The location of the property was fabulous, right on the edge of old town. The hotel was clean, rooms were spacious, and parking garage was very close. Ceiling in the main area of hotel was beautiful.

Hotel is in an excellent location just off the main square. The road around it is pedestrianised so no traffic noise at all. We were in Room 16 which looks out onto the side of the church so not overlooked at all. There is a lift to all floors, rooms are sound proofed, they are decorated tastefully and are a great size. Bathrooms again are a good size with shower over bath. Toiletries supplied are lovely and slippers are available on request. The breakfasts served are varied with the usual coffees teas orange apple juice etc. Cereals yoghurt pastries croissants, fruits, cold meats, cheeses etc and then choice of hot eggs, sausages, bacon etc always plentiful in supply usually served between 7am and 10am. Rooms are cleaned and towels replaced on request. Tea and coffee making facilities in room. Mini bar provided at additional cost. There is a bar in the hotel opened from about 5.00 to 8.00pm which we didn't use but it looked lovely. The hotel comes highly recommended from us, the staff are really friendly without being in your face and are happy to assist with any enquiries. Unfortunately it wouldnt let me upload photos of the rooms.

Fantastic boutique hotel. They have a gorgeous spa. With saunas and jacuzzi. We paid 50 euro and had it to ourselves for 1.5 hours. We will return!

OK, it was early March and probably out of season, but can you use that as an excuse! Our first room was far too hot and with no outside window to open and cool it down it was unbearably hot at night, but on our third night there's was water dripping on to what sounded like tin on our bedroom ceiling all night. When I brought it to the receptions attention they moved us, but we got the distinct impression that this problem wasn't a surprise to them. The restaurant wasn't open for anything other than breakfast, which was OK, but nothing special. The bar opened from 3pm until 8pm, so you couldn't get a nightcap when you returned in the evening. There was quite a lot of dust about and our friends room had chewing gum stuck to the bedside table light. The Spa was closed for refurbishment, but I noticed it closed last August, so that's nearly 8 months. So it has really slow builders involved or it's not getting done. We stayed in Bratislava at the Arcadia Boutique Hotel for just one night and it was an excellent experience. The hotel is full of character, the room was nice, the breakfast was excellent and the location - right in the centre of the old town was perfect. Fully recommended. The only minor complaint I have is the 30 euro/night parking at the nearby parking garage - this is not the hotel's fault of course and it seems to be the going rate for Bratislava but if there was anyway the hotel could offer subsidised parking that would be the icing on the cake!

Beautiful old building, large comfy rooms, decorated in a style in keeping with the age of the building but also modern and very convenient to use. Bar and mini-bar prices were reasonable, decent breakfast included. Would have liked the bat to be open for more than the five-hour stretch from 3-8pm, but less than 100 yards away was an excellent Grand Cru Wine Gallery. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Este hotel podría ser realmente increíble pero tiene condiciones inseguras por todos lados. Además no hay elevador de la calle al lobby, por lo que tienes que cargar tus maletas porque no ay nadie que las lleve. Los cuartos Os tiene muebles de época que en lo particular se me hacen horribles, pero la cama era cómoda y el hotel súper silencioso.

Interesting place. Very old building. I am with mixed feelings. Young lady welcomed us on arrival and she was very nice and helpful. The room was in not good condition. They urgently need to wash the carpet, it is very dirty. The bathroom was clean. The pillows were awful, I had a pain in the back after a night in the hotel. Change the pillows, please! There was a strange smell in the hotel. In the bathroom there was a message that was saying if we need slippers or shaving kit or cotton pads or something to call the reception and they will bring us what we need. I went to the reception and ask the man who was there for slippers. He told me that he will bring and… never came. The breakfast was decent. Overall, the hotel needs more attention to its cleanliness and condition.

Beautiful interior. Clean, very quiet, very friendly staff. Great location within walking distance of trams, Old Town. Great breakfast. Nice room. Large bathroom has nice tub for bathing, though the shower splash partition around the tub is a bit small, and would feel safer if it had a grab bar.

