Everything and everyone was fabulous and I will definitely stay here again! Best parts were the location, the rooftop pool/bar, the room and the staff!!!

Great location, great hotel And staff only let down by one day could not gain access to the roof terrace as there was a party up there and instead of staying in their designated area they over spilled meaning no space for guests Would stay again for the location to beach, marina and central Barcelona

Great hotel in a good location. I stayed in room 12 on the first floor. Internally facing, room 10, 11, 12 are one level up from the lobby near an open air seating area. You can hear everything from the lobby (guests coming and going and the concierge giving tips). It’s not quiet, but I didn’t mind. The plunge pools on the roof are wonderful. There are 6 chaise lounges near the more private pool. I spent a lot of time there. The drinks from the rooftop bar are wildly overpriced, but if you feel like indulging the option is there. Overall, the location was wonderful and I was able to walk to everything I wanted to see. There are tons of great restaurants 10-20 mins walking from the hotel. I would stay here again.

Great hotel and location , only complaint was the pools were pretty small.

We stayed at the hotel 3 days and 4 nights from the US. It was set right in the gothic quarter, which made exploring really easy. Walking distance to La Rambla and the pier/beach. We had noisy nights because we were on the first floor. Wont do that next time. The design of the toilet right next to the shower had our toilet paper wet or falling on the floor always. Poor design. Other than that, a nice stay. Front desk staff really wonderful. We added breakfast, which was nice each day. Gym was small but got the job done. Rooftop bar had a nice view, and the pool is a nice touch if you have kids.

Property has no where for drop off and pick up of customers, making it difficult to arrive and leave with luggage. Also elevator had issues and didn’t work the day we were leaving, and we had five bags to bring down leaving on a cruise. People were all very friendly and helpful.

Gym hours and accessibility. Gym opens too late 9am and you have to ask for a key every day, totally inconvenient

The location of the hotel is super unique, however, it shouldn't be considered a 4 star hotel. The room wasn't clean, the furniture and bed mattress are very outdated and uncomfortable, the staff isn't the friendliest and the front desk rarely picks up phone calls from the room.

Property is beautiful old world charm. Rooms were more modern, clean and maintained.

We really liked this hotel. Very friendly staff the concierge was really on top of things. The location was just about perfect. Right down by the water, and right behind us was the Gothic section of Barcelona. Surrounded by great restaurants with tremendous choices of food. The hotel rooms were typically European, rather tiny, but very well designed and kept immaculately clean. If we were back in Barcelona, we come back here in the New York minute.

Nice hotel. My wife and I stayed here for four nights on our first visit to Barcelona. The service was excellent, the location was perfect, and the scenery from the rooftop bar was beautiful. When we arrived, we were ‘upgraded’ to a two bedroom. I suspect this was because they had run out of the cheaper comfort rooms we booked. We were given room 12, which was an internal room which felt like the basement, and got the impression it was a dumping ground for guests they didn’t know where to put. It was comfortable and quiet, but way too big for us, and felt like a sub standard room. We changed rooms after one night because we started hearing a constant stream of water running down the pipes behind the wall. After all that, we were moved to a better room without any trouble. It was quiet and mostly clean. There was a small patch of mould above the amazing shower. I suspect it was a patch just out of reach by housekeeping. Not a big deal. Overall, I liked this hotel. And would stay at it again. Just avoid bedroom 12.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar had a nice view of the ocean. The room was cleaned every time, so there was no inconvenience. The breakfast was delicious and varied, from the standard eggs and bacon to prosciutto, Danish pastries, and fresh fruit. They even had cava alcohol. I'll stay here again when I visit Barcelona. It was a wonderful stay, thank you!

The room was immaculate and very comfortable. The friendly, helpful staff made us feel very welcome and gave us useful information about the city, enabling us to settle in very quickly and get on with enjoying our mini break.

Very nice front staff. The room was clean and in a good location- easy to get around to Las Ramblas or gothic quarter. Right across from a marina so beautiful water views too.

