When I pulled into the back parking area there were cars that looked like they had been sitting for a while that were on flat. The walls of the room were dirty, the bed spread had stains, the bathroom was dirty I had to go buy my own cleaning supplies to clean the tub out so I could feel safe taking a shower.The bathroom door was missing the door knob and there were roaches in my room. The sheets and pillows looked clean but the towels dengy. The pictures on Expedia of this place were very misleading. I had a smoking room and the ashtray was broken. Not a place I would recommend. There was an altercation that took place down stairs from my room and someone had a weapon.

I had a tree fall on my home less than a mile away from this Red Roof Inn on July 13, 2022, so I booked a stay. The tree felled power lines so it took a few days to restore power. After a 2 night stay I was able to return to my home until the repairs began. That took 2 weeks. I’ve now returned and I’ve been at this Red Roof Inn for 5 weeks. The property is clean. The staff is responsive. The location is convenient to highways and downtown. Several restaurants and gas stations are nearby. Wi-Fi is available and has been speedy and uninterrupted. There’s a security patrol at night, and the hotel is also under the jurisdiction of the Capitol Police, which is a state funded force specifically funded to keep criminal elements out of the area. They are everywhere and vigilant. My stay here has been better than expected. Great hosts, great Wi-Fi, clean room, and excellent security.

Its was completely disgusting. Both rooms was dirty. Sheets nasty. I never even stay in the room i turned my key in directly after but was refused a refund. Wasted $78. The pictures on this site doesn't even compare to how nasty this place actually is.

The property was not well kept at all. The room was absolutely disgusting. Blood stains on the sheets, dead bugs under the sheets, ashes under the sheets. Then after being there for 45 minutes i asked for a refund and was told since i paid in full, i could not get my money back. Don't stay here without bleach, clean linens, bug spray a plunger and tools to fix the TV hanging on the wall.

Room wasn’t super clean and the wallpaper was coming off. Only 1 channel on TV and smelled like smoke. (Non smoking room) I only needed to rest before I finished my commute. I don’t see paying $70 for the room. Maybe $45.

It was ok. I was in town for my birthday and visiting family. It was somewhere to stay. Nothing special. The phone in my room never worked. I had to walk to the office for everything. No coffee pot. Had to go to Waffle House next door, or the circle K. Housekeeping was ok. All they did was take out the trash and leave towels. Never cleaned or made the bed.

They room look like a apartment complex in a ruff neighborhood...the cover on the bed looked not safe to sleep on. The whole environment look like where hookers makes sells. The paint pilling off the wall and windows along with the window curtain looked like it wasn't safe to touch. The fridge and microwave rusty just was a bad experience all and all. Had to change room due to air condition didn't work. The new room wasn't better.

This hotel was filthy! Soon as i walked in the bed covers had stains like an iron was left all over it.the walls were filthy and it had a odor like roach spray had been sprayed!? There were nicer hotels all around this one but i picked the worst one
