A small construction project is in progress in the lobby; however, breakfast is still served there. To eat at the buffet is $13 a person, or you can order off the menu for about $9. The buffet is similar to the complimentary breakfast provided by other hotels; we ordered poached eggs off of the menu, which were very good. The ambiance for the "restaurant" is just okay, as it is basically tables in the lobby of the hotel. At check-in, I was asked if I wanted room service the next day, and I responded, "Yes, thank you." However, no room service was provided, and I ended up fetching some fresh towels at the front desk. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Even though the hotel was undergoing construction, we were very happy with the hotel. The restaurant/bar was on a limited menu but it all worked out for us. I was surprised that breakfast was not included since I only book hotels that include breakfast.

One of the pillows had blood on it and the comforter had some stains. There were several hairs in between the comforter and the sheets. It was apparent the bedding hadn’t been well cleaned, or cleaned at all. The room had an odd odor when we arrived but when we returned it had aired out.

I stayed in this hotel on the holiday weekend in May. The cost of the room was very high and I was shocked to learn that breakfast was not included. I was initially impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. It was dated but in very good condition. The room was very clean and well maintained, however the heating/air conditioning unit fan was very noisy and could not be turned off. I contacted the desk and was told it would go off automatically. Since the fan did not stop all night it resulted in a very poor night’s sleep. When we checked out I reported my concern to the staff at the desk. She said she would speak to her supervisor who would follow up. After I returned home I made three phone calls, had assurances that I would be called but have not had any follow up.

We had a nice stay. The only problem was that we had a 1st floor room and there was a ground light right outside our window. The shades aren't blackout and the curtains don't close. So the room was at least partially lit all night.

The light outside the window was so bright all night, and blackout curtains are terrible. The air conditioner worked poorly. It was one of the worst nights sleep i ever had. It is a shame because the chain is usually reliable.

The check-in receptionists were warm and charming. I also brought in a bottle of wine, but forgot my opener and the bartender offered to open it for me. She was very accommodating and sweet. Our room was very clean as well. 10/10 would recommend!

Check in was easy and quick, room was clean and comfortable. My wife noticed the toilet was not flushing correctly. Called the front desk and they had a maintenance man there quickly. He worked on it for 1/2 an hour. After that we requested another room, and the hotel was very accommodating. We got a room 3 doors down the hall and had a very pleasant stay. Will certainly stay again next time we are in town.

Upon arrival we were told that the hotels computer system had been down all day and they could not assist us with a room. They could not give us any information and were unwilling and actually rude. We had to get another hotel and I am still waiting for Hilton to respond to my request for a refund. Unbelievable how bad customer service is at Hilton.

Expedia had a terrible location marking. I thought it was next to i81 but I ended drinking 13 miles from i81 to the hotel in very crowded aggressive drivers.
