes but dogs stay on 3rd floor. When we arrived, same man I spoke to by phone said the stairwell exits are locked and only for emergency use. The doors were bolted shut. I should have called the fire dept, seems like a safety issue. it would have become an emergency if dog refused. Luckily I was able to drag my 95lb golden retriever thru 2 sets of sliding doors to the 3rd floor hot as hell room. Stay anywhere else, not worth the higher price for this motel 6. Plenty of other choices including 1 that shares same parking lot or across street behind a nice Sheetz gas station.

Nothing they mention in the advertisement is a lie, elevator broken, pool out of service for year, I order a non smoking room and I got one with smoke smell.

Dirty, the carpets in lobby and hallways stained, looked liked they were not vacuumed. Bed sheets had stains on them, bathroom sink and vanity covered in soap scum, shower stall had gobs of long black hair stuck to the wall. I am sure that nobody cleaned the bathroom after the last guest. Also, there was paint pealing from the walls near the bed. The bathroom floor had 6-8 lose tiles that actully moved when you walked on them. The staff for check-in and check-out were friendly and pleasant but...... I overheard the staff at check-in telling someone that they had a GREATcleaning staff. My experience was not that. I found the condition of my room to be disgusting!!! Also website advertised "free wi-fi". The wi-fi connection didn't last more than a couple minutes if you could even get a connection.

The first towel we grabbed looked like they scrubbed the floor with it. The wash rag on the sink looked like an old dirty cleaning rag. The air conditioner didnt work. We had it at the highest cool setting and the room was terribly hot. I awoke in the middle of the night to see the air conditioner was no longer working. We came to found when morning came the power had been out all night. We had only the lights from our phones. No contact from hotel staff to let us know about the issue. Of course we didnt have water because of the power being out. We got ready in the dark and packed up. Go into the hallway pitch black no emergency lights or anything. We head down the steps which are pitch black. We go to the check out desk the guy apoligizes. Nothing else. Im not asking for anything but 1 there wasnt back up emergency lights which i think is a safety hazard. The employees didnt even check on the guests to make sure they didnt need flashlights or anything else. Will not be staying again

This may have been the worst room we have ever stayed in, it said there was a pool, closed permanently, said continental breakfast all they had was coffee, our room, is so dated, rust in the bathroom, dead flies on the window sill, the only plus was the bed was comfortable totally dissatisfied with the room

Family if four just using the hotel for one night. Rooms are not soundproof, we heard a baby crying and people talking all night. Air conditioning was not working, room hot and uncomfortable for sleeping. Beds were small and very uncomfortable.

I liked the location; It was safe & quiet with plenty of parking space. The motel was clean and front desk personnel were courteous and helpful. The TV channels were limited and fortunately I had my own devices to watch certain channels.

People running upstairs and you can hear everything!! The tv remote didn't work so we turned the TV on using the TV to only have the channels not work and have a fuzzy line through them. The door latch to latch it shut was busted. Offers breakfast and seasonal pool which they don't even have a pool and don't offer breakfast!

When my son and I arrived there was a moldy block of cheese in the fridge, the TV did not work and there was a mouse in our room

Everything was dirty the hallway, the elevator, the rooms were definitely not as advertised. The bathroom floor was absolutely filthy and disgusting. Wi-Fi didn’t work, wouldn’t recommend.

There was mouse poop everywhere!

It started with an extremely rude person at the front desk. They continued into the room. We immediately discovered the remote controlled didn’t work went to go to bed with yellow pillowcases from head. Sweat woke up at 1 o’clock in the morning with a bedbug on my chest, got out of bed, discovered two more on the bed and one more on the wall took photographs showed to the front desk Told me it must just be that room lol walked out across the street. Went to country Inn and suites got a wonderful room. Please stay away. It’s your choice. I have two bedbug bites on me. I Had to leave all my clothing there rather than risk, taking it home with me

This hotel should not be in service at all it says non smoking but it is a smoking property, carpet is black dirty room had bugs inside plus they had to move me 3 times. the first room had some black bugs, the second room they tried to move me the beddings had pee stains on it and blood stain, The 3rd room the shower had stain plus the door was not working they had to open the door with a regular key and said anytime I need to leave they had to come open and close the door The manager seem not to care much either I am still waiting for my refund. But I highly do not recommend this property to anyone. They said they just baught but still why does it look very dirty and health risk.

Floor in room was dirty with hair and dust everywhere, obviously not swept, handprints on mirrors and old water/toothpaste specks on bathroom mirror, ketchup dripped down a wall and wall on other side had dirt all over it. Sheets had (hopefully old) stains. Manager looked at the room and claimed the only thing wrong was a handprint on mirror . We requested a refund and left.

Room was disgusting. Stains, dirt, hair on sheets, smelled like vomit and cleaning supplies at same time. Floor was ripped up, trash on floor. Bathroom was gross.

