We liked the out-of-the-way location in Scottsdale: just enough off the beaten path that it was quiet, but with easy access to restaurants and the freeway. Check-in was smooth and easy. We liked the courtyard-style layout with the pool in the center of the property. We got a king suite. It was great, clean with a good layout. The bed was firm but we both prefer that, and we slept very well. There were plenty of hangers in the closet, which seems rare at hotels these days. We only noted airport noise twice in two nights. It passed quickly and we only heard it when we were at the pool. Didn't seem to be a big deal at all. The gym is small, but the treadmill worked well (only cardio machine I used). There's also a combination weight machine, but no free weights. It was perfectly fine for me for two nights. The free hot breakfast is well-presented and the food was very good. Eggs and corned beef hash for the win! This was a great hotel for what we needed: a place to stay while we shopped for a car. We would absolutely stay here again.

The staff is very nice. Very attentive , and they seem to care about what they're doing. The rooms could use a little work. My bed was so hard to sleep on that.I'm sore today. My door and to my room needed a little bit of weather stripping. And everything was fine until some people showed up on Saturday nearby.My room being as loud as they could. This went on for about an hour, .Finally , it stopped , and they seemed to go inside their room where they should be. I was awakened just before five am with sonic boom fireworks. One right after another , I think the police showed up right away , because they stopped. I stayed here because I did not want to be near any fireworks going on.I could see some in the distance on Saturday night and that was okay. Everything was fine until that other person showed up in the other room and the fireworks. I would stay here again if they could change out the beds to more comfortable .
