The bellmen welcomed us as we arrived and the service and attentiveness never stopped. The hotel had a grand style and was clean and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable and had good amenities. The rooftop restaurant was a special treat with some great views of Barcelona. This was the perfect start to our Mediterranean vacation.

Beautiful hotel. Excellent service. The rooftop pool…should not be allowed to call it a pool. Very misleading. It’s tiny and we weren’t allowed to use it as they were closing off the area for a private event. It’s part of why we selected that hotel and we were disappointed with that part of our stay. Otherwise, we loved it. Great location, comfy bedding.

I enjoyed my stay very much. It was extremely hot during our stay and the pool was closed two out of five of our stay. I believe that if a pool is on the roof as part of a roof top bar/restaurant adults should be allowed in until it closes.There is no lifeguard ever so adults should be able to swim .

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was large and comfortable with amenities. The area was walking distance to shopping, food, and cultural venues. The hotel staff and concierge were very helpful and coordinated my dinner reservations for me. Also the rooftop bar provided a nice way to end each night.

Casa Fuster is a beautiful building however inside is dark, some areas, decor, and furniture need to be updated. The last day the shower didn’t have hot water. The amenities like the pool and gym were minimal. The best thing about the hotel was its location and friendly staff. This property is more like a 4 star than 5. Expedia needs to upgrade its criteria for 5 star assignment.

Perfekt lokalisasjon. Helt klart et fint hotell i en meget spesiell bygning. Fin mottagelse i resepsjonen. Rommet i 5. etg var av god størrelse (premium) og med veldig bra fasiliteter. Flott utsikt nedover gaten. Vanlig renhold var utmerket, men likevel med gjenværende fettrand i badekaret fra tidligere gjester. Vi benyttet ikke dette. Litt slik på dusjgulvet også. Dette ble rettet. Rikholdig frokost i lokalet i kjelleren. Hvorfor ikke benytte en av de 2 andre restaurantene til frokost? Samlet sett meget godt fornøyd med oppholdet.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 days. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Oriole helped us a lot with booking tours which was very appreciated. The room was very clean and daily house keeping made it more pleasant. Thanks to Lucia and Louroes for the hard work. The location was great . Close to shopping center and walkable . Overall a very pleasant experience and we highly recommend it .

Our stay at Casa Fuster was amazing. The bed was so comfortable and the size of the room was perfect. The rooftop lounge and pool was a plus. The breakfast was beyond amazing and delicious. My son was truly amazed by the spread. The nespresso coffee was perfect. The staff also went over and beyond. Truly felt pampered for two days while we were there.

Casa Fuster is a beautiful, historic property close to great shopping and restaurants. We had a very nice room with Familia La Sagrada in the background. Hotel has a very large lounge on the main floor which was hopping when we were there. The breakfast, which was fine, is served in a windowless basement restaurant. The staff were excellent. Enjoyed our stay but if returning to Barcelona, would likely stay at the Majestic.

Outstanding hotel right on the main boulevard and adjacent to the wonderful Grarcia neighborhood. Beautiful room, with ours having a small terrace and excellent view of the city. Everything was top notch including the service. Excellent place to stay while visiting Barcelona.

Impressive building. Designed by famous architect, Montaner. Excellent location. Rooms in the back of the hotel are dark. Staff helpful. The big roof-top bar is lovely and sunny. Excellent breakfasts in room. (I guess it is common to find hotel lobbies are saturated by strong perfume. Not pleasant.)

Wonderful hotel. The staff is excellent and always helpful, patient and attentive. The hotel lobby and rooms are tastefully decorated, high quality, clean and roomy. The only issue is the room's deep tub/shower combination. It is hard for less limber individuals to safely enter and exit. Assistance may be needed to use safely. Loved the roof top bar. Excellent views and service.

2022年8月11日から2泊しました。まずは2人でチェックインしたのですが、受付に4人いるのに3人はバカ話ししながらペチャクチャ喋って遊んでいましたが（雰囲気からですが）、対応していただいたのが1人で、20分以上待たされました。　真夏のすごく暑い日にロビーのエアコンはあまり効いてなく、かなり暑い中立たされました。　またスマホの充電器もお願いしたら、ロビーに取りに来てと言われロビーに行くと部屋に持って行くと言われ、同じ電話を3回した挙句、2時間後に充電器を持ってきました。ロビーに3回降りたことにかなり怒りを感じました。　またスリッパはかなり陳腐で、バスタオルは安宿のかなり使い古したタオルしかありませんでした。おマケに冷蔵庫の扉はなかなか閉まりませんし、サービスでもらったワインもワインオープナーもなく、リクエストしても結局持ってきませんでした。　屋上のプールもかなり小さく子供用でした。　1泊5万出してこのレベルでは本当に残念です。　絶対にこのホテルを選ばないことをお勧めします。

This is an absolutely wonderful property. It’s in the perfect location in Gràcia, 30 min walk downtown and 30 min in the other direction to Sagrada or Parc Güell. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. If you like late 19th/early 20th century architecture and furniture, Casa Fuster will surpass your expectations. The staff is great. Anything you need is brought to your room in 5 minutes. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety and fast service, both buffet and a la carte. We were all thrilled to stay in this gem in Barcelona

O hotel ao entrar tem um perfume muito gostoso e o acalhimento no check in e com as bagagens é excelente. O problema começou com o quarto, primeiro foi a internet que não funcionava, depois inundou o quarto com água pelo banheiro, depois nos trocaram de quarto… além disso o atendimento do bar foi pessimo, café da manhã pago a parte e terminávamos de comer e o pessoal ainda não tinha levado nem o café na mesa. Não consigo acreditar que um hotel desse nível tenha um serviço tão precário no bar. Uma pena, mas não me parece nem de longe um 5 estrelas. Dei de presente esse hotel para minha mãe e minha tia e elas somente voltaram com frustrações que passaram para mim, pois eu imaginava que um hotel com esse valor seria uma experiência aconchegante e tranquila e se mostrou o contrário.

This is an absolutely wonderful property. It’s in the perfect location in Gràcia, 30 min walk downtown and 30 min in the other direction to Sagrada or Parc Güell. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Excellent hotel located around 20 minute walking or 10 minute by car, to most attractions in Barcelona. The staff were consistently polite and helpful. The bathroom was functional but a little dated. If you go to Barcelona then stay here. Conveniently located in the heart of Gracia this hotel has everything to offer . The rooms are great the staff are super helpful and friendly and the hotel is overall so cool . We enjoyed a sangria at the bar and had a fabulous breakfast in the dining hall . We will absolutely be returning to this hotel when we come back to Barcelona.

Fantastic staff and unbeatable location. Rooms are comfortable although nothing special and the main restaurant only serves a tasting menu which I don't care for. Still, the hotel offers great value for the price and I would gladly stay here again next time I'm in Barcelona.
