A lovely hotel, free breakfast that was brilliant and prepared me for the day, clean and very friendly staff, The spa was great and the area was lovely and quiet but close enough to old town too, just a 10 minute walk away, close to the amazing food markets which i highly recommend you visit.

Her var det store rom og ok bad. Litt lytt og dårlig med plass når alle skulle spise frokost samtidig. Frokost helt ok. Parkering koster ekstra ca 2 euro i timen . Og du må betale for parkeringen for det er parkeringsvakter der hele tiden. Kort vei å gå til centrum og trivelig betjening

Et dejligt hotel med den helt rigtige beliggenhed. 1 km. og så står man midt i centrum !!! Ligger i et dejligt område med masser af muligheder. Hotellet havde åbenbart restaurant men det gjorde de ikke opmærksom på, så vi måtte nøjes med leveret mad til værelset nogle aftener.

I stayed at this hotel and despite my late arrival (after midnight), it was a very fast check-in. The hotel has a good location, just a few bus stops from the city centre and ideally situated for line 22 to the airport. However, I found that the access doors were quite noisy, which made it difficult to sleep at times. The room is decent, with a comfortable bed and a shower room equipped with the necessities. Breakfast is fairly basic, but sufficient if you're not too fussy. The hotel also offers the possibility of dining on site in the evening, which is practical.

The hotel is located right beside one of the biggest buildings in Riga so it's easy to get your bearings if you're walking. It's VERY close to Old town and all the markets. And there is a nice restaurant right in the hotel.

Billed as a spa hotel I would have expected to be able to use the facilities free of charge as I was a paying guest but there was an additional charge. Apparently there was only a sauna and a steam room of which I used neither. The room was OK but the quilt didn't cover the whole bed so we had to get the spare out of the wardrobe and it didn't have a cover on it. When I asked at reception for a cover they did immediately send one to the room for me to put on myself. The breakfast was adequate and top marks to the hotel for opening the restaurant early on the Sunday for those taking part in the marathon weekend.

Hôtel bien placé pour qui aime un peu marcher, car on est à une dizaine de minutes du centre de Riga. L'hôtel était propre, calme et le petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Le personnel était très accueillant. Petit bémol sur l'accès à une laverie qui n'était disponible... Dommage car nous comptions dessus et c'était un des critères de choix pour cet hôtel. Au final, ça reste un très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Old, dated not particularly nice. No bar, no restaurant. I did ask the staff if there was a bar or restaurant in the area and was told no, I then did not understand why the hotel closed there own bar/restaurant. Went for breakfast twice and still couldn't get seated so I gave breakfast a miss. Won't be going back.

Skön queensize säng. Väldigt lyhört med dörrar i korridoren som smällde orimligt högt. Svårt att sova. Ligger lite avsides som både är positivt d det inte var mycket trafik eller dräll i närheten. Man måste vara beredd på att gå en kvart till restaurang. Ingen restaurang eller bar på hotellet. Spaet verkade vara stängt.

Great location, walkable to old town and the market. Breakfast was great. My only concern is that the bedroom re add on dusty, the window closing so dusty. My ring fell on the floor so I have to look for it, when I moved the side table, discovered that the room needs vacuuming thick dust under the bed and side table. If bed is being move and vacuum it even on a weekly basis, it won’t accumulate such dust. Thank you

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Teppichboden im Zimmer wurde vermutlich länger nicht mehr gereinigt und in der Dusche ist alles voller schwarzem Schimmel.