Overall the property was nice and clean and the location was great. We found our exterior facing room on level 2 to be extremely noisy till 3 am with the two bars opposite it, we could barely get any sleep. The hotel needs to better sound proof the rooms.The breakfast buffet was good but no variation in items. It gets old after 3 days of eating the same options.

Beautiful boutique hotel on marina. Was disappointed in comfort of bed and pillows. Also food choices were too upscale for us.

Had a nice stay. The room was spacious but the door is paper thin, so there was a lot of noise early morning outside. Rooftop food was excellent.

The hotel has great vibes and looks very chic, and at first glance it really feels like a high-end place. Breakfast is superb, the staff are extremely kind, and housekeeping was very good. We also appreciated the large TV that allows you to stream your own content: a nice touch. However, one of the most important aspects of a hotel stay completely missed the mark: the beds. We booked a room with two twin beds, but the beds were very small, wobbly, and uncomfortably hard. We were also given two identical pillows, both very thin, offering little to no support. The bedding itself was also disappointing and not what you would expect from a hotel positioning itself as upscale. I have stayed in many different types of hotels, ranging from Four Seasons to hostels, and this was honestly one of the worst sleep experiences I’ve had. We came to Barcelona specifically to get some rest, but instead had very poor nights of sleep. I even developed back pain, something I have never experienced before. It’s such a shame, because apart from the beds, everything else was outstanding. Unfortunately, for €300 per night, good sleep is non-negotiable, and for that reason alone, this stay was not worth the price.

If you get a room facing the habour, I am sure it would be a nice hotel. But my room was very close to another building, so I had to have the curtains down all the time to avoid people looking into my room. Not worth the price.

This hotel was very nice. Very nice room with a harbor view, great breakfast and great staff. The shower was nice with very good water pressure. The king size bed was good, but not great. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

I have only positive feedback for this well decorated hotel. The staff, furnishing & services are top of the notch. They even go above and beyond with making you feel welcomed & comfortable. The rooms are extremely well ventilated with AC. Also having a pool to dip in with the heat in Barcelona was super. I would reserve there again.

Gem of a boutique hotel on an excellent location. On the edge of the Gothic quarter and across the street from the Marina. Staff is excellent and especially the front desk staff and bartender. He makes a terrific creamy espresso martini! Wonderful stay, well appointed, comfortable room with good linens.

I chose this hotel as it was close to work but I actually left half way through as our experience was abysmal. When you walk in the front desk staff was incredibly lovely and got us sorted. However they put us in a hotel with broken AC (it was actually blowing heat in the room at 25 degrees) and very inconsistent Wifi. This made it difficult for me to work after hours and for my partner and I to have a good nights rest. We had been travelling for 8 hours so we were a bit exhausted but relatively easy going in the beginning. However when we asked them to fix the AC they made me wait 3 hours until it was around 11:30PM until I had to ask them to switch our rooms. I followed the guest manager to one of the rooms and he had the wrong key so I had to wait longer affecting my productivity the next day at work. The other room was small but bit more cool but found that it had amenities that were missing from ours (e.g. robes). They than transported our belongings to a new room which was much better. I wouldn’t make much of a fuss but we paid $400 CAD/night, had to switch rooms twice in two days, and anytime we called concierge, there were significant delays in getting service. My colleagues saved money staying at nicer hotels with better service, so that’s why we left in the middle of our stay. I’d ask for a refund but they were so slow even responding to me I don’t even want to bother.

This hotel was the perfect location! Overlooking the marina providing beautiful water views while in walking distance to las ramblas, Cathedral, market, shopping and everything the gothic quarter has to offer! The staff were even better—every person provided and friendly and warm welcome from the front desk receptionists, so the rooftop waitstaff helping me practice me Spanish, and my favorite staff member, Rubin, who was the bellman. He helped me with my luggage and taxis, but more importantly he was so friendly and kind and truly went above and beyond—even remembered my name each time I walked through the lobby. Highly recommend to stay here!

