Tolles Boardinghouse an super Lage im alten Holzhafen gelegen. Wenige Minuten zu Fuss zur Reeperbahn, Bushaltestelle vor der Türe. Wir hatten ein Executive Appartement mit Elbblick. Die Appartements sind grosszügig eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Auf der Dachterrasse kann man den Tag mit schöner Aussicht ausklingen lassen. Einziger Nachteil: das alte, denkmalgeschützte Kopfsteinpflaster macht beim befahren Lärm. Aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist nichts zu hören. Viele Restaurants und eine Bäckerei in unmittelbarer Nähe gelegen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und toll gelegen- direkt am Fischmarkt. Man kommt in 20-30 Minuten bis zur Reeperbahn oder zur Elbphilharmonie. Die Beschwerde in einer Rezension bzgl. der Lautstärke kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Ich glaube, die Fenster sind entsprechend isoliert. Preislich etwas über normalen Preisen, aber wir waren Karfreitag bis Ostersonntag da und es ist ja auch eine kleine Suite inkl. Küche und nicht nur ein Zimmer.. Parken kostet pro Tag 30€ und man sollte definitiv vorher reservieren, da es nicht genug Stellplätze für alle Zimmer gibt. Ca. 200m weiter ist aber ein öffentliches Parkhaus, wo das Parken genauso viel kostet..

Es war wie immer alles super! Tolle und große Zimmer, die sehr modern eingerichtet sind. Die Matratzen sind sehr gut! Am schönsten ist jedoch die Dachterasse. Im Hotel ist es sehr ruhig und überhaupt nicht hellhörig. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen höflich, nett und kompetent. Wir werden wiederkommen. Weiter so.

At check in, we were told that there were no parking spaces left in the garage since I did no reserve one for my stay, but there was no mention or option to do that on the Hotels.com posting. I ended up having to park down the street at another garage for a higher price. Also, the posting said that there was a coffee shop and deli on property, but when I asked the front desk they said that there used to be there but closed months ago. Everything else was fine with the stay, staff was very nice and helpful, the apartment was large and very good value for the money and located in a great part of town.

Eigentlich gefällt uns das Clipper Boardinghouse an der Elbe sehr gut. Dieses Mal war jedoch sehr enttäuschend. Heizung, Jalousien und Musikanlage gingen nicht. Drogenfund in der Küche (!!) und schwacher Service in gewissen Punkten. Schade. Enttäuschend auch die Reaktion von Clipper auf deren Feedbackfragebogen .. Eine Woche und immer noch keine Antwort. Wenn ich einen Drogenfund in meinen Apartments hätte, würde ich mich gut um die enttäuschten Kunden kümmern.

The best home away from home when visiting Hamburg. Large clean and very comfortable rooms. The service is amazing, and the views are unbelievable. Lots of food options at walking distance. I would book here again and again, and again! :)

The apartment had everything you could want or need, smart TV and speaker, TV swivels so you can watch in living room and bedroom.Close to shops LIDL an Penny's at the bottom of reeperbahn facing Egon hotel, also bus stop just across the street name is Sandberg bus 111, all day ticket costs roughly 7.80 would recommend can use on train also single ticket from airport 3.80.Would recommend getting the 111 an just see the area as there are lots of shops an attractions around the area, would highly recommend the U-boat just down the street from the apartments.Also went to Hamburg city bus 16, if you download the HVV app you can order tickets an it will show you the stop by your location makes it easy even if not technical.The apartment was one of the best if not the best I have stayed in had a viewing of the river which was well worth the extra.If arriving at night make sure you have the code in advance if not contact the hotel an they shall let you know as no staff available after 9 am to 5 pm. Would highly recommend Clipper boarding house nice quiet homely bars facing it an restaurants all around an pizza take-away in the L'Osteria facing it, the coffee machine is a Nespresso, the bathroom was huge with a bath an shower. Paid 20 euros for late check-out from 11 am to 2 pm which was excellent made the stay more enjoyable as.late flight.Big thanks to receptionists an cleaner from Ireland with love.

