Parking is a big issue if you have a big car(7 people) , There are only 3 spots outside all other are in a low celling garage. I got help on first night from one if the guest and on te second the manager saved me a spot. If you think you will have an issue call in advance, don't come late and find out you can't park!! Manger and staff are very nice !!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Great rooms, friendly staff and excellent value for money. There are restaurants nearby and an Italian supermarket right next door. The U-bahn station is a short walk. On-site parking.

Rummet och frukosten var bra. Jättebra med kylskåp på rummet. Det fanns bara en hiss och den var långsam. Saknade en restaurang. Nära till spårvagn och tunnelbana. Tar ca 20 minuter till city.

Der Aufenthalt war in Ordnung. Die Matratzen waren leider sehr sehr weich, so da man leider mit Rückenschmerzen aufgewacht ist, das ist aber natürlich von Person zu Person unterschiedlich und fliest nicht mit in die Bewertung. Unser Zimmer war groß genug und bis auf das Bad sehr Sauber. Das Badezimmer ist leider sehr alt, kein Wasserdruck und duschen in der Badewanne war kaum möglich. Am Waschbecken und WC nagt der Zahn der zeit, diese müssten dringend erneuert werden. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und lecken Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage sind vorhanden

Allt efter förväntan. Är ett typiskt hotell i en stor stad. Finns en del bra restauranger & bagerier i området för den som vill äta något i närområdet. Var inga problem att parkera och bemötandet av personalen var utmärkt.

Moderno hotel cittadino con servizio cordiale e posizione pratica Un hotel cittadino moderno, anche se si nota che non è più nuovissimo – ad esempio per l’edificio e la moquette. Tuttavia, tutto era pulito e ben tenuto. Particolarmente positivo: il personale cordiale e disponibile, soprattutto l’addetta alle pulizie e la cameriera della sala colazione, entrambe molto attente e gentili. Molto comodo il posto auto nel garage sotterraneo dell’hotel (costa 15 € al giorno). La zona è piacevolmente tranquilla (noi eravamo lì sabato e domenica) e comunque ben collegata: le stazioni della U-Bahn e della S-Bahn non sono lontane. Great place to live with reasonable prices! Service is great, nice breakfast with additional costs. Parking is convenient with extra charge. Subway is nearby, very convenient to go to city center of Munich!

Vor dem Fenster eine riesen Baustelle mit entsprechenden Lärm. Das Zimmer war voller Staub, die Bettwäsche hatte Flecken und überall Staub auf den Ablagen. Unter dem Bett war sogar Müll vom vorherigen Gast. Das Frühstück war entgegen der positiven Bewertungen auch nur unterer Durchschnitt, wir wurden auch mehrmals beim Frühstück von der selben Servicekraft nach der Zimmernummer gefragt, da fühlt man sich als ob man als illegaler Gast das Frühstück genießt. Das fanden wir sehr unangenehm. Nochmal werden wir in diesem Hotel nicht übernachten. Die Tiefgarage kostet pro Nacht 15,00EUR und ist SEHR eng zum ein- und ausfahren. Schade das der leonardo-Standart nicht überall gleich ist, im anderen Hotels der Kette waren wir bisher immer zufrieden.

Pros: parking was convenient. Neat Italian grocery store next door. Cons: Area near hotel felt a bit unsafe. Not enough restaurants nearby. Hotel room lacking. Bathroom extremely tiny, carpet was filthy and needed a deep clean. Breakfast was expensive so we didn't purchase. Would not stay here again or recommend to anyone.

Ich war schon in so vielen Hotels, jedes mit seinem einzelnen Charakter und Charm. Doch hier muss ich sagen das es das gemütlichste Zimmer war, das ich je hatte :) Musste an diesen Tagen auch sehr viel am Laptop arbeiten und mit dem Internet des Hotels ging das einwandfrei. Was die Sauberkeit betrifft, fand ich es in meinen Augen wie geleckt. Besser ging es nicht mehr :) Hiermit bedanke ich mich herzlich für alles.

