NIDO Príncipe Pío

O hotel é excelente e muito bem localizado, em frente à estação Príncipe Pío, com acesso fácil a qualquer ponto da cidade. Inclusive, é possível ir a pé até o Palácio Real. Os quartos são amplos, o banheiro é moderno e a cama confortável. O único ponto negativo são os travesseiros: muito moles e finos, o que pode comprometer a qualidade do sono. O quarto possui uma cozinha, mas sem nenhum utensílio disponível não há copos, pratos, talheres ou panelas. No entanto, há um supermercado ótimo no térreo, onde é possível comprar itens descartáveis por cerca de 1 a 2 euros. As áreas comuns são um destaque à parte. A academia me surpreendeu: bem equipada, foi possível manter minha rotina de treinos durante toda a estadia. A área de coworking também é espaçosa, silenciosa e bem estruturada para quem precisa trabalhar. A lavanderia funciona via aplicativo e o valor mínimo para recarga é de 20 euros. Cada lavagem custa 3 euros e a secagem, 2 euros. Os funcionários foram corretos, embora eu não tenha tido muito contato. No geral, o hotel é seguro, bonito e muito bem localizado. Recomendo!

Magnifique hôtel avec énormément de service. Le rooftop offre une vue imprenable sur le palais royal. L’appartement était parfait et très propre. Une belle salle de sport ainsi que beaucoup d’espaces détente.

The property is big, with access to two of the buildings. The room was spacious with a kitchen and fridge. The rooftop was nice with some games and loungers. A lot of space to relax outside. The train station is directly across and it was so easy to navigate around. A lot of sight seeing places were within walking distance! The view from the roof is beautiful :) I would recommend this place.

Really fantastic place to stay, especially if you have a longer time to spend. Equipped with a kitchenette and smoke space, Hotel Nido is new and clean, with good facilities. It has a (paid) laundry also. Highly recommended

Comfortable minimalist hotel with big bathrooms, lots of nice common spaces, a decent gym, laundromat and even a games room and movie room! The curtains could be improved to block out all the light - at the moment the edges let a lot of light in. I really like these kind of hotels that focus on comfort and practicality over appearances.

Laundry facilities and proximity to transportation.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Großes, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer, die beiden Dachterrassen mit Blick auf den Königspalast ein Traum, Fitness- und Yogaraum, tolles Frühstück mit persönliche Service, was will man mehr? Man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen, Metro, Bus, Bahnhof, Einkaufszentrum direkt vor der Tür und mehrere Parks, Madrid Rio gleich nebenan. Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit. Es gab auch vegane und glutenfreie Optionen zum Frühstück. Merkwürdig war nur, dass man eine Küche ohne Teller, Besteck und co hat, das hätte man gegen Gebühr ausleihen können. Dafür gab es aber auch andere tolle Sachen wie eine PlayStation im Ausleihangebot.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour mon fils et moi à l’Hôtel Nido Príncipe Pío à Madrid. Nous avions une chambre twin avec deux grands lits très confortables et une literie de qualité. Tout était parfaitement pensé : chacun disposait de deux serviettes de toilette et d’un tapis de bain, de nombreux rangements étaient disponibles, ainsi qu’une petite cuisine équipée (plaque deux feux, micro-ondes, cafetière Nespresso avec 4 dosettes offertes). Nous avons également apprécié les deux petites bouteilles d’eau et le mot de bienvenue très attentionné. La salle de bain était spacieuse, impeccable, avec une belle douche à l’italienne. L’accès gratuit à la salle de sport, salle billard et baby, à l’espace bien-être et au toit-terrasse aménagé offrant une vue splendide sur le Palais Royal et la Cathédrale de l’Almudena a été un vrai plus. L’emplacement est idéal : à seulement 3 minutes à pied d’une station de métro et d’un arrêt de bus, et à 15 minutes à pied du Palais Royal et du Théâtre. En résumé, un très beau séjour dans un hôtel agréable, bien situé et avec un excellent confort. Nous recommandons vivement !

Great hotel facilities and nice gym.

