Staff is not friendly and not at all customer oriented. Hotel is managed by trainees and Manager is working part time and available only few hrs in a day. Breakfast is strictly ok and no cafeteria or Kitchen after breakfast hrs. Very poor service.

El parquing lo cobran por sepaeado, caro, y es demasiado chico, complicado parquear, y solo tienen 5.

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT, it was very hot in Barcelona ,they didn't have a water cooler with cold water..they provide a coffee maker in the room..or a coffee and tea station in the lobby..they have a big restaurant that you can get breakfast for a fee..but you can't get a cup of tea.... The shower in my room i had problems getting it to work, when i did get it to work everytime i took a shower the bathroom floor was flooded, because of a faulty shiwer door.. And the air conditioning in the room was so low, and i tried but couldn't get it to kerp the room cool..so i was hot and bothered all night..the hallway was just as hot... The front desk staff some of them were friendly, and others were not helpful at all,especially when you don't speak (Spanish).... There were 2 glasses in the bathroom which i used, abd it took housekeeping 3 day before i got clean glasses.. The management of this hotel needs to upgrade his property .. There were numerous bad reviews on this hotel..but i still decided to book this hotel ..and i get to see what other guests were talking about.. THIS WAS MY BIRTHDAY TRIP, AND THIS HOTEL AND STAFF WAS A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT..

Hôtel vieillissant l ensemble fait très vieux et le parking a 25’euros est hyper cher au regard de l état général de la chambre. J ai eu chaud la clim ne fonctionnait pas. Drap déchiré pas de housse de couette lit très mal fait meuble abîmé télécommande de la télé avec du scotch … même en camping on vous propose mieux !!! Les photos parlent d’elles mêmes !!! C est juste un peu honteux au regard du tarif facturé !!!

The hotel is an older one. It is very clean. The beds were not special. Basic mattresses with no cushion top. The breakfasts had plenty of options. The location was a good location to either walk or catch buses to see the sights. Plenty of restaurants around the area. 2 convenience stores next door to the hotel.

Decent Hotel for price relative to other options in Barcelona. Clean, furnished with clean bedsheets and towels. Front desk lady was very helpful. allowed me to use the microwave as well to re heat Glovo ordered food. Location is accessible and walkable. Neighborhood is a bit noisy with major traffic and sometimes rowdy crowd partying late.

The hotel is in a state of severe disrepair. Numerous aspects of the establishment are both deteriorated and unclean. Room 305, where I stayed, was particularly deplorable; the beds, bathroom, floor, walls, curtains, and windows were all in very poor condition. It is evident that a lack of maintenance has led to this situation. The people at the front desk were friendly as far as possible but the hotel itself is not a place I would recommend. Also take into consideration that the attractions are about a 25min walk away. They are not around the corner like in other hotels.

Hotel is really nice and room super spacious. I met 4 different staff members and they were all very nice. The only down for me is that the rooms are a bit dated. Walls needed a coat of paint, furniture had marks from suitcases and general use and the curtains look like they really needed to be washed (or maybe they were clean but rather than white they looked kinda gray. But all in all, very comfortable stay.

The check in took 30 minutes. I had three bags and no offer for help. I was given a key to a room that someome else was in and the front desk guy took another 29 Minutes to get me a room and was surely with me as if I was the reasons the room was occupied. He saw me struggle with my three bags and still made no offer to help. Then I get into the room and the aircon did not work. The hotel is dirty and unpleasant. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Hotel plutôt basique en terme de prestation et de localisation. Nous avons eu un problème avec les toilettes (bouchés), nous l\'avons signalé vers 11h le matin. Lors de notre retour vers 18h, rien n\'avait été fait, alors que la chambre avait été "visitée" par l\'equipe de nettoyage. Vu le problème concerné, cela me semble anormal, mais pas plus de reaction que ça de la part de l\'hôtel.

Where do I even start…the rooms are old and poorly maintained, the beds are terrible, the walls are thin and I’m no sure if the guests are louder than the cleaning staff but it’s a close call. The only thing more inconsistent here than the internet is the quality of the service received by the staff, most of whom have no business being in the hospitality industry with their attitudes and demeanor. The only thing ok about this hotel is the price and its location which neither are superb nor worth the trouble. In hindsight I would’ve paid more for a better night sleep and quality stay but you live and you learn.
