Overall it was a nice hotel. Our rooms were nice. But the bed isn't attached so it shifts. The pool is 2 feet deep very disappointing and ridiculous. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Main restaurant was closed apparently its closed in August

Room was sparkling clean, and bed was very comfortable. Hotel staff was professional and helpful with directions and recommendations. Excellent wifi. Rooftop pool was small. Rooms are not large by American standards, but still stylish and comfortable. Hotel location is in a safe, uncrowded and upscale area. Hotel has a nice casual bar and sidewalk cafe. A good value in every respect.

Lovely boutique hotel, very clean, the room was on the small side but we only slept there, we were out all day. It has a small gym which has all you need and a roof top bar and sitting area, and a small pool, we did have a chill day by the pool and it was lovely, the ony thing was the restaurant was closed while we were there so can’t comment on how that was. With all the options on the door step, it didn’t matter. Our room was at the front of the hotel over looking the road, but I didn’t hear any noise. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom had a shower over the bath, again on the smaller side but it was not an issue, very clean and modern. Lovely hotel, lovely staff, ideal for exploring Barcelona. I would definitely stay again.

Everything was walking distance. Even the infamous Batllo was only 5 minutes away (by foot)! Our room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, featuring a comfortable bed and stunning views of the city. 🛌✨ The pool area is perfect for lounging and unwinding, they have a bar right next to it. The hotel is located right in the heart of Barcelona. Many attractions are within walking distance or a short cab ride. Lots of excellent restaurants in the area as well. We were very pleased with breakfast selection and quality of food. Staff was helpful and polite. Rooms are very clean. Pool and adjoining snack bar are lovely places to just relax. Only negative- a strong sewage smell coming out of the toilet. Never could figure out why. (We were on the 4th floor.)

Good location. My bathroom had some old mold stains, but, it was clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Me and my husband had a king size bed with our 4 yod. However, I don’t agree being charged extra 45 euros a day for having her sleeping with us. So, keep that in mind if you have your kiddos with you. Overall, hotel is good.

Have stayed here twice before. Stayed in a superior room this time. Lampshade on bedside light was unscrewed which was odd. More sinister was the fact that the rainforest shower-head was also unscrewed and fell when my wife turned on the shower. The shower head was heavy - must have been 2 Kg. Lucky that it didn’t hit her. Reception apologised and fixed it but no further contact about the incident, which was disappointing.

En general una buena estancia, solo tengo dos temas, los cuartos no están insonorizados, esto hace que se escuche todo lo que sucede fuera en la calle y en los pasillos. El segundo es la cuestión de remodelación, alfombras sucias, maderas dañadas etc. pero la verdad fue muy buena experiencia, creo que resolviendo estos puntos es un gran lugar para hospedarse

It’s a good location for exploring Barcelona. The staff are nice. The rooms are smaller than what we’re used to in the US but they were comfortable. The only drawback is that the rooms have thin walls. You can hear your neighbors talking.

They gave us a queen superior room which was the most inferior room possible. There was no space to even keep a suitcase in the room and move about. Advertised as 23sq m this was about 12 sq m room. After we created a fuss they moved us to another queen superior room which was 23 sq m. as promised but tucked away in a corner next to the gym causing lot of disturbance in the morning. The cleaning lady kept banging the door even though we did not put the sign about cleaning the room. At night after the kitchen had closed we enquired about eating joints nearby but the staff simply said we do not know. A short stroll maybe 100m down there were a few places open even at 1130pm. In short disinterested front desk staff, disinterested bar staff and not interested to have customers. Pre covid I used to be a Hilton Silver member. Glad I am not patronizing hilton anymore on my trips to US or Europe.

Very courteous and helpful front desk staff and luggage attendants. Some reviews about noise are not wrong, but the problem was likely noisy guests more so than a function of the property. We rested well in the cool quiet room with blackout curtains.

