Excelente atención, habitaciones limpias, maquina de cafe, chocolate y agua en el lobby 24 hrs sin costo alguno. Céntrico. Un mercado a unas puertas del hotel y un restaurante al lado y 2 mas al doblar del hotel.

Room was small but well laid out and in good condition. Lovely shared terrace on the floor with great views. Location was excellent. Room was dark even with lights. No view. Tiny ants sometimes came under the door.

The hotel is very well situated with many transportation options and many places to eat nearby. Excellent service. Didn’t have the breakfast but there is coffee or tea available all day. The only negative thing is that because it is an old building, although renovated, you hear a lot of noise like doors closing and furniture moving from other floors

Ein toller Aufenthalt! Besonders zu erwähnen, die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals. Die Metro-Station Gracia ist nur 1 Minute entfernt und für mobiles Arbeiten war das Hotel auch perfekt geeignet: stabiles WLAN, ruhige Atmosphäre und Kaffee und Tee waren den ganzen Tag verfügbar.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und modern , wir waren echt positive Überrascht da wir bei 2 sternen nicht viel erwartet haben,aber war echt mindestens 3 sterne wert also alles mega gut. Toll war auch das es Kaffee , kakao und tee rund um die Uhr Umsonst gab ,auch kann man sich trinkwasser sowohl sprudel als auch Still rund um die Uhr selber Auffüllen auch kostenlos. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber. Das günstige Parkhaus 5 min zu fuß vom Hotel und bewacht ist das Parkhaus windsor , mit der Bahn ist alles in paar Minuten zu erreichen oder auch zu Fuß.S bahn ist um die Ecke. Wir kommen sicher Wieder .

I highly recommend Hotel Via Augusta! I am always worried about cleanliness, but the hotel was very clean! Everything was great! The staff were all very kind and helpful! They have free tea and coffee and hot chocolate available to you after breakfast is served, It's in a good location. We felt safe. If you are a walker, then you can walk to some sights. We walked to Park Guell; it was 30 minutes uphill but doable. We utilized buses as well. I definitely recommend!

Very clean hotel with super friendly and efficient front desk staff in the heart of Barcelona city! Room and shower are in decent shape. It’s right off a main street with bus line and easy taxi. Best part is that you can walk to Rambla. Barcelona Cathedral and many other sites. Super convenient. Lots stores and restaurants nearby so you don’t have to eat at the hotel. Room is cleaned everyday without having to ask (unlike hotels in US). We are very pleased with the 7-day stay with reasonable price and quality. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to visit Barcelona!

I loved this hotel so much! The area was very scenic and walkable, the hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodated us when we needed to drop off our bags before check in. Our room also had a gorgeous view of the city. The only small problem we had was gnats in the restroom, which may have been related to the window in there, but other than that the property was very clean.

Incredible hotel! My room was new, beautiful design and super comfortable. Very comfortable bed and the toilet was pretty big. Very well located! In the area there are very nice restaurants. The staff were super friendly! I had a lovely time there and definery will book again!

我入住時間是9月中，職員很有禮，我是訂了 superior room第一天到步時被安排頂層房 ，窗口對出是頂層平台，只望見半個天空，浴室當時窗門打開，當想淋浴時，看見一班人在頂層逛來逛去，如果他們從窗門望入浴室，一定看見我正在淋浴。之後跟前臺識員說想換另一樓層房，因為當天已滿，職員安排第二天到另一樓層，房間雖然有個小露臺但是對着天井位置，跟本看不見天空沒陽光，而且空間比第一天小很多。因為在巴塞 5天，想住一間舒適點的房間所以已加錢訂 Superior Room，但換來無陽光房，每天房價還要 港幣約 2千元，真不值這個價，巴塞是一個很美麗城市，我一定再來。但一定不會再入住這酒店。

Friendly staff & good location close to Passeig de Gràcia Negative is room was so small it was a challenge to open my suitcase on the floor. Worse was the small size of the deskspace. I had booked the room as a quiet place to sit down for a few hours and finally get on with boring stuff on my laptop that needed to be done but the desk, if one can call it that, was not large enough to open my laptop on and comfortably place my arms resting on it too so overall I was rather frustrated that I spent the money & was unable to do what Ai needed too. There were some tables downstairs near the coffee machine but it was less quiet there.

