Das Hotel ist sehr modern und edel. Besonders gut gefallen hat die große Eckwanne. Die Dusche hingegen war winzig klein. Dass für einen Parkplatz zusätzliche Kosten von 20 Euro pro Tag angefallen sind, ist bei den Zimmerpreisen schon etwas unverschämt. Das Bett stand auf einem Podest und die Stufe stellte eine sturzgefahr da. Die Flure sind sehr düster. Aber insgesamt ist das Personal sehr angenehm und die Zimmer sehr zu empfehlen

Wir würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Wir haben das Hotel wegen der fußläufigen Nähe zum Theater Neue Flora gebucht (ohne Frühstück). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Betten bequem, nur die Beleuchtung hätte etwas heller sein können. Bequeme Parkmöglichkeit (20 Euro pro Nacht) in der Tiefgarage.

Alt i alt et rigtig fint hotel som vi gerne vil besøge igen. Det er lidt slidt på paneler, vægge osv. men rengøringen på både værelse, wc, foyer og restauranten var helt i orden! Måske lidt tilfældigt men restauranten kunne ikke tilbyde over halvdelen af de ting som var på menuen, hvilket gjorde vi spiste ude. Morgenmadsbuffetten er super.

Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und die Sauberkeit lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Die Wand im Bad war „klebrig“, als ich mich mit der Hand kurz abstützen musste. Ich persönlich werde das Hotel für zukünftige Übernachtungen wenn möglich meiden

Die Zimmer sind schön groß, es gibt allerdings keine Klimaanlage. Im Zimmer gibt es einen Ventilator der es ein wenig angenehmer macht - bei sehr hohen Temperaturen heizt sich das Zimmer trotzdem auf. Personal rundum sehr freundlich. Regendusche Bad modern und sauber. Den Fitness oder Wellness Bereich haben wir nicht angeschaut. Auch das Frühstück oder die Bar haben wir nicht besucht.

Værelset var pænt og rent, men lidt slidt i kanterne. Sengen var ok komfortabel, men puderne kunne godt trænge til en udskiftning. Badeværelset fungerede fint, men vandtrykket i bruseren var svingende, hvilket var lidt irriterende.

Recently visited for an event in Hamburg with some friends - room size and amenities were excellent, beds were very spacious and comfortable. Sound deadening was excellent and we didn't have any noise from any other rooms in the vicinity. Staff were very welcoming and well presented. They allowed us to store some luggage for us before check-in and allow for us to travel around the city before it was time to check-in. Location was good, located just shy of a 5 minute walk away from Holstenstraße S-Bahn Station and EDEKA should you need anything for groceries. It was only let down by the construction work happening next to the hotel during my stay, which was a little loud in the mornings. Room amenities consisted of a fridge for any drinks or snacks you may have and a mini-kitchenette. There is a coffee machine, and an electric hob for a pot, but no pots or kettle present. There is only two sets of cutlery provided aswell, which was problematic in a room of 4 of us. A fan was also provided and a tablet for access to contact the hotel or order room service. There is a mini bar of various alcoholic, and non-alcoholic drinks and snacks, but these are charged for. Cleanliness of the room was excellent, we did not find any dirt or rubbish hidden anywhere from any previous guests, and two bins are provided both at the kitchenette and table near the bedding. Overall, I would be looking to stay here again in the future, only let down by some very very small inconveniences.

Stay was awesome, mainly because of parking in hotel in centre of Hamburg and free. Only thing I would point as negative, was lack of main light in a room. There were lamps that could be turned on, but even then the feel was ... shadowy, which is not bad thing, but sometimes you need light!.

We had a very nice stay and was positively surprised with the rather large room. Only minus was the lack of air-condition in the room which is quite odd for a four star hotel and probably will be a huge problem during summertime (our top floor room already became pretty hot in April).

Familie på 4 ( 2 voksne og 2 børn på 15 og 18) . Vi havde booket en XL clasic værelse. Masse af plads , 1 kæmpe seng og en stor sovesofa . Badeværelse med både badekar og brusebad. Super dejligt værelse. Der var ikke air kondopå værelser, men hotellet havde sørget for en blæser, og de havde ladet altan døren stå på klem , så værelsen føltes ikke varm, på trods af der var over 20 grader udenfor. Vi downloadet hvv appen og købte en dags gruppe ticket til omkring 11 euro til zone AB , og kunne brug de forskellige offentlige transportmidler uden begrænsninger. Bus 3 som stopper 3 min gang fra hotellet, bringer dig til centrum på 15 min. Det fungerede super fint. Området omkring hotellet er en tryg område og 10 min gang fra hotellet findes der mange restauranter, caféer osv. Vi kommer hel sikkert tilbage og anbefaler denne hotel .

