Coming from the country the only issue was parking,

Asked for parking through Wotif app but didn’t get one. Couldn’t get TV to work. The shower water was very inconsistent in its temperature.

No luggage storage on a Sunday because 'not many people come in on a Sunday'. From what i was seeing though, a lot of people were checking out and wanting storage on a Sunday though. Room was so dusty it set off all my allergies and i felt very ill for the entire stay. Holes in the wall, mould in the bathroom and stains on the carpet, blankets, walls and the headboard of the bed. Wont be coming back.

Property good . I asked whether there was parking at the property and was told yes but when we arrived there was no parking left and we had to find parking which difficult to find a secure park close by . We found one after 40 mins driving around and it took twenty to walk back to our apartment .

I arrived at the apartment destination shortly after 3:00 PM, as I had communicated via text message. Upon arrival, I was unaware that the office was located away from the main reception area. When I entered, I was greeted by an individual who addressed me as Marie. I also noticed two cards on the desk intended for my sister-in-law and her adult son. I clarified that I am Rosa Katsoutas. Additionally, we had previously informed them of our parking requirements. The staff member appeared to be in a hurry and provided us with a map, which is attached, along with instructions on where to park. Despite searching for approximately 45 minutes, we were unable to locate the designated parking area indicated on the map. I made several phone calls to him but did not receive a response. When I returned to the office, he had already left. We eventually found parking at a location some distance from the property and transported our luggage to the apartment. Later, my partner visited the main reception area and showed the map to a receptionist, who advised that the parking is actually located directly underground beneath the apartment. Additionally, we noticed that the apartment had a strong odour of curry. Overall, we are dissatisfied with the experience.

Room was fine, clean good kitchen area. What was disappointing was - 1)no wifi - evidently some issues with the current system. 2) parking, one of the reasons I selected the hotel, maximum height 1.7m and the other option was apparently full.

We had a spacious apartment that could benefit from a good cleaning. We arrived at 6.30 pm to find we were locked out with no instructions on how to get our room key. There was nobody available at reception at any point during our 3 day stay. There was no WiFi information available in the room. We had to pay to store our luggage on the day we checked out because reception was extremely unreliable. Overall we had a disappointing experience and an unpleasant stay.

3 phone calls to the offical number went unanswered. The room had not been cleaned from previous guests. The Monday manager had cleaning staff to the room and all that they did was wipe 2 tables. The cleaning staff came back again and I showed the man what my issues were and he only cleaned the toilet, removed the bar of soap from previous and swept up the toenail clippings. No fingerprints were wiped no grime from light switches nor the fridge toaster rangehood. The dirt behind doors and beside washing machine and dust everywhere. Never again and absolutely no recommendations from me.

Location is great, and bed was comfortable however would not stay here again for the price there are many much cleaner, the property was absolutely filthy

Richmond Central apartment was in a fabulous location. Easy walk to shops, CBD, sports venues etc. Great transport options very close too. The level of cleanliness in the apartment really let it down, for example the bath had a black ring around it from the previous tenant. All surfaces looked like they needed a wipe, the bathroom floor was full of fluff, and the bed, while it was a great size the mattress was super hard, which made sleeping a challenge as it was not comfortable.

The room was affordable but very cold and not the cleanest. There was scuffs all over the walls, the room had an odd scent to it and there was black mold in the bathroom.

The floors were dirty, coffee tabletop and kitchen benches were dirty, the stovetop was dirty, crockery and glassware were dirty, some of the cutlery was stuck in the drawer, obviously due to something sticky and the shower/bath wasn't clean. It's a shame as the linen was perfectly clean, and the staff were perfectly lovely and very accommodating. Friendly, more than happy to assist with any enquiries. I don't like leaving negative feedback, but if they don't know then how can fix it? Obviously the cleaning crew are to blame here and perhaps need to reevaluate how they do things.

Room location was great. Difficult to have any responses to messages or emails. Room was not cleaned well, quite dirty and not of a good standard. I do hope it was just a one off. But won't be staying here again.

The clearness of the room, there was hair everywhere and just didn’t feel clean at all, the room was nice and the parking was fine

Have stayed with Central Appartments before in Gladstone and wonderful but Melbourne was awful. Filthy rooms, reception isn’t the greatest with communication and opening hours. Avoid this place as it’s overpriced for what you get. We had to supply all our own body wash etc as empty when we arrived. Room was smelly. Talked with other people staying there and they said exactly the same. Very disappointed.