私が泊まった部屋はバスタブがありゆったりしていましたが、ともかく黒カビが除去されてなくとても清潔な状態ではなかった。古いのは仕方ないとしても、綺麗に整えるべき。またボディソープがない、それを伝えると今度は手洗いのソープが無かった。あと、暖房機？の音がきになりましたね。 場所は便利で食事も割と良いので、残念です。

Für 1-2 Nächte in Ordnung. Gleich zum Anfang wurden wir unfreundlich begrüßt an der Rezeption und weitere Infos wurden nur auf Nachfrage herausgegeben. Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig und man hört wirklich jeden Schritt und jeden Toiletten-/Duschgang als wäre jemand in deinem Zimmer. Leider ging das bis spät in die Nacht und auch frühmorgens so weiter stundenlang. Das Zimmer ist nicht besonders und eher altmodisch eingerichtet. Sehr sauber ist es leider auch nicht gewesen…wir mussten unsere Decke austauschen lassen, weil ein Blutfleck darauf war. Auch auf dem Kissen war Dreck, den man erstmal wegmachen musste. Das Bett war für uns eher ungemütlich, da nur eine gemeinsame Matratze und wenig Platz. Wir waren für 2 Nächte da und nach der 1. Nacht ging unsere Zimmerkarte nicht mehr, da wohl fälschlicherweise nur eine Nacht eingegeben wurde. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber nichts besonderes. Wir haben uns leider nicht so wohl gefühlt.

A little outdated furnishing in the rooms and carpeted floors are not our favourite, but the room was spacious and quiet. My bed was unfortunately slanting a bit so I slept so-so but apart from that we were quite satisfied with our stay here. Breakfast is fine for the price you pay, and we were happy to find brown bread, vegetables, yoghurt and coffee. The person working in the reception that night when we arrived was obviously stressed and had to juggle many people at once, but she went out of her way to help us get a taxi in the middle of the night and was very helpful when we arrived. We would stay here again.

Very thin walls. Slept next to somebodies bathroom, literally getting woken up at midnight by someone next door using the bathroom. Apart from that you hear everyone in the corridor etc. Apart from that, it was a stress free stay

Veldig slitte rom. Utvendig fasade og resepsjonen var veldig fint, men alt annet enn dette var veldig gammelt og utdatert. Ikke gardiner på rommet så her våkner du opp med sola på rommet.

People working there was really nice and helpful. We booked a normal room but got a family suite (2 rooms plus bathroom) which was really practical as we were traveling with an infant. But the floor was carpet which had quite a bit of staining which were kinda gross. We were on the first floor and the windows only had shutters rather than curtains which 1) let in a lot of light which made it hard to sleep. and 2) made it so that people could easily peak in which was quite uncomfortable. Also no fans in the room which made the rooms very warm during the warm summer night. Also the breakfast was not great but not complainable since it was included in the price.

Great 3 star hotel for the all inclusive price we paid for hotel and flights. Rooms were clean, smart, with ensuite bathroom and included breakfast. Staff were nice and pleasant. Rooms refreshed if you leave the 'please refresh my room' sign on your door. In fact, it was a brilliant hotel for the price and dead central (a few mins walk to main bus station where the number 22 -airport bus- is every 10 minutes. Will definitely stay at this hotel again for its value and location.

Receptionists were very friendly and helpful at the hotel. But breakfast was terrible. The members of staff at breakfast were tired, unhappy and unhelpful. The male member of staff said in Russian’ I can’t wait for everyone to be out of here”. They were moving slowly, not filling food, cups and plates on time. Staff at hotel delayed my checkin by 30 minutes because my room was not ready yet. They explained to me that I actually waited for 10 minutes because time I was waiting in line does not count. For 20 minutes reception was checking in one! Person. Probably the slowest and least efficient thing I have seen in hotels. Rooms are broken and dirty, breakfast is disgusting and messy. Can’t say anything positive unfortunately, very strange rating of 8, don’t believe it.