Staff was great. Place was clean and the best is the location! Room was comfy. I just missed a bench to put my luggage but that's ok. The night table was tiny, I mean it, tiny, hilariously tiny, but I guess it's the style Minimalist. Anyway, like I said. Room maintenance was good. Views from the roof top is awesome. Location amazing in front of a train and metro station and very centric. I recommend this place 100%

Room was not clean for 3 days! Upon arrival at 6 pm - Used towel on bed, garbage in bin, an orange , paper bag and magazine on counter. Reception checked room conditions and offered a room next door. Second day no cleaning again as both side of notice (English and Spanish) meant do not disturb. Third day we spoke with the housekeeper staff please clean our room at 10 am and she replied, “No English”. So we waved goodbye to let her know we are going out. Back at 5:30 pm, bed was made but garbage in bin, used glasses and coffee capsules were not removed, We reported to Reception and he called housekeeping supervisor, We waited till 6:20 and no one came. Room remained same after dinner. NOISES - we asked for a quiet room on an upper floor but was given a room facing the busy street on the 4th floor (3rd floor is at street level). Noises kept me up till 2 pm even with earplugs on. Reception Christopher was trying his best to address the housekeeping issues. Easy access to bus/metro/train. No tea, no tea cups. 2 cans of water on the first day only. Housekeeping every 2nd day.

Las últimas 3 veces que me eh hospedado han salido varias hormigas y al comentarlo con gente de recepción es increible la respuesta *SI, YA HEMOS TENIDO VARIAS QUEJAS SOBRE LO MISMO*

Location very convenient and staff great. But bed linens and towels felt old and cheap. Mold in bathroom as well as ants and crumbs left in room from other guests and a lobby bathroom that grossed us out just made place feel yucky and lead us to checkout early.

Nao tivemos boa experiência. Ficamos 3 dias e nenhum dos dias teve limpeza no quarto, apesar de pedirmos e reiterarmos expressamente apos o primeiro dia. Ficamos ate sem papel higiênico, tendo que descer e pedir na recepção pq sequer tinha telefone no quarto para ligar para a recepção. Tambem precisamos buscar toalhas justamente porque nao teve limpeza. Ainda nao tivemos como pegar um ferro emprestado porque eram lockers que vc tinha que fazer login em um app, que utilizava telefone espanhol. Ou seja, nao tivemos acesso. Pra piorar, tem uma luz azul do modem que fica acesa o tempo todo e a noite fica na sua cara. A localização é boa, mas no primeiro andar que ficamos é extremamente barulhento porque jovens moram no edificio. Pra finalizar, o vaso estava quebrado e nao fizeram nada. no geral, nao vale a pena, ja que o preço está longe de ser baixo. A experiência foi pessima, especialmente porque estavamos de lua de mel e em meu aniversário.

Gostei porém o chuveiro não é legal, uma ducha pequena, e difícil regulagem você regula a temperatura e logo fica fria e volta ficar quente ! Tirando o banheiro quarto ok !

O hotel é bom, no meu quarto o chuveiro alterava a temperatura do nada para uma água escaldante. Tirando isso a localização é ótima.

Brilliant location great room with balcon

The rooms are well equipped and spacious, however the room I was in had very poor curtains which let a lot of light in and there was a lot of noise from bin Lorries outside every evening at about 2am which woke me up repeatedly! Otherwise staff pleasant and great location.

Everything about this hotel was excellent apart from the fact that there was absolutely no crockery, pans or cutlery for the kitchen, rendering it almost useless. The fridge, with a small freezer compartment and the microwave were very useful but the hob is an induction hob so will not work with an ordinary pan if you decide to bring one. It is absurd to have a kitchen that you can't use. The room was very clean and the beds large and comfortable. Our room was on the side overlooking the river and extremely quiet apart from the 2am bin collecting wagon. Very well lcated with the metro and local trains across the road, the Royal Palace, cathedral and Templo de Hebod all within 20 minutes walk and a Mercadona supermarket and eateries just a few minutes away. We would definitely stay here again but be warned to to expect to use the kitchen unless you bring cups, glasses, plates, induction pan, etc with you on holiday! Would have otherwise given this hotel 5*