They gave us a queen superior room which was the most inferior room possible. There was no space to even keep a suitcase in the room and move about. Advertised as 23sq m this was about 12 sq m room. After we created a fuss they moved us to another queen superior room which was 23 sq m. as promised but tucked away in a corner next to the gym causing lot of disturbance in the morning. The cleaning lady kept banging the door even though we did not put the sign about cleaning the room. At night after the kitchen had closed we enquired about eating joints nearby but the staff simply said we do not know. A short stroll maybe 100m down there were a few places open even at 1130pm. In short disinterested front desk staff, disinterested bar staff and not interested to have customers. Pre covid I used to be a Hilton Silver member. Glad I am not patronizing hilton anymore on my trips to US or Europe.

Lovely hotel with exceptional service. Front desk was very helpful with recommendations, directions, etc. Could not have a better location to see the major sites of Barcelona. The restaurant was also fantastic. My only complaint was that the lighting in the room was terrible at night. Had to use my flashlight to pack the morning we left!

The staff at the breakfast restaurant should have a diversity and inclusion intensive training. Their comments related to gender issues where, to say the least, bigotry and unsettling. Sometimes we forget there is always someone listening, and this is not a good thing to forget. Otherwise my deep gratitude to rest of the professionals from the font desk to the general services . All of the were great . Congratulations!

Great hotel, my second time staying there. Good location, staff are super friendly! The Sant Jodi festival was on whilst I was visiting and the streets around the hotel were very crowded due to the festival and markets, one of the staff at reception walked me 2 blocks to my taxi to ensure I got on my journey ok. Staff are lovely and super kind!

It was a perfect location, walkable to all our favorite restaurants and shopping! A staff at the hotel named Bani did extra mile to help us with our luggages and even obtaining taxi for us. We had a great time at Alexandra Hotel by Hilton and plan to return there on our future trips to BCN

The hotel is located right in the heart of Barcelona. Many attractions are within walking distance or a short cab ride. Lots of excellent restaurants in the area as well. We were very pleased with breakfast selection and quality of food. Staff was helpful and polite. Rooms are very clean. Pool and adjoining snack bar are lovely places to just relax. Only negative- a strong sewage smell coming out of the toilet. Never could figure out why. (We were on the 4th floor.)

Overall it was a nice hotel. Our rooms were nice. But the bed isn't attached so it shifts. The pool is 2 feet deep very disappointing and ridiculous. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Main restaurant was closed apparently its closed in August

We had a lovely stay at the Alexandra Hotel. The staff upon check-in were warm and inviting. We ate at Solomillo on our first night and it did not disappoint! Highly recommend! We had a terrace room… highly recommend having a bath in the outdoor tub as it was quite refreshing after a day of site seeing. The bed was comfortable and the room was a generous size. The hot water takes a bit of time to get going but once it’s there, it’s very hot! The front desk staff were helpful with recommendations for walkable places to eat. Try Mar I Terra and dine al fresco! You won’t regret it! The checkout process was easy and efficient. The bellman called a taxi for us to get to the airport and off we went! I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to our next stay in Barcelona.

Excellent! The staff were always friendly.. we arrived from miami at 10am had not slept at all. The hotel had our room ready ! That was such a great help and was able to rest peacefully hours ! The restaurant in their hotel is amazing ! Had breakfast was great ! We loved their options and cleanliness. Food amazing and fresh. The dinner was a must ! Elegant and delicious. Thank you so much we would definitely return.

I liked the location and feel of the area around the property was well maintained and most of the staff was wonderful. I was surprised at the limited menu of the included restaurant. since it was virtually all Beef based items. We did have a problem of discrimination aon Sunday April 30 in the Terrice area. The female employee began setting up tables for launch and treated us as if we did not exist! We are an American couple of African and other ethnic docents . When other couples arrived who looked physically more like the employee, they were welcomed and offered refreshment! I informed a male employee at the front desk of my strong dislike of what happened; but he seemed unwilling to address the matter with the female employee or upper management. We never any positive feedback about addressing the matter! WE GIVE THIS HOTEL A GOOD RATING BECAUSE EVERYONE ELSE WAS QUITE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL DURING OUR STAY .
