The hotel is lovely. The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. The shower was good, although would have preferred it a bit stronger. The pool area was great to relax at with pool and beds. Towels were provided and a bar service on a few days. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our bags were looking after when we checked out and we could store documentation in a safe. We also still got to use the the rooftop services. It was in a great area for the main attractions and restaurants.

The hotel is in an excellent location for walking to most major tourist sites. While no immediate sites to see are outside the front door, there are cafés, resturants, and the convenient parking garage roght next door or within the city block. Our room was comfortable and clean, as was the bed, but the shower did have some residue in the corners. The decor, front staff, and quiet environment was excellent and the rooftop terrace was extremely relaxing and quiet for a siesta! Would highly recommend!

Although it’s a small hotel, I really like how spacious the rooms were and how friendly the staff was. A lot of Gaudí’s work is at walking distance so felt like it, it was a nice, walkable, and safe location to stay at. The specific reason we stayed at this hotel was because how they advertised their pool, but it had been out of order throughout our stay so that was the only little disappointment we had, and also it wasn’t heated. Overall, the experience was good!

Good (non-touristy) location with many excellent bars/restaurants/shops nearby. The staff at front desk (especially Gonzalo) are friendly and helpful. The TV in our room had reception issues throughout our entire stay, despite extensive efforts by handy man Luis to fix. (Thank you anyway, Luis, you were very nice.) The rooftop bar is quite small; drinks are served out of a cart. The rooftop pool is also small and appears to attract non-hotel guests. Overall condition of the room/property is good with a few dings and nicks here and there--nothing overwhelming. Shower water pressure was good, and there was plenty of hot water.

The only thing I liked about the hotel was the location which was near several excellent restaurants. The bedroom and bathroom were dirty on arrival and at 4pm the bathroom drain started emitting the smell of sewer. We had to close the bathroom door as the bedroom started smelling terrible. We called reception and they immediately sent someone who poured some floral scented solution in the drain which improved the smell for about an hour until it started blending with the smell of sewer. I asked for a room change and was told there were no other rooms available. I requested a deep clean of the room since it was really not clean - shower had grime, bathroom counter and floor had crumbs and dust. The bedroom was dusty, the aircon had not been cleaned in a while since it triggered my allergies when switched on. On the second day, the room was cleaner but the smell of sewer returned in the afternoon. Told them about the smell again and the aircon. On the third day, the aircon was cleaner and the sewer smell only reappeared at midnight. The staff were friendly but the hotel condition far outweighed that. For the price, the hotel was definitely not worth it. We stayed at another hotel a few days before which was similar in price but much much cleaner and with better breakfast. Since I have VIP expedia status, Europark gave a free drink voucher which could not be used at the hotel, you need to go to one of the other hotels in their group to use it. I would not stay here ever again.

The staff are extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. The location is also excellent. However, the room comfort is very poor. The towels are rough and feel like sandpaper, and the sheets and pillows are of very low quality. The pillow, in particular, is bottom-tier and completely compromises sleep quality. Cleanliness is inadequate: there is visible dust buildup in the corners of the room, indicating that cleaning is not done properly or with sufficient frequency (as shown in the photos). Breakfast is made up of very low-quality products. In addition, the cleaning products used have an extremely strong smell, to the point of causing nausea. In summary, despite the great location and very friendly, professional staff, the hotel urgently needs to improve its standards of comfort, cleanliness, and product quality.

Central location but far out enough that the area was quiet. Rooms were super clean and I liked that our side had a small patio. Staff were all very nice and attentive. We were upgraded to the penthouse suite!!! Had an excellent view of Barcelona including the Segrada Família. Room had a separate living area, huge bathroom, and a large balcony. We had no hot water in our shower. Called the front desk, they sent someone but could not fix. My wufe was forced to take a cold shower. We talked yo the manager, he was noce and told us he would give us some refund. But that never happen, called Expedia, Expedia contacted them, but they denied everything. Also, our room iwas facing the street, iwe could hear all the car noise and people talking on the street.

Location was great, lots of food/cafes nearby. Close proximity to metro, walkable to many sightseeing areas of Barcelona. The front staff were exceptional. We had an issue with our AC and they moved us to another room so we could sleep and had our AC fixed in no time! The rooftop pool/terrace was perfect during a heatwave :)

Stayed at Europark two different times while we were on vacation around Spain for a week. Both times, checking in & out was very quick & proficient. The rooms were very clean and the hotel staff was very courteous and helpful whenever we needed recommendations or to answer any questions we may of had. Mark at the front desk went above and beyond and was nothing less than a rock star the entire time we were staying on the property. Pool was a nice touch to go and have a drink and relax before or after exploring the city. Our bartender Juan was also amazing at paying close attention to anything we needed while we were there. Needless to say, when we return to Spain, we will be staying at Hotel Europark in the El Exiample neighborhood, it was far enough away from all the tourist areas, but also close enough to walk or a short taxi ride to anywhere you would like to go.”

Room was great, clean and overall well kept, my only complaint is that housekeeping would not restock coffee pods daily, I had to call front desk they would apologize and assured they would make sure it was stocked daily, housekeeping can use a bit more attention to detail. Overall this is a good place to stay, it is a bit out of the way for all the tourist attractions but if you don’t mind walking then it’s fine. The staff were kind and helpful. The pool area needs a bit of a face lift, it’s acceptable but nothing outstanding. The rooms are clean and are quite a good size for Europe. Overall would recommend but probably will stay elsewhere next time just because of the location.

This small hotel is nice, really great people at the reception, clean and comfortable enough, really well situated near Passeig de Gràcia street which is full of shops and restaurants/terrace. The breakfast is great with enough choices (croissant/pastries, toast, eggs and bacon, fruits, coffee/juice). You can easily take the metro from the hotel and it is also possible to walk (15-20 minutes) to the Sagrada Família or to La Rambla and La Boqueria (20-25 mins). The pool on the rooftop is small and not heated, but really great spot to relax. I recommend it for couples or friends who travel to Barcelona for 3-4 days and want to visit the city.

La habitación que nos dieron quedaba al lado del ascensor, razón por la cual no pudimos dormir bien, pues se sentía a todo momento el motor del ascensor, también quedamos muy decepcionados del desayuno, ya que los huevos revueltos no parecían naturales, nada frescos, pedimos unos fritos y dijeron que frescos se habían acabado. Lo bueno el café y no como harinas, por lo tanto lo único importante de mi desayuno son los huevos y los que ofrecen estaban muy feos. Si uno paga por el desayuno, deberían ofrecer huevos al gusto.
