Great location- 8 ministers walk to the Metro and Monorail stations and the convenience store are near by. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well equipped. The only thing I was disappointed was the Onsen style bathroom on the top floor. The bathtub and the drains need to be cleaned more frequently.

Our biggest disappointment we discovered is the area.hardly any restaurants around in walking distance.No nightlife .You have to take expensive Tokyo Taxi's or,walk to the train stations.Dinner at 7-11,or Family Mart.Sandwiches or Raman in a micro cup didn't cut it.That said....We ran that option into the ground. Laundry machines on a few floors managed to wash small loads.However,the dry cycle was a joke.Even with extra coins for extra dry cycles.We surrendered and hung the still wet load in our bathroom shower rod and clothesline. Plus sides,,,,the room was very clean.Beds & pillows were very comfortable.Staff were very helpful. Really,what it came down to for us was the poor location.That said ,it was a very safe and quiet neighborhood!
