It was large, clean and in a good area considering our needs. They have a cool bar and restaurant on site. Pool is nice too. We didn’t get a chance to use them but they looked very cool. A leak in the upstairs toilet is dripping onto the dining room table. This was unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately.

Excellent place to stay with family. Great location especially if you like to watch boats pass on the marina and dolphins swimming up and down the stream. Theres also a waterfront grill and bar on property that had live entertainment! 10/10 Highly recommend

The property was well maintained and updated. The unit we stayed in was a condo on the water. The noise was an issue at night from the restaurant but wasn't horrible. the condo was very nicely decorated and had a fully stocked kitchen. The pool was nice and clean but the hot tub was yellow and pretty gross. We avoided it. Parking was shared with the restaurant and boat dock which made it hard to find a spot at night. The walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors. The property was very dog friendly

Good price for 3 bedroom accommodation. However the apartment was in need of some maintenance and looked a little tired. The toilet in the master bathroom was leaking and looked like it had been for some time. Generally the apartment looked clean as were the sheets and towels but harder to clean areas behind beds etc were very dirty.

This was a beautiful setting. Our room overlooked the canal/marina and we could see the rockets take off easily. The unit looked and smelled so clean when we arrived. We had a great time on our visit to the cape and having a lovely retreat to return to at night was such a treat.

Great place to stay except for 2 issues. 1. Needs a deep cleaning as you can see gunk on floor corners, baseboards, etc. 2. They need to find source of mildew smell and solve problem. After lowering ac could still smell the mildew all the way to end of stay. If they fixed these two issues this would be an excellent place to stay.

The townhouse had a very odd smell. The carpet was stained and looked like a urine stain on the upstairs carpet. Definitely needs updating. Location was good and easy check in.

This is the best location to stay in the area!!! I've stayed multiple times everyone has been great! Its always fresh and extremely clean!! Very nice decor with everything you need to enjoy your stay!!!

The room looked quite beautiful at first glance. But the grey flooring hid the dirt very well. After showering and walking to the bed … noted sandy feeling on feet. Oh my goodness their was all type of dirt and debris and black on our feet! Had to rewatch and keep a wet and dry towel by bed to wash feet off bf we could get into bed! Reported to front desk and given some song and dance about it being by marina and they rotate mopping of rooms!! GROSS!! This floor hasn’t been mopped nor vacuumed in some time I can assure you! I tried not to think about what else hadn’t been cleaned! And after 9pm lots of luck is your room key or anything doesn’t work. Nobody available at all. I would not stay again.

My girlfriend and I were going to a sailing regatta on Merritt Island and wanted a place close to the venue. This place was perfect, and we were able to invite her son and his friend to join us. The three bedroom, two bathroom condo was beautiful and had a great balcony overlooking the river. There was laundry equipment (bring your own detergent) and a well equipped kitchen. The furniture was very comfortable. We were not there much but I still like a clean comfortable place. There was no maid service but we didn't expect any. The nearby restaurant was fun. We didn't use the pool or gym. If you're planning st stay a while you'll need your own cleaning supplies, toilet paper and so on, but for a short stay you'll be all set.

Very clean room and environment, friendly and helpful staff, good environment on the river side. - Noisy at night with people, slamming doors, and traffic. Translucent door to a bright light meant that our room was bright all night, so we had to wear eye masks and ear plugs to sleep.

The property was not in great condition, and the property managers seemed completely unaware. There were large holes in the carpet upstairs in 2 of 3 bedrooms, and the shower door in the Master bath did not close which let water out over the floor everytime the shower was used. The unit was also next to a major highway, which was very convenient, however it also meant the unit was very noisy from traffic at night. The complex itself was very quiet, quaint, and safe.

Cape Crossing is a great place to stay. Condo nicely decorated, well stocked with all the essentials. Pool area clean with nice furniture and a working hot tub. Staff was readily available to assist with any issues. Building was secure, vacationers were respectful to each other. Small marina view from condo very nice. Definitely will book again.

The room is perfect. Their system is messed up and it took a long time to get assistance with early check in that we were charged for. Nobody on property to assist. Had to wait for someone to spend 40 min on the phone “fixing” it so we could get into our room. Would’ve been perfect if everything worked as they intend but we were late to a wedding because we couldn’t get in the room and felt like an act of God just to get in the door. The gentleman who assisted us on the phone was very patient and professional. It’s just that it was ridiculous that the interaction was necessary.

We checked in at 11pm and the house was 85 degrees and the ac wasn’t working. I called for help and was basically told to hang in there till the morning because it was too late for someone to come help.

The management was fantastic. Our plane was delayed 7 hours so we arrived at 3:00am. When I called to ask what to do, the gentleman who answered was very kind and helpful--even texting me the info he'd given me over the phone and including photos so our arrival would be even easier. We were tired and this was the nicest welcome!

Excellent place to avoid the noisy, inconsiderate folks, quiet complex, great views from balcony overlooking the barge river and boat docks, well stocked efficiency unit if only we had planned to stay longer. Would definately stay again.

Enjoyed my stay. Nice facility, new and clean. My only complaint was the location. Nothing around it to do. You have to drive to Cocoa or Cape Canavaral which isn’t far.

The lights around the trees were so bright that they woke me up at all hours and I kept thinking I missed my alarm. The water pressure in the master shower was meh. The decor and condition of the condo were excellent. This is the nicest place we’ve stayed. And the restaurant food was great!

When we got to our original room, it had not been cleaned, at all. Called the main number, and the associate was extremely helpful, and apologized @10x. Upgraded us to waterfront, and gave us a late checkout. The codis are decorated beautifully, they provided everything, even coffee and creamer. We did not like the onsite restaraunt. .

Amazing property, however the Smart Television we had to sign in with our own credentials? This means we had no TV the entire time. The restaurant we waited an hour to be seated and an hour for food. When the food arrived it wasn’t the right order, we had small kids so really frustrating. It is not kid friendly at all. It’s pet friendly lol!