The room was purported to be cleaned but there was dirt, etc., on the floor. I felt the need to check for bed bugs, lifted up the mattress and saw toenails and other unidentifiable items. No appearance of bed bugs thankfully. The bathroom had fixtures coming off the walls.

It was a nice room and people very nice kept it clean coffee was good. I would give 5 stars but omg the room was over bearing hot and I didnt ask or try to see if the windows opend maybe i should have thats my only complaint.

The tv was pretty bad. The remote didnt work, half of the channels were black screens. Not much to pick from. Hair in the bathtub. Not much around for food except for sheetz. Close to hershey so that was nice.

It was a motel 6 so my expectations weren’t high. No bugs. Good temp. Floor and walls were a little dirty but not a deal breaker. Thin walls. Could hear the neighbors and their kids every move. For a spontaneous one night road trip it was fine

Was not expecting the Hilton for the price, needed somewhere for a one night stay in the area, figured we would try it out, hallway on the third floor reaked of cigarette and weed!! Carpets in the hallway were filthy, there was a huge hole in our bathroom wall, beds were horrible!! Won't stay again

The room was pretty nice but the mattresses were awful. People stood by our door and visited much of the night so the people kept waking us up. The room was okay though. s

The staff are so friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and safe! They remember if you’re a return guest and are just really great people

I booked this hotel months in advance for a concert in town. When I arrived at the hotel following the concert I was told they "ran my card earlier in the day and it was declined so they cancelled my reservation". The reservation was pay upon arrival so I'm not sure why they ran my card prior to my arrival, and there was nothing wrong with my card, I had just used it. There wasn't a hotel available for miles and miles due to the concert in town. I was left without lodging for the evening. I suspect they cancelled my reservation to make a larger profit on someone who wanted to make a same-day reservation. I wouldn't trust this place.

Checked in a little later in the evening— had used Orbitz and booked two rooms— upon arrival— was greeted by a reception that refused to look at my Orbitz reservation & refused to give me the second room. The two staff that were there, especially the evening manager was rude and claimed that there was only one room. We crammed into one room for the evening. Then later claimed that “no one claimed the second room” and refused to provide a refund. Would not trust purchasing room on Orbitz or elsewhere.

The people that must’ve given reviews in the past, must’ve been extremely intoxicated because the quality of the room was poor. The service was poor. We had to call the number just to get the service people to come check us in overall I will not stay here again and for the price they are insane.

Arrived to check-in and was told there third floor was closed. That is the floor fir pets and smoking, both of which I needed and reserved. No offer to make it right. Ended up having to find another hotel. The lady checking me in was nice. The young man, I think a manager, was rude and dusmissive.

From the moment we walked into the motel we were not comfortable. The person behind the desk was in the office and there was no bell to ring, so we just stood there until I finally decided to knock on the wall to get some attention. They checked us into the room, just to turn around and tell us that the concert we were in town for was cancelled. They would not refund the stay or let us reschedule to come back in 3 weeks, but instead charged us full price. They then proceeded to sort through a stack of paper key holders that clearly are reused over and over. After experiencing covid and having the nation become more aware of hygiene and cleanliness in general, It was upsetting to see this. We were put on the third floor and the whole level smelled like smoke. It was so strong it made us feel sick to our stomach. The room was bare and felt dirty. It also smelled like smoke. We didn't even end up staying there because we were nervous about getting bed bugs it felt that dirty. We ended up driving home that night and are very happy with that decision. I would not recommend staying at this motel at all. Do yourself a favor and spend a few more bucks to stay somewhere better!!!

The staff was friendly and the room was clean.

I was surprised that it was a 3 floor building. I feel that the building was simply older but was maintained. I preferred the fact that the rooms were not carpet. The manager, Juan, was so hospitable, available and interested in us having a pleasant stay. And we did, all in all.

Hotel is very convenient location. Check in was quick. The only issue we really had was low water pressure for shower. Would definitely stay again.

I have never stayed at a Motel 6 but this property exceeded my expectations! The parking was accessible, the room was clean and comfortable. The shower was great, no complaints. My daughter, who is very picky about the bed when she travels, was knocked out asleep. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone else

We stayed the night here because we were going to a concert at Hershey Park. It was a 10 minute drive, easy peasy. We would stay here again.

Location was great...easy access to casino and shopping. Price point is good also. Room needs updating bad. Headboard fell off the wall, sink was cracked, half the stations on the tv didnt work. House keeping decided they would just walk into our room at 8:30 am while we were still sleeping. Checkout is 11am. Why would house keeping think it was ok to just stroll into the room at 8:30?

Bed was to soft tv was the worst tv i have ever watched blury pucture horrible sound they have a seasonal pool it is closed i guess summer isnt the right season and over priced for what they offer witch is nothing