Für 1-2 Nächte in Ordnung. Gleich zum Anfang wurden wir unfreundlich begrüßt an der Rezeption und weitere Infos wurden nur auf Nachfrage herausgegeben. Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig und man hört wirklich jeden Schritt und jeden Toiletten-/Duschgang als wäre jemand in deinem Zimmer. Leider ging das bis spät in die Nacht und auch frühmorgens so weiter stundenlang. Das Zimmer ist nicht besonders und eher altmodisch eingerichtet. Sehr sauber ist es leider auch nicht gewesen…wir mussten unsere Decke austauschen lassen, weil ein Blutfleck darauf war. Auch auf dem Kissen war Dreck, den man erstmal wegmachen musste. Das Bett war für uns eher ungemütlich, da nur eine gemeinsame Matratze und wenig Platz. Wir waren für 2 Nächte da und nach der 1. Nacht ging unsere Zimmerkarte nicht mehr, da wohl fälschlicherweise nur eine Nacht eingegeben wurde. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber nichts besonderes. Wir haben uns leider nicht so wohl gefühlt.

Stayed here before, and enjoyed my stay so came back again. Reception staff are so lovely and willing to help, as well as restaurant staff. Room had strange issue where reading light could not be switched on if main light was off. Also power sockets turned off when main light was switched off. This was a small issue, and did not happen last time. Overall a great stay

Wir hatten ein sehr günstiges Angebot und ein schönes, geräumiges Zimmer. Der Blick ging auf die schöne Kirche gegenüber. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig an einer Anliegerstraße und trotzdem fußläufig zu den Markthallen, dem Bahnhof, dem Busbahnhof und der Altstadt gelegen.

Great 3 star hotel for the all inclusive price we paid for hotel and flights. Rooms were clean, smart, with ensuite bathroom and included breakfast. Staff were nice and pleasant. Rooms refreshed if you leave the 'please refresh my room' sign on your door. In fact, it was a brilliant hotel for the price and dead central (a few mins walk to main bus station where the number 22 -airport bus- is every 10 minutes. Will definitely stay at this hotel again for its value and location.

The hotel is located right beside one of the biggest buildings in Riga so it's easy to get your bearings if you're walking. It's VERY close to Old town and all the markets. And there is a nice restaurant right in the hotel.

Hotel not too far from Riga Central market and a 15 minute walk from the centre of Riga. The service was friendly, the room spacious and warm and the breakfast was catered for. A charming hotel not too far from the centre with “Stalin’s gift” - the Academy of Sciences being a great focal point to naihati yourself to the hotel. Around the hotel is a lot of local history which you can book a free walking tour to view.

A nice place to use as a base for exploring Riga. 12 minutes from the #22 bus stop (airport bus) and 10 minutes from the coach station if you fancy going further afield. Reception area was well presented with a warm welcome from the staff. Room was clean although could have done with a larger sized duvet. Buffet breakfast is served 7-10 during the week (8-11 weekends) with plenty to eat although some pastries would have been a welcome addition.

Hotel is in a quiet area about 20 mins walk from the old town. The outside and reception areas look nice. The room was ok but in need of some decoration. Comfy bed and I slept well. The shower head didn’t fit the holder which wasn’t convenient and there was no plug for the sink. Breakfast choice was limited although what food was there was ok. For the price it suited my needs for a couple of nights.

Frokosten var helt ok, men vi måtte si ifra om manglende asjetter, glass og kaffekopper, manglene brød, varmmat og pålegg. Tydelig at de var for få i betjeningen. Også et problem at frokostrommet er alt for lite. Fullstendig kaos.

The morning's breakfast is a disaster due to the lack of seating , people had to stand a wait during so made getting your breakfast more difficult due to lack of room to move . The room is far to small to hold for breakfast . The cups in the room still had tea stain in them .

Our corner room had 3 huge windows and lots of floor area. Neighborhood was quiet even though we were only 2 blocks from the daily open-air market. Old town was a 10 minute walk. Breakfast was awesome including yogurt, muesli, cheese, meat, pastry, coffee, porridge, etc Highly recommended!

Room could need an update but the bed was good, the room had hot water, heating and a TV that worked. At the price the quality was more or less what you could expect.

Hotel was fine but my room's walls/door were quite thin, therefore I heard everything outside. My only complaint is that the housekeeping staff started cleaning very early and they were extremely loud with no attempts to stay quieter. Lots of yelling to one another in different rooms.