Lovely hotel in fantastic convenient location for the old town attractions. Comfortable bed and good choice of hot and cold food at breakfast. Easy walking distance to the old town square. However our room (number 3) was incredibly hot (in December!) and windows opened onto an internal corridor so it was impossible to cook it down. This is presumably a known problem as there was a large portable fan in the room that helped a tiny bit but mostly just blew the hot air around. I complained to reception but was told there was nothing they could do and there was no management in the hotel over the weekend. This really detracted from our stay in what is otherwise a lovely hotel.

A nice hotel located in the old town area. Beautiful interior and great breakfast. Only downside which I read from other travelers but did not fully understand, is the temperature of the rooms. My room windows opened to the enclosed interior of hotel, which is very warm. There is no air conditioning. It was cold outside and even despite needing a jacket outdoors, the room stayed hot all night. Will not stay here again until air conditioning is installed.

Old fashioned charm that needs a lot of improvement. The shower was unbearable. The temperature changed constantly from very hot to very cold. Room was large but not very comfortable. Toilet had to be flushed twice to get it to stop flushing continuously.

Rooms are unique but seating area wasn’t very comfy and stairs to sleeping area were very steep. Convenient to old town but you need to shleep your luggage several blocks as no vehicles allowed in the immediate area great breakfast

Arcadia Boutique Hotel is a very attractive hotel, ideally situated just round the corner from the main square of Bratislava Old Town. This means it is very central yet very quiet. The interior of the hotel is very handsome, with a spacious and bright atrium-style foyer, with the rooms arranged in galleries overlooking the open space. The bedroom was very spacious and well-appointed. Separate ensuite WC and bathroom (also spacious and well-appointed, with both bath and standalone shower cubicle). Very comfortable large bed. Pleasant reception staff. I can heartily recommend this hotel.

Spacious and classically decorated room with a huge super king sized bed. Clean and comfortable but warm at night with no external windows for air circulation. That was probably the only drawback. Some rooms do have external windows, perhaps chose one of those. Decent breakfast served every morning with eggs, bacon, etc and continental. Good location at the top of old town. Would stay here again.

I was staying in room 1 and I could hear everything that was happening outside, and on Friday and Saturday nights I barely sleep because of the people going out, shouting, screaming. I could hear a concert happening nearby. The room had zero soundproofing. Some of the lightbulbs were not working and lampshades were covered in dust. The room was huge and the location was great, but I have not enjoyed my stay. On my last night I woke up bitten all over my body. Overall, I wouldn’t stay there again.

Stayed in the 'triple room', which was very nice. However, the stay was totally ruined by the stupid electricity/lighting wiring, and awful staff service. I was woken up by my friend in the downstairs area of the room at 04:30, because the lights were not working (no light in the bathroom), but there was electricity because the TV and fridge were working. The staff said they would get an engineer to us at 8am... No good as we were leaving at 07:30. But what was totally unacceptable was the fact that we didn't need an engineer, as it was explained to us at the reception when checking out, that the upstairs bed has a 'master light switch' that kills every light in the room. So no need for an engineer, just for the staff to tell us that either at check in, or when we found the problem. This is a really stupid set up, and very badly managed situation. Stayed in the 'triple room', which was very nice. However, the stay was totally ruined by the stupid electricity/lighting wiring, and awful staff service. I was woken up by my friend in the downstairs area of the room at 04:30, because the lights were not working (no light in the bathroom), but there was electricity because the TV and fridge were working. The staff said they would get an engineer to us at 8am... No good as we were leaving at 07:30. But what was totally unacceptable was the fact that we didn't need an engineer, as it was explained to us at the reception when checking out, that the upstairs bed has a 'master light switch' that kills every light in the room. So no need for an engineer, just for the staff to tell us that either at check in, or when we found the problem. This is a really stupid set up, and very badly managed situation. Made worse by the total lack of empathy, understanding or apologies at the reception in the morning. It is a shame, as it really ruined what on first impressions, was a wonderful hotel.

Great location in the old town. Staff couldn't be more helpful. It's in an ancient building that has been converted in a very imaginative way and so offers something a little different from the norm. Nice to have a good breakfast included too. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend the Arcadia.