Sehr alt, Badezimmer ist keinen guten Zustand. Verlegtes Linoleum wurde am Rand mit Silikon befestigt und kam schon an einigen Stellen hoch. Barthaare vom Vorgänger lagen auf dem Waschbecken. Duschtür war in keinem guten Zustand. Stuhl und Teppich hatten zahlreiche Flecken. Wände wurden nur notdürftig stellenweise mal ausgebessert, aber insgesamt kein guter Zustand. Vorhänge hatten auch einige Flecken.

we (as Family) checked in on 9th Nov 2023 location is good near public transportation rooms are a bit small my room phone was not working so I have to call services or lobby by mobile or go down by myself also the heater in the toilette was not working and they didn't manage to fix it during our stay cleanliness was not the best but also not dissatisfactory my overall rating for our stay is 6/10

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, schönes Zimmer zwar mit einigen gebrauchs Spuren, aber nicht weiter schlimm. Vorallem das super Frühstück ist hervorzuheben!!!

The breakfast was excellent and had many options. The hotel can be updated - needing new beds and bed linens. Our room was non-smoking but definitively smelled of smoke. When we checked in, the staff member at the front desk was not welcoming and made mistakes on our bill which had to be corrected by a manager. Manger was great the next day.

Was die Sauberkeit betrifft, fand ich es in meinen Augen wie geleckt. Besser ging es nicht mehr :) Hiermit bedanke ich mich herzlich für alles.

we (as Family) checked in on 9th Nov 2023 location is good near public transportation rooms are a bit small my room phone was not working so I have to call services or lobby by mobile or go down by myself also the heater in the toilette was not working and they didn't manage to fix it during our stay cleanliness was not the best but also not dissatisfactory my overall rating for our stay is 6/10

Estuvimos 2 noches. Todo muy bien. La chica en recepción, María, estupenda en todos los aspectos-- desde su sonrisa a todas horas a su amabilidad y ayuda. Día chicos en la sala de comedor/cocina también amabilísimos. Buena situacion para donde ibamos y cerca del S bahn para el aeropuerto--perfecta situación para nosotros, pues ya conocemos Munich muy bien.

Staff was fantastic! After we checked out and were waiting to board our flight home, we realized we left items in the room safe. We called the hotel and they checked and retrieved our items and put them aside. Friends of ours that live in Munich picked them up, everything was accounted for. Can’t say enough about the hotel and the location!

The breakfast was excellent and had many options. The hotel can be updated - needing new beds and bed linens. Our room was non-smoking but definitively smelled of smoke. When we checked in, the staff member at the front desk was not welcoming and made mistakes on our bill which had to be corrected by a manager. Manger was great the next day.

Wir sind eine Gruppe und haben insgesamt 6 Zimmer fuer eine Nacht gebucht. Die Personal an der Rezeption ist einbisschen ungeduldig, sowohl bei der Ankunft als auch bei der Abreise. We checked into this hotel due to the airport being closed for a day due to the snowstorm. The staff were very helpful and helped us get our room ready a bit earlier as we were quite tired travelling around. In addition, the staff helped me connect with my airline as we had to rebook our tickets. The hotel is a few minutes from U and S bahn, and there are so many options for food/grocery shopping.

Pros: parking was convenient. Neat Italian grocery store next door. Cons: Area near hotel felt a bit unsafe. Not enough restaurants nearby. Hotel room lacking. Bathroom extremely tiny, carpet was filthy and needed a deep clean. Breakfast was expensive so we didn't purchase. Would not stay here again or recommend to anyone.

Vor dem Fenster eine riesen Baustelle mit entsprechenden Lärm. Das Zimmer war voller Staub, die Bettwäsche hatte Flecken und überall Staub auf den Ablagen. Unter dem Bett war sogar Müll vom vorherigen Gast. Das Frühstück war entgegen der positiven Bewertungen auch nur unterer Durchschnitt, wir wurden auch mehrmals beim Frühstück von der selben Servicekraft nach der Zimmernummer gefragt, da fühlt man sich als ob man als illegaler Gast das Frühstück genießt. Das fanden wir sehr unangenehm. Nochmal werden wir in diesem Hotel nicht übernachten. Die Tiefgarage kostet pro Nacht 15,00EUR und ist SEHR eng zum ein- und ausfahren. Schade das der leonardo-Standart nicht überall gleich ist, im anderen Hotels der Kette waren wir bisher immer zufrieden.

Also, the breakfast is not included, is over-priced and the people working in the breakfast room were not friendly. They checked our room number several times and I heard them telling other guests that they needed to pay to eat. This place reminded me of some of the youth hostels I stayed at in my 20's. I will not stay here again.