Primero, aclarar que no es SOLO un hotel, es una residencia para estudiantes también, por tanto tendrán que escuchar fiesta en las habitaciones, desorden en los pasillos y áreas comunes. Al ser una residencia estudiantil, aplican algunos sistemas para ellos y para sus turistas: solo hacen limpieza de habitación cada dos días (la cual no incluye cambio de toalla pues tiene un valor adicional), hay gimnasio pero es muy chico y siempre está lleno. El desayuno MUY POBRE y caro (sumado a una garzona muy maleducada). La habitación tiene una mini cocina pero para poder acceder a cubiertos, ollas, sartenes, tienes que pagar un adicional diario. Por tanto, ni siquiera tendrás una cuchara para revolver el café. La cama muy pequeña y las habitaciones sucias…con un sistema de ducha terrible pues no se regula el agua caliente y me llegué a quemar la espalda muy fuerte. No lo recomiendo por nada del mundo. No imagine una experiencia tan mala :( La zona es buena pues queda cerca del metro y del centro… pero francamente, prefiero quedarme lejos antes de repetir este infierno de nuevo.

Das Hotel an sich scheint erst kürzlich renoviert worden zu sein. Allerdings befindet es sich in einem Bahnhofsviertel. Die Zimmer, die auf die Straße raus gehen sind relativ hellhörig und auf Grund der Lage ist es daher auch in der Nacht relativ laut.

The description marked queen size bed but the bed was 140cm x 190cm .... My husband is 1,98m tall ... so we did not fit on the bed. This is not a hotel, this a student dorm which by the way we encountered a pantless guy on the hall on saturday night. Not worth the money. The only thing is that the two girls from the front desk are very nice and polite.

I loved my 5 days stayed at the Nido hotel . The service was great, clean , modern and good vibes the location was excellent, right across the príncipe pío subway station . I will definitely consider staying here again .

I feel compelled to convey my disappointment at the lack of responsiveness to a range of problems throughout my three-night stay, having waited a week for a managerial follow-up to my complaints to staff on reception for three mornings in a row. I was hoping for a tranquil experience during an important business trip, but my expectations were dashed. It transpires that the property is more of a student residence than a hotel, though the pricing does not reflect this reality. My first major issue was to do with being awoken by extended bouts of excessive noise from Spanish- and English-speaking youngsters on nights one and three, respectively at 2am and 5am, which went unresolved because the supposedly 24-hour hotline did not answer my calls. My second major issue was to do with sudden fluctuations in the temperature of the shower every thirty seconds, which scalded me on six separate uses. I imparted these problems in Spanish to the same member of the hotel team every day but was never offered any goodwill gesture, not even an alternative room. As compensation for these issues, well below the standard of other bookings through Hotels.com over many years, I would be grateful for a refund of nights one and three, when the disruptive circumstances were most severe.

I came to eat at 7am with no sleep ,and the guy told me , I am not included for breakfast, so he told me to go at the front desk while me lining up long waiting for my turn because it wasn’t a buffet so line up long , then I got rejected and embarrassed to other guest that lining up also. I went to the front desk , The lady at the front desk also said , I am not paid , another long talked showing that I have receipt that I am paid , i insisted to let me eat and better to settle that issues at hotel.com not to me beacuse I am holding my receipt to show to them . So it was finished the argued . 2nd day I did not go because im stil embarrassed to go down , then a few days after they did thesame thing to me after a long line up they told me , I am not included again for the breakfast and I had traumatic issues to that manners of the staff at that hotel . This was most terrible experience that I encountered even your holding your receipt they stil arguing to there guest .

This was the worse experience I ever had in a hotel and I highly recommend other guests to make sure they they will be placed in the hotel before confirm a booking in this place. The hotel is pretty a place for full time students and the feeling I had is that they save the worse rooms for outside guests....which it makes no sense, since obviously we are paying more. They put us in a room next to the entrance hallway, pretty much the first room next to the door which is slammed 24/7. So there are 4 doors you listen non stop getting slammed from the room, crazy! Then there are windows that you can't open because it's really next to the hallway where everyones sees all inside the room, so you can't even open the windows. Seriously, the noise in that room was insane, non stop, a real nightmare. On top of that, staff is horrible, zero welcoming, and didn't care at all when we tried to explain the situation. All they said was that they were going to talk to the "director" and she was going to contact us first thing in the morning. Obviously she didn't!!! And that woman that I forgot to ask her name, said that they all knew about the trouble in that room. Please do not book this hotel and take the risk to go through this nightmare!!! And I forgot to mention, the beds are hard and not comfortable at all. No space in the room at all either. And the hotel is totally overpriced. I don't see one positive thing about this place besides location that is not bad.