A l’arrivée dans la chambre une bouteille d’eau et de vin sont posées sur la table avec un message de bienvenue. Au départ la bouteille est facturée 18€. The staff was really helpful and they thought of all the little details: great shampoo and lotion, extra conditioner, toilet paper ready to grab by the elevators if you ran out (no need to contact housekeeping), and the breakfast buffet was amazing. This is the only hotel where I've seen sparkling wine at the breakfast buffet!

We cannot fault this beautiful hotel. Our room was gorgeous with a beautiful en suite. The hotel is super clean. The breakfasts were everything you would want. The location is just off the main square where you have a wonderful choice of places to eat. You’re in walking distance of the Danube. Simply can’t fault this hotel on anything. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to stay here. The staff are lovely, we needed our train tickets printed, and it was done in a flash, we needed help with our bolt app for the taxis, and again help on hand with a smile.

Really lovely property so close to the center of the old town. Very easily walkable to the castle and all of old town. I was able to walk from the central bus station in about 20 minutes. Staff was very friendly and the accommodations were very spacious. My only issue was that I asked the reception staff to reserve a taxi for an early flight. I think they forgot to do it and as a result the taxi did not show up on time. Luckily the gentleman working the night shift was able to call and get a taxi to the hotel about 20mins late. Luckily, I made it to the airport and my flight without issue.

Our flights were cancelled owing to the extreme weather on 24.1.25. I immediately informed the hotel but they dismissed my request to move the booking. The hotel basically fobbed me off, made no effort to show flexibility to support our booking, nor showed any intent to understand circumstances that were out with our control. Very very poor.

This was a perfect stay. The hotel was lovely, staff all very helpful and a very good breakfast choice. Excellent location, very central. Hotel organised the transport to and from the airport for us (for an additional fee)and that worked very well too.

Arcadia Boutique Hotel is a very attractive hotel, ideally situated just round the corner from the main square of Bratislava Old Town. This means it is very central yet very quiet. The interior of the hotel is very handsome, with a spacious and bright atrium-style foyer, with the rooms arranged in galleries overlooking the open space. The bedroom was very spacious and well-appointed. Separate ensuite WC and bathroom (also spacious and well-appointed, with both bath and standalone shower cubicle). Very comfortable large bed. Pleasant reception staff. I can heartily recommend this hotel.

The hotel is right in old town, so it is very convenient. Old town itself is compact and therefore very walkable. The hotel is near a popular spot where loud music is played in the street, but it became quiet promptly at 22:00.

Bathroom had bathtub and shower cubicle and toiletries provided. There was plenty of storage space in the bedroom with free (fizzy) bottled water. Very good breakfast buffet was included with hot and cold items though cheap cereals and lukewarm coffee let it down slightly. There were plenty of bars and restaurants close by as Bratislava is an easily walkable city. Taxis from the airport are a rip-off. I would stay here again if returning.

Superb family room. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff were very helpful. A beautiful hotel full of character. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The hotel was very central for bars and restaurants. Would stay again if we went back to Bratislava.

I had stopped at the hotel in 2019 and couldn't fault it but when they told me if i wanted my room cleaned i had to pay 100 euros so nobody came into the room to even check it you needed anything i.e toilet roll the breakfast this morning was cold and should have been warm and it wasnt late breakfast started at 07.00 and i was there for 07.15so you would expect it to be warm and last time they had a doorman to take your bags but looks like he had been finished but apart from that Bratislava has a place was good its clean and friendly which is why i went back

The breakfast was very basic. The room was incredibly warm, with no daylight. At night it was impossible to sleep because of the noise outside. I was staying in room 1 and I could hear everything that was happening outside, and on Friday and Saturday nights I barely sleep because of the people going out, shouting, screaming. I could hear a concert happening nearby. The room had zero soundproofing. Some of the lightbulbs were not working and lampshades were covered in dust. The room was huge and the location was great, but I have not enjoyed my stay. On my last night I woke up bitten all over my body. Overall, I wouldn’t stay there again.