For a hotel in the 21st century, the lack of convenient electricity is kind of appalling. While the lack on N. American wall plugs is understandable, a comparable hotel in Rome at least had a single 120V socket for the odd appliance you might need, this had none. No fridge at all, which just seems odd and inconvenient. there were only 2 wall plugs in the entire room, 1 of which was originally taken up by a desktop lamp. Upon arrival to the room, there were no blankets of any kind available anywhere in the room, let alone on the bed, we ended up having to take pictures of the bed(s)to prove that they only had sheets on them. The AC ran nice and cold, and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, which took the rough edge off the stay. Overall 2.5 /5, unfortunately would not stay there again, nor would we recommend. Nice decor though.

Absurdly convenient location! I thought my friend who used to live in the area was exaggerating when she said I'd be 3 minutes from the subway, but the subway elevator put me out just across the street from the hotel. The hotel itself was also excellent - very cozy rooms, lobby staff were very helpful if I had questions. Excellent stay!

El hotel está en una excelente ubicación al lado del Barrio de Gracia y a 1 minuto de la estación de metro y bus. El lugar estaba limpio y la mayoría del staff era amigable. The hotel was clean and comfortable, excellent location too. The lobby was modern and aesthetically pleasing, the room smelt lovely and most staff were friendly. We had a lovely stay until checkout where the man was very rude and not helpful, we had been told if we got the smaller breakfast (croissant and a drink or toast and a drink) it would be cheaper around 4.50 euros but they charged my friend full price, 11 euros and blamed it on us, when no instructions were given that we had to tell staff at breakfast which one we'd gotten or asked what breakfast we had. The man at checkout was extremely rude and refused to charge my friend the lower price and said it was our fault. So be careful if you stay and want the cheaper breakfast. If it wasn't for the bad checkout experience we would have given the hotel a 5 star experience.

When we arrived in our double standard room we noticed that there were no windows facing the exterior. We went down to the front desk and talked with Alex who was able to accommodate our request for a room with exterior facing windows. Once settled in the new room the rest of our stay was great. Our experience with the front desk staff was pleasant with the exception of one of the staff who was a bit dismissive and short with us. All the other staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay as nice as possible. We even had one of them pack us a grab and go breakfast kit for our early morning flight as we were departing before the breakfast area opened up. The area is situated near metros and is very walkable to a lot of different attractions. We would come back and would recommend this hotel to others.

Very clean hotel with super friendly and efficient front desk staff in the heart of Barcelona city! Room and shower are in decent shape. It’s right off a main street with bus line and easy taxi. Best part is that you can walk to Rambla. Barcelona Cathedral and many other sites. Super convenient. Lots stores and restaurants nearby so you don’t have to eat at the hotel. Room is cleaned everyday without having to ask (unlike hotels in US). We are very pleased with the 7-day stay with reasonable price and quality. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to visit Barcelona!

Highly recommend staying here, staff very friendly & polite, room was great with huge shower, maid service every day. Use of free coffee machine in reception was also freat. Central location so could walk to Parc Guell, La Rambla, market & La Sagrada familia. Hope to go back to Barcelona, will definately stay here again

Absurdly convenient location! Great location, walking distance to excellent restaurants & bakeries in Gràcia. The best part is that this hotel is outside the tourist hell that Barcelona has become. You can walk to the gothic quarter (if you wish) but you can also enjoy a more authentic Barcelona experience. Clean rooms, knowledgeable & friendly staff, good breakfast. Highly recommend.

Hotel was good. Some renovations were done. We had an old room, which i knew but it was smaller than i thought. On the good side, our breakfast was included and it was amazing (full buffet)!! The AC was only in spanish and hard to figure out but we managed. Also, in the description it says laundry. Thats false, they have laundry service ($$) and only on week days so it didn’t worked for the days we were there. That should be advertised as such. But all together, good hotel, great location (2 metro/train stations next to hotel), lovely neighborhood with grocery stores and boutiques and restaurants. I would recommend and go back.

I highly recommend Hotel Via Augusta! I am always worried about cleanliness, but the hotel was very clean! Everything was great! The staff were all very kind and helpful! They have free tea and coffee and hot chocolate available to you after breakfast is served, It's in a good location. We felt safe. If you are a walker, then you can walk to some sights. We walked to Park Guell; it was 30 minutes uphill but doable. We utilized buses as well. I definitely recommend!
