Perfect location in the Gothic quartet- step out the door and you are in the middle of the action. Metro station right across the street. Staff friendly and professional, perfect English. Rooftop bar is nice but a bit rough around the edges, great views of the city but a little run down. ‘Hot Tub’ was not hot, unfortunately. Rooms are cramped but well appointed otherwise. Would recommend over all.

Great hotel right in the mix of Gothic Quarter/Las Ramblas. Soundproof room, gorgeous rooftop terrace with seating and a bar as well as a hot tub. Sunset pics up there are stunning. Carla was especially wonderful. Will definitely stay here again in future.

Welcome drinks along with a beautiful rooftop view. We were disappointed the jacuzzi closed so early and wished we had known. Also thought the Jacuzzi would be warmer but overall a great experience.

This hotel was perfect in every way except they did not have an on-site fitness facility. Even though there was not a facility on-site, they will accommodate you to use the facility at another H10 location free of charge. Everything else was perfect from the shower, bed, 2 bars, and the restaurant in the basement. There was always fresh fruit, cookies, and sweets at the front counter. I loved my stay.

Excellent staff and nice amenities. Located in a central area with an easy walk to many great restaurants and sites within the city. Metro stop is located 30 second walk from hotel entrance. The rooftop is a great place to grab a view of the city, cocktail and meal.

Staff was terrific. We had a lovely triple room with comfy beds. Very clean and modern rooms with fabulous bathroom. Would love to stay here again. Halls were a bit noisy but I had my white noise as always.

The room was on the smaller side, but the views of the city were absolutely stunning and made up for the space. I really loved the bathroom—it was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff were fantastic, super helpful and welcoming throughout the stay. One of the best parts of the hotel was the rooftop bar and deck—truly top tier, with incredible views and a great vibe. Very nice hotel. Staff was great, front desk staff was informative, and the cleaning and serving staff was exceptional. Our room faced a busy street but we didn’t notice any overly obnoxious traffic noise. Rooms are small but clean and cozy. The rooftop bar overlooking the city was a highlight: Hotel location is very good for walking and exploring the area. Would definitely go back and recommend anyone to stay here. Thank you!

Stay here. This hotel has amazing service and comfortable rooms. You can’t beat the location as you can walk to your favourite sites in the gothic district and to the beach. Great rooftop bar. But listen, the staff are amazing and this is worth repeating. They are helpful and personable and professional! I’ve stayed here before and will again.

Wow. We stayed at both the front and back of a cruise from Barcelona. We were so impressed with the hotel. Especially the staff. We arrived early both days with a ton of luggage. They were so helpful with keeping it while we explored the city and even moved it to our room when it was ready. Great suggestions for meals and arrangements for cabs. The room was also great. Nice bed, good shower and for being right downtown very quiet. We will be back.

Decent Stay with a Rough Start Overall, my stay was okay, but the beginning of my check-in was a bit rough. I had to change my travel plans and check out earlier than expected, and when I asked the hotel if they could reimburse me for the last two nights I wouldn’t be staying, they unfortunately denied my request. During check-in, there was also some confusion. The staff member helping me tried to charge me the tax for all the nights of my original booking, but thankfully her coworker corrected it and made sure I was only charged for the nights I would actually be staying. Once I got past the check-in experience, the rest of my stay was great. The hotel has a rooftop where I could bring my drinks, relax, and enjoy a beautiful view — definitely a highlight! I’d say it was a mixed experience overall, but I still enjoyed the stay once everything was settled.

The hotel is located across the street from the gothic quarters. Excellent location. Walking distance to las Ramblas and south to the Pier. Great restaurants near by. H10 Moncado was the most welcoming of all the H10 hotels we stayed in our strip to Spain. Oriol, at front desk was excellent. He was efficient, and extremely helpful. He asked about us and offered maps to help us in our stay. The lobby offered many sitting areas to enjoy drinks and relax before venturing out to the city. The rooms a little small however they are kept immaculate. They offer daily bottles of drinking water and plenty of coffee pods. We had a bidet in our room. The toiletry bag contained toothbrush/ toothpaste/ shaving blade and cream. We immensely enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

We were extremely impressed with the hotel and location, being within all the action of the Gothic quarter. Hotel reception staff were impeccable and helpful, even sending someone to our room at 1 o’clock in the morning to adjust the air conditioning. Will certainly recommend to friends.

AC didnt work. Was hot. When reported said it was cool, but dont think they realized the air wasn't blowing so maybe a fan issue. Also, want to changed my room from a 2 person to 3 and made me book a second room instead of the ability to change one for an upcharge.

The location was perfect,walkable to every where. Plaza Catalonia literally 12 min relaxing walking because there so much to see . Staff very friendly and helpful. We had stayed in an H10 hotel previously and been impressed so that, the location and reviews made this an easy choice. Great position near the Cathedral and walking distance to many eateries. The streets felt perfectly safe even late in the evening. The rooftop bar has fantastic views, the room was great and the staff super friendly. And the breakfast was amazing. Getting the idea? Couldn't fault it.