Great convenient location, clean, tidy, excellent hotel. What really sets it apart is the staff. All were wonderfully accommodating, caring, and helpful. I’m specifically calling out Enrico and Alex for exemplary customer service. Enrico made me feel like long lost family as he shared his passion and insights on his adopted Barcelona. What a great ambassador for your hotel, city, and country.

Our room was great and provided everything we needed. The front desk staff is wonderful. We arrived late at night due to our flight arrival time. I notified the hotel that we would arrive after midnight and they were accommodating and efficient. This hotel is wonderful and the location is great.

We stayed for six nights, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The air conditioning in our room was broken for the first three nights, which was uncomfortable, especially in the heat. On the fourth night, things got even worse, several of our valuable items were stolen from our room. This included my husband’s expensive watch, which he had hidden in his suitcase, a designer purse and wallet, and a brand new pair of designer sunglasses. We later found out that multiple staff members had been in our room that day to check the air conditioning. Had we been informed about this in advance, we absolutely would have taken extra precautions. When we reported the theft, we were told that the hotel trusts their staff,which may be true, but that didn’t change the fact that our belongings were gone. We had let our guard down, thinking we were staying in a safe, reputable hotel. What really added to our frustration was how the situation was handled. It felt like the staff were more concerned with keeping the incident quiet than actually helping us or taking responsibility. There was no real apology or sense of accountability for the fact that so many people had been in our room without our knowledge. One of the managers told me to go out and enjoy the day and that “it’s only stuff, a few weeks you’ll forget about it.” That response was incredibly dismissive and left us feeling unsupported. They did offer us a free dinner, which we appreciated, but it didn’t come close to m

The hotel was in a fantastic location opposite port Vell close to la Rambla and the gothic region . Perfect for walking to venues. The hotel itself is of a very quality lovely rooms , clean and quiet. The breakfasts are fabulous. The staff friendly and helpful.

This was a great hotel! It is in a great location. Easy to walk to the Gothic Quarter and Barceloneta. Easy walk to public transport to quickly get all around the city. People, sunshine, history, vino, and food all exceptional. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Fantastic find! This hotel was gorgeous with an amazing central location right on the waterfront in Barcelona. Big, quiet room, with beautiful large bathroom. The staff was great and the breakfast A+. Will definitely recommend and hope to return.

Super Lage

Great location to stay in Gothic Quarter. Amenities were amazing and stunning views from rooftop. Convenient and walkable to many restaurants and attractions.

Staff friendliness is overrated; they were helpful, but not to the level of previous reviews. Breakfast foods that were supposed to be hot were always lukewarm to cold. Room cleaning crew were too anxious to get into cleaning room that they would come in even when you are still in the room.

Lovely hotel in a great location, close to the port, beach, and many restaurants and bars. It's just a short walk to major attractions. The hotel was clean and comfortable, though our room facing the inner courtyard was a bit dark. The breakfast was tasty, the staff were friendly, and the rooftop terrace was a cute spot to unwind. Conveniently, it's only 20-30 minutes by taxi to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, service, and atmosphere.

Great hotel and service was perfection. Breakfast was lovely and included champagne! Guest rooms were spacious and bathroom offered plenty of counter space and terrific water pressure in shower.

Very nice. Walkable to on off bus and quick to get cab. The breakfast was top notch. And good fast restaurant and bars next door. Decor very nice. Room was perfect. Cleaned everyday. And came promptly when needed to show us how to use tv.

The breakfast and dining area on the main level was beautiful with wonderful selections. Loved the self-service coffee! Food on the rooftop restaurant could be a little better. My chicken caesar salad lacked flavor and interest. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Our friends' room had some plumbing issues. There is a missing stair in the stairwell at about the third stair from the lobby, which is dark, that seems dangerous. Overall, however, we loved the hotel and would happily return.