The rooms were filthy … like never been so alarmed. Carpets had not been vacuumed in a while, thick smear marks all over the glass and TV, heavy oil splatter build up along splashback behind stove top (not even attempted to be cleaned), we also think they had just remade the bed from the last person as the sheets did not look fresh, dishes in cupboard were dirty and just generally grotty. Same issues in my friends room who was just down the hall. It’s a shame because the rooms are huge and the location brilliant for proximity to MCG and amenities.

Excellent value for money. Staff member greeted me after hours when I attempted to open the wrong lock box. Room was spacious and clean. Short walk to 75 tram takes you into town. I’d definitely stay here again

Staff were late upon check in- causing me to be late to park my car and for my conference. People waiting out the front in the cold- not sure how to get in or check in at 8am. No communication about there being no wifi until I arrived- had to use my 4G. Staff were not prompt in resolving this. No forks or scissors. Tv in bedroom was not connected to an Ariel/tv. Staff at adora were rude and dismissive- unclear around central apartments and their operations.

There was no wifi and no reception the whole stay. It was very outdated and not very clean. And communication was terrible. I would not recommend

Great size room in a quiet complex.

Comfortable room - nice & quiet.

Everything was perfect and the apartment was larger than we expected! Really modern with full kitchen and generally clean, one bed was a bit hard but I slept on the other side and I didn’t have a problem 👍 Received texts about how to check in and it was very easy! Short walk to the MCG!!! We would definitely stay again for the price point ✅ Thank you 😊

Very comfortable mattress. Shower over bath was difficult to step out of as it was quite high with nothing really to hold on to, and I would have liked there to be more space around the sink/vanity, and no face washer provided. Great facilities in the room had I needed them. I did have some trouble with the climate control in the room. It was giving a system error indicator late in the evening, which after a few hours had remedied itself. All in all I would definitely stay here again.

The room television didn’t work we notified manager and had no response, he did receive message because he also replied with the wifi password

Strange situation with no reception. Sharing the building with Adara apartments I found very confusing. Each had a separate reception of sorts in one of the apartments. Hard to contact with only a mobile no

Very disappointed in the whole process. Emails weren’t returned, chasing up with phone calls etc Check in at 2pm, we arrived at 3.20pm only to go to reception and be told the other hotel group are operating out of a hotel room down the corridor. We were told our room still wasn’t ready and we would receive a text, we had to go and get ready in the car park as had dinner plans. By 5.30pm I still had not received a text message about our room so I called only to be told oh yes it’s ready. We got back late Saturday night and the rollaway bed we’d ordered had not been put in the room so had to call after hours numerous times to get it delivered Then check out was at 10am and at 10.10am they called to ask where we were. You’d think they would have noticed the numerous amount of stuff arounds they’d caused that they would be a bit more understanding. The room itself was lovely so it’s a shame everything else has overshadowed that. No apologises for the issues that arose etc hence this review as I’m extremely disappointed.

I’ve booked this hotel through Wotif and received the itinerary straight away which said that check-in closes at 10 pm. I arrived at the hotel at 9:30 pm and they were closed therefore I rang the number on the door. The person that answered said that this was not the hotel I’ve booked for so I rang another number and it was the hotel I booked. The person who spoke to me on the other number said that I didn’t have a booking and he wasn’t able to help me therefore I have to get a refund through Wotif. Wotif are now telling me that the hotel manager isn’t answering the phone to issue me a refund and it has been 48 hours. Yesterday I received a call from a worker at the hotel who advised me that I did still have a booking and no one had cancelled it and she cancelled it however she did not help with the refund and just said she would await Wotif’s call. It is not that hard to refund somebody’s money seeing as the booking was not in the system, I was left without accommodation and this wait is ridiculous.

I booked for two rooms as my son was flying in from another state for his birthday but at check-in we were told I’d only booked one room even though I showed a screenshot of my booking that clearly says two rooms 4 adults ! They had no extra rooms available. I then had to race off to another part of the building and book a room that cost a lot extra via a different company. The hotel blamed Expedia, I don’t know what went wrong I was left unimpressed.

Great service, I ended up extending my stay by another night and they made it so easy. Really happy with the room.

Location central & within walking distance to CBD. Comfortable enough to meet our needs but recommend taking your own pillow/s, tea & milk. Plenty of cafes around for good coffee.

Thought there would be more dining options. Otherwise the apartment was pretty good 😊