NIce large rooms with kitchen and a bathtub. They was supposed to send information on how to check-in (no staff after 17:00) 48 hours in advance but did not. So there was stressful with mailing and phone calls. They are not very helpful

Vi blev mødt af et imødekommende team der vsr meget hjælpsomme. Vi havde et Business room, det var pænt og rent. Køkkenet var godt udstyret, dejlig stor seng i soveværelset. Vi havde også en opredning på sovesofaen i stuen og der sov man også godt. God udsigt fra værelset. Der vsr pænt og rent på hele hotellet Vi havde en udfordring med varmen på værelset, og det fik personalet hurtigt styr på. Hvis man kunne ønske noget så ville det være et sted til at hænge overtøjet i gangen/entré. Vi takker for et dejligt ophold

Preis- Leistung stimmen nicht so ganz. Defekter Föhn, Fernseher funktioniert micht richtig, 1 Rolle Toilettenpapier und viele andere Kleinigkeiten werden mich nicht zu einem erneuten Besuch veranlassen. Für 200 Euro pro Nacht erwarte ich etwas mehr.

NIce large rooms with kitchen and a bathtub. They was supposed to send information on how to check-in (no staff after 17:00) 48 hours in advance but did not. So there was stressful with mailing and phone calls. They are not very helpful

Der einzigste Makel beim Check In per Automat war, dass die Anzahl der Nächte falsch angezeigt wurde. Das verunsicherte einen sehr. Es stellte sich heraus, dass es ein schon bekannter technischer Fehler am Automaten war. Dies wurde am nächsten Morgen an der Rezeption geklärt. Wenn man auf diesen bekannten Fehler hingewiesen hätte, hätte man den Morgen entspannter angehen können, ohne das Gefühl zu haben, dass die Buchung nicht geklappt hat. Ansonsten war alles top.

Eigentlich gefällt uns das Clipper Boardinghouse an der Elbe sehr gut. Dieses Mal war jedoch sehr enttäuschend. Heizung, Jalousien und Musikanlage gingen nicht. Drogenfund in der Küche (!!) und schwacher Service in gewissen Punkten. Schade. Enttäuschend auch die Reaktion von Clipper auf deren Feedbackfragebogen .. Eine Woche und immer noch keine Antwort. Wenn ich einen Drogenfund in meinen Apartments hätte, würde ich mich gut um die enttäuschten Kunden kümmern.

The best home away from home when visiting Hamburg. Large clean and very comfortable rooms. The service is amazing, and the views are unbelievable. Lots of food options at walking distance. I would book here again and again, and again! :)

Vi blev mødt af et imødekommende team der vsr meget hjælpsomme. Vi havde et Business room, det var pænt og rent. Køkkenet var godt udstyret, dejlig stor seng i soveværelset. Vi havde også en opredning på sovesofaen i stuen og der sov man også godt. God udsigt fra værelset. Der vsr pænt og rent på hele hotellet Vi havde en udfordring med varmen på værelset, og det fik personalet hurtigt styr på. Hvis man kunne ønske noget så ville det være et sted til at hænge overtøjet i gangen/entré. Vi takker for et dejligt ophold

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und toll gelegen- direkt am Fischmarkt. Man kommt in 20-30 Minuten bis zur Reeperbahn oder zur Elbphilharmonie. Die Beschwerde in einer Rezension bzgl. der Lautstärke kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Ich glaube, die Fenster sind entsprechend isoliert. Preislich etwas über normalen Preisen, aber wir waren Karfreitag bis Ostersonntag da und es ist ja auch eine kleine Suite inkl. Küche und nicht nur ein Zimmer.. Parken kostet pro Tag 30€ und man sollte definitiv vorher reservieren, da es nicht genug Stellplätze für alle Zimmer gibt. Ca. 200m weiter ist aber ein öffentliches Parkhaus, wo das Parken genauso viel kostet..

Da das Hotel in einem denkmalgeschützten Bereich liegt, gibt es auf der Straße leider Pflastersteine. Einerseits hatte ich einen schönen Ausblick auf die Elbe, andererseits hatte ich nachts den Verkehrslärm.

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Leider ist der Umgebungslärm in der Nacht (Kopfsteinpflaster, Ladetätigkeit der Anlieferer, Lieferverkehr zum Fischmarkt) nicht akzeptabel. Ein erholsamer Schlaf im Urlaub ist nicht möglich. Diese massive Lärmbelästigung wird durch die schlechte Schalldämpfung der Fenster nicht abgehalten. Ebenso ist das Angebot an Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung sehr begrenzt. Leider mein erster und letzter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Mfg

At check in, we were told that there were no parking spaces left in the garage since I did no reserve one for my stay, but there was no mention or option to do that on the Hotels.com posting. I ended up having to park down the street at another garage for a higher price. Also, the posting said that there was a coffee shop and deli on property, but when I asked the front desk they said that there used to be there but closed months ago. Everything else was fine with the stay, staff was very nice and helpful, the apartment was large and very good value for the money and located in a great part of town.
