This hotel was kinda run down, pool wasn’t open, outside around perimeter was dirty. The room was ok older furniture but bed was comfortable. The ac didn’t work real well so I went and bought a fan which helped for 2nd night. My biggest issue was the lady at breakfast she was NOT friendly and was not available for long periods of time. We finally had to go to front desk to pay for the extra breakfast items we ordered. They have a cook to order which we liked but you got limited items, so we ordered off menu but after 20-25 min of waiting to pay we finally went to front desk. I’ve stayed at this hotel before but it has changed a lot and would not return again. It’s ok for one night stay but past that I would look elsewhere. Lady at desk said they won’t be econolodge or with Choice Hotels so not looking like things gonna get better. Also was shocked that the front desk person also mixes alcoholic beverages that are for sale at front desk. Found that odd.

Good inexpensive choice. Large room with comfortable bed, good seating, and quiet efficient a/c. Set back from road so it’s quiet. A bit worn and shabby. Nice large pool and deck.

Guys, I'm sorry to say this but NEVER book a stay at this hotel. It is one step away from being shut down for health, cleanliness or safety reasons, OR being razed to make way for commercial businesses. It used to be an Econo-Lodge before COVID. It is now privately owned and is in an advanced state of disrepair. The only bright spot is the pool. The photo is old, there is no grass, the hotel is dirty, peeling paint, rotting wood, closed bar, closed fitness center, closed conference space. It's cheap to stay which attracts unsavory guests. The rooms were NOT clean, dirty floor, hair on towels, hair on sheets, toilet seat was disconnected on one side, front door stuck, curtains smelled like mildew. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Family members at the front desk were lovely.

The property is very neat, old school. There is a lot of potential here. First impression is oh no what have we done, but the staff is sure friendly . The room was big, clean, comfortable and good ac. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance.close to many attractions in the area including cruise port. Very quiet, comfortable bed and hot shower. Not much on breakfast. Walked around he property after it quit raining, nice pool area and very cool property. Vintage but in decent shape.I liked it and would stay again.

Property needs some major cleaning and repairs. Pool looked a little dirty, we didn't get it. Room was ok for sleeping, but I didn't feel comfortable showering at this property, shower was very worn and gross. Breakfast was white toast, mini muffins and some cereal. We walked down the road to grab a proper breakfast.

Property was rundown. The sign at the entrance was broken. The door to our room was difficult to open and shut and the bathtub water wasn’t working properly. The Health Dept had the restaurant closed. There was a pool, but I’m not sure about its condition. The property does need some work, but they did seem to be addressing some of the issues. It was ok for a one night stay though!

Disgusting! This hotel should be condemned and Expedia should be ashamed to have it as an option on their site. I have travelled extensively and I can honestly say that this is the worst motel I have ever seen in my life. The lobby literally had a tiny filthy fish tank in it and looks like it is already shut down. We had pre booked based on location prior to our cruise and the photos on the Expedia site. The motel is absolutely disgusting and the owners should be visited by the health authorities. We could not get a refund because we pre booked. The staff showed us three rooms each one worse than the last. The bathrooms were urine soaked and filthy with toilet seats falling off and showers that you would literally get more dirty standing in than not showering at all. The floors and counters had piles of dirt in every corner, the outlets were hanging out of the wall, and the curtains were torn. To top it off, the place is infested with roaches. This motel should be demolished. I will be adding photos to their gallery that show the true state of this place and reporting it. Please do not be fooled by the location being close to the port. The area is unsafe and the property is revolting.

Staff was good. Once in the room the sheets had not been change had makeup on the top sheet. Staff took a picture and change the sheet for us. The carpet was dirty how I know my socks where filthy. The corner of the bathroom where disgusting with build up dirt. The tube had water leaking from the faucet which was completely rusted out and it was quite a lot. I have know idea how this place stays open. But have a picture of it about 20 years ago iit look great.

We had a good check in process but our room was pretty bad. When we entered the room we immediately could see the top blanket was stained yellow in multiple areas. They were big stains too. Underneath the blanket there was also a blood stain. We decided to sleep without it. I started removing the blanket and I touched something sticky on the blanket! That blanket should definitely just be thrown away at that point. Can’t believe it was used for guests. Mold on ceiling of shower too. For a budget hotel my minimum expectation is at least a clean bed.

The place was falling apart. Stains on bath matt, crumbling walls, things splattered up the walls, dusty, unclean, sagging uncomfortable bed. A clean room would have been good, but perhaps knocking it down would be better.

It was good for a quick stay. The room was clean. It is a old beachside like hotel with rusty hinges, but comfortable and convenient. The breakfast should just be called cereal and bread with apples there was nothing else on offer. The hotel value for the money gave us options to eat elsewhere.

Small hole in bathroom wall. Tiles in tub surround were cracked and broken. Older place. Bed was comfortable staff was pleasant. We didn’t use the outdoor pool but looked clean and several kids were in it having fun

Clean room . Only issue air conditioning did not get cold and took a long time to get comfortable temperature. Curtains to window did not close completely so I had to use a hair clip to close properly so u can’t see inside the room . Received the smallest bar of soap for shower. It was good for just overnight stay . Very old room and I think overpriced for the hotel. Breakfast was family friendly. Only mini muffins and cereal etc. they need to upgrade breakfast for the price of hotel charge .

Did the job for the money. My door would not shut. I told the front desk lady. She said you have to grab it and slam it shut. Which we had to do. Somebody who recently had surgery this was tough getting my door to shut and open. Breakfast was really basic. But for the money you pay it does the job.

Helpful front desk staff on duty 24 hours. Arrived after midnight from late night flight for cruise. Had called and talked to desk to inform them of late arrival, no worries. A/C was cold & bed was comfortable. Pool looked nice though did not use. Property can use updating though only stayed short time. Breakfast selection was limited with cold cereals, bananas, white bread to toast and some mini muffins. Paper menus that were taped to tables and now half way torn off showed menu of cooked/hot breakfast offerings from better days. OK for the quick overnight stay that we used Hotel for from our late flight, some rest then on to the Cruise Port.

The rooms were dirty and the flooring was buckled and a trip hazard. The room door would not close without slamming it and was difficult to push open. No coffee cups in the room and for 1 adult and 3 children we had 2 bath towels, 1 wash cloth, and 1 hand towel. The toilet was so low to the floor like the kind you find in an elementary school. No fan in the bathroom. When I complained I was told, "what do you want me to do about it". I will never stay at that location again. The breakfast consisted of mini muffins, fruit loops or corn flakes, Bread that was in a bread loaf that many hands could have already touch. Milk and OJ was in a gallon jug that many hands had touched. We did not get our moneys worth out of the stay. We had to go to breakfast every morning which cost over $30 each meal.

Borderline sketchy area, but safe enough if you stay in the room at night. I knew this ahead of time, so this is not an issue with me. Breakfast area was nice with a very nice waitress. Desk clerk was also friendly.

My husband and I stayed for a couple of days pre-cruise. It’s an older hotel, but has a retro vibe. While it could use some updates it was clean, had a nice pool area( especially for families), an area to eat outside. The breakfast was just cereal and toast options. Staff was friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for luxury, this isn’t for you. I’d stay again. Forgot to mention, great location-close to lots of restaurants and stores, easy to get to beaches.
