Wir waren für zwei Nächte in dem Hotel. Das Hotel ist ein Neubau und alles in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parken war kostenlos in der Tiefgarage. Die Vaporetto Anlegestelle war nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt vom Hotel. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir würden immer wieder kommen, wir können es nur weiter empfehlen.

Bra hotel, har hiss. Nära till vatten transport - vaporetto samt till flygplan ca20 min…nära till centrum ca 20 min. Allt var bra. Trevlig överraskande var när vi fick generösa breakfast box på vårt utresedatum. Har erfarenhet när andra hotels breakfast boxar var bara matrester å torra oätliga smörgåsar. Här var allt färsk och varierad. Bra jobbat B&B Laguna! 👍

There’s big misunderstanding in the promotion they give in the hotel. It says that you have free parking, but the parking is not available and then you have to park in a public space which is pretty expensive. Moreover, I reserved a room for 4 people and in the counter they made me pay for the other guests when it should be included in the fee for the room (which is four people, more than obvious I believe). Besides that, rooms were clean and staff was nice.

Will be an excellent property when finished. Convenience for water taxi since it was very close to a dock. Staff and breakfast excellant. Got locked out of our room multiple times the next day as the door code stopped working. Staff were very nice but it took multiple trips to the desk to fix. Nothing great to look at even with a sea view since they were still working on the property. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were large with lots of nice touches like shampoo, body wash and hand cream.

Wonderful staff, very comfortable room and bed with a great working AC! The included breakfast was by far THE BEST breakfasts we had in ALL of Italy! There are zero views to be had at this location however the convenience of being so close to water taxis, shuttle services and transportation to and from the airport was excellent. Recommend this property to everyone hands down!

I spent 2 nights here which felt like a new hotel. 5 mins walk to get the water bus or land bus. Breakfast from 6:30am which is great when you need an early start but my last morning the waiter setting up made me wait 10 mins until I could start because he hadn't made everything look perfect yet. Overall a good stay though, I would return.

Property was nice and clean. Breakfast that’s included in stay was awful. Didn’t even bother to eat the next day as it was the same exact food. As you come down from your room through a back door into the dining area the woman checking to make sure you are a guest by asking for your room yells at you from across the dining area. No pleasantries. I didn’t even realize with all the noise she was talking with me as I was grabbing a plate. The rest of the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. I liked the location due to the fact that you could hop on the vaparetto before it got crowded. Big plus if you’ve ever been to Venice and need to use the boat taxi.

Wonderful staff, very comfortable room and bed with a great working AC! The included breakfast was by far THE BEST breakfasts we had in ALL of Italy! There are zero views to be had at this location however the convenience of being so close to water taxis, shuttle services and transportation to and from the airport was excellent. Recommend this property to everyone hands down!

Bra hotel, har hiss. Nära till vatten transport - vaporetto samt till flygplan ca20 min…nära till centrum ca 20 min. Allt var bra. Trevlig överraskande var när vi fick generösa breakfast box på vårt utresedatum. Har erfarenhet när andra hotels breakfast boxar var bara matrester å torra oätliga smörgåsar. Här var allt färsk och varierad. Bra jobbat B&B Laguna! 👍

施設が新しく快適でした。水上バスの駅から近く、ロケーションも良いと思います。スーツケースを持っていても苦になりませんでした。朝食のメニューの豊富さは感激しました。毎日、お腹一杯食べました。ベネチアに行くときには、また利用します。

I spent 2 nights here which felt like a new hotel. 5 mins walk to get the water bus or land bus. Breakfast from 6:30am which is great when you need an early start but my last morning the waiter setting up made me wait 10 mins until I could start because he hadn't made everything look perfect yet. Overall a good stay though, I would return.

Accueil très sympathique sur les 4 jours du séjour. Hôtel neuf, chambre spacieuse et épurée. Petit-déjeuner buffet très complet. Localisation éloigné du centre-ville mais très facilement accessible grâce au vaporetto 2.

Great Staff, I forget his name but the Bangladesh guy in the restaurant was very friendly, attentive and served us very good! The meals including breakfast were delicious! Very pleasant w my choice!

Property was nice and clean. Breakfast that’s included in stay was awful. Didn’t even bother to eat the next day as it was the same exact food. As you come down from your room through a back door into the dining area the woman checking to make sure you are a guest by asking for your room yells at you from across the dining area. No pleasantries. I didn’t even realize with all the noise she was talking with me as I was grabbing a plate. The rest of the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. I liked the location due to the fact that you could hop on the vaparetto before it got crowded. Big plus if you’ve ever been to Venice and need to use the boat taxi.

Limpieza ok. Puntos a mejorar: tener un dispensador de agua para los huespedes. El desayuno era muy variable: unos dias bueno, otros regular. Los huevos en particular pueden ser mejorados, muchas alimentos estaban frios y tiesos. Cobran por guardar las maletas 2 horas.

This place is just outside the Venice canals and is about a 20mins walk to the edge of that area. It was very convenient to get to as there are bus stations and railways close by. The continental breakfast is amazing! So many choices, with fresh fruit, meats/cheeses, pancakes, muesli, bacon, eggs etc. it is served from 7-10am. The property itself appears new and is well kept. The hotel rooms were spacious as well. The pillows were much too flat and lumpy but that’s a standard in most hotels.

A/C is turned off during the day and when we returned to our room after a long, hot day the room was 30 degrees and it took hours to cool off! And the hallway had motion sensors for the light so you enter a very dark hallway when headed to your room at night. I hated this hotel.

Our room was cleaned everyday even though some days we left later (around mid-day). The staff we happy to help and had great attitudes. The room was clean, had a mini fridge which was a great plus for keeping our drinks cool before heading out in the summer heat. The Air-con was good, but it would be slightly nicer if it went a little cool and didn't slow down at random points.

Still seems like they are doing finishing touches in a new hotel but the atmosphere was pleasant. It’s a little out of the way from the main island area but there is a water taxi within a ~5 min walk and the people mover tram as well.
