Alles soweit gut gelaufen, aber telefonisch erreicht man meistens niemanden. Äußerst negativ finde ich, dass man bei der Anreise nicht auf die Legionellen hingewiesen wird und nur ein kleiner Aushang an einer seitlichen Tür aushängt, den die meißten Gäste übersehen. Am 1. Abend konnte man an der Bar nur Soft Getränke einnehmen.

Un hôtel propre et accueillant. Il y avait cependant beaucoup de poussière sous le lit, preuve que le ménage n’est pas fait à fond. Lits confortables. Nous avons pu avoir une chambre familiale ce qui est appréciable et rare avec 2 enfants. Dommage que le parking soit payant et cher 18€

Staff were excellent. Helpful and available 24hrs. 400m walk from Sűdperlach station. Breakfasts were lavish, but expensive. Free sauna n gym available. Room lighting was terrible for reading.

Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich. Es fehlte ein Schrank für Kleidung, Handseife am Waschtisch. Das Restaurant war geschlossen abends. Es sollte darauf hingewiesen werden, dass es geschlossen ist und das die Straßenbahn bis zu einer bestimmten Uhrzeit am Hotel entlang fährt. Die Elektrogeräte wie zum Beispiel der Fernseher waren nicht abgeschlossen, mussten wir selber machen und den Schreibtisch dafür umräumen. Keine Deckenlampe - nur kleinere Lampen, dass Zimmer war entsprechend der Jahreszeit dunkel.

Das Zimmer war zur Ankunft sehr sauber. Es wurde direkt bei Ankunft abgefragt wann man eine Zimmerreinigung wünscht. Wir dachten in 5 Tagen reicht es 2x. Die Reinigung bestand aber nur darin den Mülleimer zu leeren und die Handtücher zu tauschen. Die Betten wurden nicht gemacht und der Boden weder gefegt noch gewischt. Das ist natürlich im Herbst mit viel Laub und Schmutz sehr schade. Die Dame am Frühstücksbuffett meinte täglich zu uns dasss Frühstück nur bis 9:30 Uhr möglich sei und wir uns beeilen sollten? ( Wir kamen 8:30 Uhr zum Frühstück) Insgesamt war das Hotel gut aber der Service der Angestellten sowie Reinigung nur mittelmäßig.

First breakfast was 25 euros for one person which was too expensive for what you get and the service staff were rude and mean. Second the room wasn’t cleaned properly the dirt by the bed on the floor stayed there our entire stay. I moved it to see if they would clean it and they never did. We have stayed at this hotel four times before this was the worst stay so far. It used to be a nice place to stay. We won’t stay here again.

Wir sind angekommen und es gab nur eine Nachttischlampe in dem Zimmer und es war so dunkel, dass wir nicht arbeiten konnten. Wir haben mit einem MA vor Ort gesprochen, er meinte er ist von einem anderen Standort zur Aushilfe heute hier und das Hotel ist eine "Katastrophe" es gibt in keinem Zimmer eine Lampe. Zusätzlich war die Dusche und das Waschbecken voller Haare und angefangene Wasserflaschen befanden sind in der Minibar. Wir haben auch mit ihrer Hotline telefoniert und gesagt, wir möchten das Hotel umbuchen, da die Zustände in einem "dunkeln" Zimmer zu sein unzumutbar sind. wir haben fast 2 Stunden investiert, ohne Erfolg, weil die Mitarbeiterin uns nicht weiterhelfen wollte und vor Ort konnte man nichts machen, da wir über Expedia gebucht haben. Wir sind sehr unzufrieden mit allem gewesen und verstehen nicht wie so ein Verhalten zu stande kommt.

Nog nooit zo’n slechte service meegemaakt. Daarnaast was de kamer vies. Er lag gebruikt maandverband in de prullenbak en er zat bloed aan de dekens. Het matras was stuk en we zijn tot 2 uur in de nacht bezig geweest om een nieuwe te krijgen. De receptionist was liever met zijn telefoon bezig en noemde het “ons probleem, niet het zijns”. Nooit meer dit hotel.

Overall the stay was good. However: Room was stifling hot as no air conditioning. Dread to think what the rooms would be like in a 35° plus heatwave. Room service was offered anytime between 8:30 and 11:00, all 3 mornings we stayed, it was offered when we were in the room getting ready which was inconvenient. Can't comment on the breakfast as we didn't get it. €25pp per day was too expensive in our opinion.

The hotel was pretty good. Although it is far from the city centre, the train and bus station is nearby which takes about a 7 minute walk. Some of the lights didn't work in my room.