Cet hôtel est partagé avec une résidence étudiante. C'est bruyant et le service est lent et inefficace. Le check in nous a pris 30 minutes et nous étions les seuls en ligne. J'ai demandé pour un second oreiller et on m'a dit qu'on pourrait peut-être me l'apporter à 2AM, et finalement je ne l'ai reçue que le lendemain soir. Nous avons dû demander de changer de chambre car nous avions une chambre près d ela terrasse et c'était très bruyant. Lorsque nous l'avons demandé, ils nous ont répondu qu'il n'y en avait plus, ce qui était faux car le site web indiquait qu'il en restait. Lorsque nous avons insisté et le leur avons montré, ils nous ont trouvé une chambre. Nous ne retournerons pas à cet hôtel et je ne le recommande absolument pas.

The property itself was pretty clean, nice area right across from the train. It was in close proximity to walk to places. My bed sheets/linens were stained. The lady at the front desk when we initially arrived was very friendly. We were there early so they held our bags until check in so we could go explore. Upon arrival the guy at the customer service desk was rude I don’t think he cared for people of color to be honest

The Breakfast was ok, nothing major but not bad. the Personal there was really nice and helpful and even there is a Gym in the Hotel. The Royal Palace is just a few mins walking from the Hotel. I would go back to this hotel in the future.

The place is close to the train station,food spots and also to Gran Via. Clean and just convenient if you’ll stay in Madrid.

I loved my 5 days stayed at the Nido hotel . The service was great, clean , modern and good vibes the location was excellent, right across the príncipe pío subway station . I will definitely consider staying here again .

Great location at the Metro, easy access to the airport. Walkable to restaurants, across from a mall. The room was perfect and overlooked the park and river.

Great hotel, convenient to have a mall in front, restaurants all arround, the metro station across the street, this is a great option to stay in Madrid. Staff was very polite, friendly and helpful, room was immaculate clean. Highly recommended.

Es buena habitación, las camada cómodas, sin embargo al ver desayuno buffet me imaginaba huevos al gusto y demás pero esa mas básico

Overall a comfortable room, although we could have each used a second pillow. It was nice to have a refrigerator but be aware that while there is an induction cook top, there are no utensils, plates/bowls/cups or pots/pans. Not sure if you could ask the staff to bring those things. There is a cafe in the lobby that was very convenient for coffee and food. The location was perfect if you plan to use the metro to get around although we're walkers and might choose to stay closer to Plaza España (up the hill) for our next visit. Casa de Campo park is just around the corner from the hotel- highly suggest taking a stroll through it and enjoying a drink and tapas by the lake! The rooftop terrace was a lovely place to view the city and plan our daily excursions or watch the sunset! One other thing to note is that there are a lot of international students living there long term. It felt like a dorm in the US but we didn't experience any problems with that. The students were very nice and respectful- we had no noise complaints about them.

Faltou travesseiro, faltou secador de cabelo. Na hora do café da manhã a única atendente do café (é somente ela que serve) disse que meu quarto não tinha café da manhã pago o que fez com que eu tivesse de abandonar a Filla grande e ir reclamar na recepção onde a atendente de cara emburrada me deu um papel autorizando ir para o café. Ao retornar a fila, as frutas haviam acabado e não teve reposição, não havia mais capuccino ou chocolate, só café puro. Aliado a tudo isso ainda uma barata enorme andou em cima dos pés da minha filha na fila o que fez todos ficarem enjoados. Precisam com urgência dedetizar a area do café da manhã e melhorar muito a cordialidade o que não é uma característica das pessoas na Espanha infelizmente pois o país é lindo.

La ubicación fue perfecta. Muy cerca del Centro de Madrid. Por lo que pudimos ir a pie a muchas partes. Al frente hay un centro comercial con buenos lugares de comida y una estación del tren. Las habitaciones eran espaciosas, aunque la cama puede ser mas cómoda, pero nos resolvió. Nos incluyó desayuno, muy bueno por cierto. Los empleados fueron muy amables. Definitivamente, volveria a hospedarme aqui.

A equipe foi gentil, mas o cafe da manhã muito limitado. A atendente muito antipática.
