While the check-in experience was great, there were a number of issues that made the stay unpleasant: 1. The Wi-Fi was almost completely unusable with the average speed rating was around 3.8 Mbps on both speeds and the connection crashed every few minutes. Even accessing Google news was impossible and I resorted to using my mobile hotspot to get some work done! Netflix could only be watched by downloading movies overnight. 2. The main bedroom had a double bed. Based on the daily rate that we paid and considering that we were upgraded to a "premium" apartment, I expected a King size bed based on my experience staying at other places. 3. The shower in the ensuite has a leak - appearing to be through the floor. The basin outlet looked rusty and there was no place to keep basic things like toothbrushes, razor, etc.

Location excellent. But cleanliness of the apartment was disappointing. Will not recommend this place to family and friends.

Spacious, daily housekeeping from friendly Rowena, in close proximity to Canal Walk Mall, safe and clean, indoor and outdoor pools, gym on-site, friendly Manager, excellent Security Staff! Bath and shower, lovely balcony with great view of Table Mountain, gas and electric stove, blankets and heaters in every room, washing machine and dryer. Everything you need for an enjoyable vacation, thank you so much to all the Staff Members for a memorable 3 weeks!

The office staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. The Island Club was beautiful and well managed. We enjoyed our stay there.