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel, it was well maintained and looked every bit as the photos on the booking section, convenient area aswell and not far away from local transport. Just a short walking distance, the staff were fantastic also and we very accommodating to allow us to leave our luggage at reception after we checked out as we had a later flight to save us taking our bags with us, hope to stay here again.

Recently visited for an event in Hamburg with some friends - room size and amenities were excellent, beds were very spacious and comfortable. Dejlig luksus med en fantastisk seng, store værelser og badeværelser med granit, flot stort TV, store vinduer, der kan åbnes. Lidt besværligt og lidt for lidt lys i rummene og ved en fremtidig opdatering ville man nok tilføje air condition. Vi kommer gerne tilbage - også for den praktiske placering mellem s station og schanzenviertel med de mange gode restauranter og caféer.

Wir haben uns im Boston Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt, das Zimmer war super komfortabel und riesig, der Service stimmte zu 100 Prozent. Für unser Vorhaben, ein Besuch in der Neuen Flora, war es optimal.....keine 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Entfernung zum Zentrum oder Landungsbrücken ist zwar etwas entfernt aber S-Bahn-Station ist nicht weit weg oder das Personal ruft ganz schnell ein Taxi.

Wir würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Wir haben das Hotel wegen der fußläufigen Nähe zum Theater Neue Flora gebucht (ohne Frühstück). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Betten bequem, nur die Beleuchtung hätte etwas heller sein können. Bequeme Parkmöglichkeit (20 Euro pro Nacht) in der Tiefgarage.

Man kann die Neue Flora zu Fuß in 3 min. erreichen. Für einen Besuch dort sehr gut gelegen. Ansonsten wirkt die Umgebung nicht allzu vertrauenserweckend. Kann aber täuschen. Das Hotel ist okay, das Frühstück mit 25 Euro pro Person für meine Verhältnisse etwas überteuert.

Prima hotel. Alles was netjes. Wij hadden een familiekamer die heel groot was. Aanrecht met spoelbak, kookplaat en koelkast. Inloop kledingkast. Zitbank. Bureau. Balkonnetje. Geen airco helaas. Wel groot raam en balkondeur die open kunnen voor koele avondlucht om af te koelen. Parkeergarage onder hotel is ook handig. Wel koffie maar helaas geen thee en waterkoker. Wel een kookplaat maar geen idee wat je daar mee moet zonder pan of zo.prima restaurant met beperkte kaart. Ontbijt was ook prima verzorgd. Personeel was bekwaam en vriendelijk. Omgeving ziet er nogal verloederd uit met al die gravitie overal maar als je Hamburg verkend zie je het ook echt overal.

Sehr schönes Hotel in relativ zentraler Lage. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, aber auch relativ teuer (25€). Die Umgebung (Altona/Sankt Pauli) hat viele schöne und auch weniger schöne Ecken. Die gut gesicherte Tiefgarage ist dafür Recht preiswert (10€/Tag), und aufgrund der Parkplatzsituation in der Gegend sehr zu empfehlen.

Alt i alt et rigtig fint hotel som vi gerne vil besøge igen. Det er lidt slidt på paneler, vægge osv. men rengøringen på både værelse, wc, foyer og restauranten var helt i orden! Måske lidt tilfældigt men restauranten kunne ikke tilbyde over halvdelen af de ting som var på menuen, hvilket gjorde vi spiste ude. Morgenmadsbuffetten er super.
Alt i alt et rigtig fint hotel som vi gerne vil besøge igen. Det er lidt slidt på paneler, vægge osv. men rengøringen på både værelse, wc, foyer og restauranten var helt i orden! The hotel is beautiful, really modern and the rooms are huge. A huge bed with a separate shower and toilet. The only downside of the rooms is that they are pretty dark and no air con (though they were providing fans). The bar is lovely, with a great drinks selection. A short walk to many restaurants and nearby train stations, a great hub to base yourself if visiting Hamburg.

The only downside of the rooms is that they are pretty dark and no air con (though they were providing fans). The bar is lovely, with a great drinks selection. A short walk to many restaurants and nearby train stations, a great hub to base yourself if visiting Hamburg.