I contacted the hotel in advance about a baby cot and they replied saying they would put one in our room. It hadn't been prepared when we arrived and the man on duty said he was alone until 10pm and would not be able to go and get it until then. There was a problem with one of the rooms I booked and we were down-graded to a different room, which was fine but it looks like we were charged the same price as the original. I am not sure what the difference was but the man at the desk said he could only refund the parking fee and I it wasn't clear what the price of this other room was meant to be so I can't tell whether that was fair compensation. There is no air conditioning in the rooms. I didn't realize this was such a problem but our room was very hot - too uncomfortable for a decent sleep, unfortunately.

Für ein Städtetrip optimal. Zimmer zwar modernisiert worden aber nicht mehr ganz frisch. Deckenlampe ging nicht, Kühlschrank hat nicht gekühlt und Bett mit 140 etwas zu klein für zwei große Menschen. Frühstück war alles okay aber 25€ vor Ort Preis etwas teuer. Ubahn Anbindung sehr gut. Ruhige Wohnlage.

Leider hat sich in Bezug auf's Internet gegenüber meinem letzten Aufenthalt nichts getan, das angebotene Internet ist so was von instabil und schwach, streamen nicht störungsfrei möglich und daher nervig. Selbst bei normalem E-Mail-Abrufen gehts nicht störungsfrei zu :( Das solllte unbedingt geändert werden! Ansonsten war alles Bestens.

Leider hat man unsere Buchungen verschmissen - nach einem langen Tag ist es sehr ärgerlich, wenn man beim einchecken fast eine Stunde warten muss. Die Zummer sind groß und in Ordnung.

Começou a decepção logo no check-in, o hotel não estava com as chaves de acesso funcionando pois o hotel estava com a máquina estragada há 3 dias. Sempre chegávamos tínhamos que aguardar a disponibilidade de alguém da recepção pra abrir o quarto. As atendentes da recepção eram sarcásticas e despreparadas. Começou a decepção logo no check-in, o hotel não estava com as chaves de acesso funcionando pois o hotel estava com a máquina estragada há 3 dias. Sempre chegávamos tínhamos que aguardar a disponibilidade de alguém da recepção pra abrir o quarto. As atendentes da recepção eram sarcásticas e despreparadas. We had extended our stay for one night, as it was our final destination after a coach tour. A number of personal toiletries were removed from the bathroom (presumably by housekeeping) while we were out for the day. Although the front desk staff apologized, there was no attempt at compensation. They were purchased specifically due to medical conditions, as items provided by the hotel cannot be used. We were a tad disappointed.

Anzichè una quadrupla ci sono state fornite 2 doppie comunicanti, quindi avevamo 2 bagni a disposizione, la struttura è pulita, si trova in una zona residenziale silenziosa dov'è facile parcheggiare gratuitamente e soprattutto è vicinissima alla fermata della metropilitana, per cui si raggiunge il centro città in pochissimi minuti.

Secondo anno che alloggiamo qui per l'Oktoberfest. Struttura business camere ampie, belle e pulite. Comodo parcheggiare lungo la strada e vicino alla metropolitana e ad alcuni fast food.

The hotel was pretty good. Although it is far from the city centre, the train and bus station is nearby which takes about a 7 minute walk. Some of the lights didn't work in my room.

Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel das alles nötige in der Nähe hat. U-Bahn und S-Bahn sind in 5min zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind praktisch und komfortabel gehalten. Es fehlt an nichts. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und alles war frisch. Am Wochenende wäre es allerdings deutlich entspannter bis 11 Uhr Frühstück anzubieten. Das Personal in der Nacht war nicht ganz so freundlich wie man es vom Tage gewohnt war. Das war schade. Sonst kann ich das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

In 15 min auf der Messe München. Zimmer sind gut, nicht groß aber ausreichend. Die Lüfung etwas laut aber man gewöhnt sich schnell. Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück ist sehr gut und ausreichen vorhanden.

I checked in and the man at front desk was so lovely and helpful. I requested if i can have a room with a bath as i was going on a tour and would like 1 last bath. He immediately changed my room no problem. Room was pretty good. Had everything you need. Concrete walls makes the room cooler as no air conditioning. I didnt have a fan but was told i could if i needed. Breaky was so good..pricey but definately worth the money. Easy to walk from train station.

Overall the stay was good. However: Room was stifling hot as no air conditioning. Dread to think what the rooms would be like in a 35° plus heatwave. Room service was offered anytime between 8:30 and 11:00, all 3 mornings we stayed, it was offered when we were in the room getting ready which was inconvenient. Can't comment on the breakfast as we didn't get it. €25pp per day was too expensive in our opinion.

First breakfast was 25 euros for one person which was too expensive for what you get and the service staff were rude and mean. Second the room wasn’t cleaned properly the dirt by the bed on the floor stayed there our entire stay. I moved it to see if they would clean it and they never did. We have stayed at this hotel four times before this was the worst stay so far. It used to be a nice place to stay. We won’t stay here again.

Frühstück war alles okay aber 25€ vor Ort Preis etwas teuer. Ubahn Anbindung sehr gut. Ruhige Wohnlage.
