We have stayed at this property twice now and we really like it! For a week(+) long stay with a family of four, the handicapped accessible room is way more comfortable than the double bed suite which felt a little cramped. The staff is wonderful, and we loved the pool area! We loved how it was close to lots of Scottsdale amenities yet somewhat secluded and peaceful (if you don’t mind the airport noises—we don’t). Breakfast is amazing too!! We would definitely come back!

Absolutely love this hotel. The pool and courtyard are pristine, the fitness center has quality equipment in good working condition, continental breakfast and staff are absolutely wonderful, front desk people are the best, bottles water, beer, and other convenience items are available on premises. It was a nice and convenient place to stay for my business trip. I had a chance to go to the pool area and there was a hot tub, both outside. The hot tub was shooting water up a bit to much, so it may need to be adjusted. My bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I loved the citrus lotion, so I asked for more at the front desk. You must go just to try that lotion. The breakfast was a nice touch each morning and the staff was friendly.

Nice hotel, right by the Scottsdale airport. Good stuff, the bar, however, does not have food but the bartender. There is excellent and makes up for it. Close to shopping and restaurants about a mile. Or two down the road

The property was old. I selected a room with 2 queen beds but the beds were fulls. The bathroom had hair on the floor & in the tub. The sink barely drained. The room had a mildew smell. All in all the hotel was terrible & way over priced.

Two things that stood out - The breakfast team is fantastic. It was the same gentleman there every day and he was friendly, helpful, and just top notch in every way. So were the women working there. (I met two of them, both fantastic). This team truly goes above and beyond and it's a great way to start the day. Thank you! Also - I lost an expensive pair of sunglasses in the lobby, and when I was checking out I asked about them and to my surprise the front desk staff had found and saved them for me. They could easily have kept them as they are expensive. I appreciate the great service and honestly. I will definitely stay there again next time I'm in Scottsdale. Thank you.

Our room was a crappy room next to a storage room so half of our room was cut off. Old and dirty, not what I would expect for Scottsdale. I could’ve paid less in Tempe. Rude front desk. Honestly that’s the reason I will never stay there again. The heavy housekeeping lady and the heavy pierced girl at the front desk were both super rude

Good, standard hotel, comfortable room, good breakfast selection & good amenities. Very convenient to local attractions. What sets this place apart is the staff - they were all very helpful and courteous and couldn’t do enough to make our stay relaxing & hassle free. The only downside is its location to Scottsdale airport literally just over the road - the planes are very noisy but we live near London Heathrow airport so we soon got used to it!!

This is right by the airport so you hear flights all the time and the air quality is terrible, smells like airplane exhaust! So, unless you have to, one night only, because you are exhausted. I wouldn’t recommend it.
