Super séjour dans cet hôtel très bien situé, proche de tous les sites touristiques, arrêt de métro à 2 pas, arrêt du bus pour l’aéroport aussi. Quartier calme et safe. Location is the only good thing about this hotel. Not even water in the room! An empty water is waiting for you to fill it in a nasty looking water fountain in the hallway. I won’t recommend it to any family members nor friends. Dark and old, best way to describe it.

Staff was very helpful friendly, and always wanted to make aour stay pleasant. Very comfortable, and convenient to public transportation, taxis at the front door, nearby, and walking distance to some of the most see attractions. Restaurants nearby. Offer bathrobe, and slipper, water fountain in the hallway, elevators, toiletries, and blow-dry hair. I highly recommend this place.

It’s really great location. 1st day bathroom is horrible smell due to late night check-in not able to raise the issue but 2bd day room service fixed the issue. They do have perfect family room.

My wife got bitten by bed bugs, to the extent we needed to seek medical assistance. When I raised this to property, the denied it happened at the hotel. So if you are looking for a hotel where you have a chance of getting bitten by bed bugs and being treated as a liar, this is your place.

The problem of the hotel is the location. We lived on the 4th floor with town view and our room literally shaked when the metro - red line - come. And that is quite often. Also due to the location also a lot of traffic. Otherwise we were very pleased with all the staff , cleaning and overall atmosphere. But it is not quite a 4 star hotel rather 3/3.5 the room is very clean but low standard. Reception is 4 stars. So the overall experience due to the fact that I woke up many times each night is low.

Beware! The walls here are so thin you can hear your upstairs neighbors sneeze, talk and close doors. And the door to your room is so un-soundproofed you can hear the maids cleaning. They also start cleaning at 8am so no rest for you! Your room will also look nothing like the pics. Our room had one small frosted window, no balcony, and the AC was broken for the first two days

The room is superb, spacious, the lightning made the room look romantic. Bathroom had a rainfall shower head, huge capacity and with 2 separate sinks, alot of attention to detail - even the towels are scented. The toiletries supplied were soothing and had a great scent.

Rooms are old and they gave me a room on the ground floor with no windows I felt like I would suffocate and with my claustrophobia I told them to change the room to the highest floor. They were mean and not accommodating. Finally they switched to 4th floor but they promised 5th floor. So I will never recommend anyone to stay there. Waste of money.

Very convenient hotel on a quiet street off of the Plaza de la Catalyuna. The staff was very engaging and friendly and worked with us to make sure all 7 rooms we had (a big group) were settled in and comfortable. The hotel itself is modern and comfortable with good sized rooms (particularly for Europe) and good amenities. As one person was in a wheelchair, it was also very convenient from an accessibility perspective and we had no problems navigating the property. The breakfast was good and the staff worked to help all 16 of us sit together each morning which was a plus. The location is great as it's close to many fun areas of Barcelona while walking and right next to a Metro station to go other places. There is also a cab stand right across the street as needed. I'd definitely recommend this hotel and would suggest getting one of the rooms with a balcony as that was a nice plus.

Location is fantastic! Small boutique hotel. Good sized room. Great breakfast. Nice washroom. Just a little dark. The only knock would be - I had to wait a long time for my room to be ready! Got there very early from my cruise (8am) didn’t expect my room to be ready. But we had 3 rooms booked and my cousins room was ready. The said the other two rooms would be ready between 12-3pm. We got back at 2pm. The second room was ready. But my room wasn’t ready until 3:15!!!! It was a discouraging waiting in the lobby that long!! The girl at the front desk was very nice and apologized! But we still didn’t get our room before the allotted time of 3:00pm. I assume they don’t have enough staff to clean the rooms because if you need to be out by 11:00. It shouldn’t take 4 hours to clean. And my room should’ve been prioritized since we arrived early.

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful. The day we arrived the desk staff was knowledgeable and courteous. They had a room ready for us when we arrived. They helped us with directions, provided restaurant recommendations, and transportation guidance. Our room was fantastic; very comfortable and clean. The linens were really nice; we loved the pillows. The breakfast buffet had everything we could have wanted and the servers were very nice. May, our bartender in the afternoon and evening was super helpful and provided guidance about restaurants and was very attentive. Overall it was exactly what we wanted...a terrific hotel with wonderful amenities and outstanding staff.

This hotel is in a great location, only a few steps from Placa Catalunya and Las Ramblas. We take the Aerobús from the airport right to Placa Catalunya and walk across the park to the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We had a balcony room which was nice. The restaurant was closed for construction but they sent us next door to a sister hotel for a great breakfast.

I loved Hotel Regina and would definitely go back. The breakfast is fabulous, the cocktails and tapas in the lobby bar are inventive and delicious. The hotel is super clean and very well maintained. The single thing I didn't love was the frequent sound of water running down my wall from - I assume - the room above mine. Such a small thing, though, and i learned to almost appreciate it after a few days. Staff is friendly and helpful... REally, a wonderful experience!!

Fantastisk hotell, nydelige rom, flott og sentral beliggenhet, trivelige ansatte, nydelige mat . Hotellet har flott frokostsal, kan være lurt og bestille med mat når oppholdet nikkes og det ikke ønskes og oppsøke frokost i nerområdet som er fult mulig. Men hotellet har god frokost med en liten cava eller mimosa før dagen starter ;)

Çocuklu bir aile olduğumuzdan odamızı değiştirme talebimiz olduğunda otel yetkilileri son derece ilgili şekilde odamızı update ettiler ve hızlı bir şekilde çözüm ürettiler.
