Not my best stay and never screamed the VIP access benefits i get under Expedia gold/hotels .Com gold member. The staff never cleaned my room having requested twice. The inroom dining service and amenities are god slow and awful . Staff doesnt pick up the remaining utensils and never really responds to calls . Multiple reminders , in person requests are needed. A very unpleasant stay for the beautiful beach property they have. Could and should have gotten am upgrade I was eligible for cause the hotel was less than half empty yet they have an excuse of it being full and overbooked well clearly it wasn't cause the room was showing online on various platforms. So very disappointed. Giving them 2 stars out of 5 only for the beach overview and the spa. Everything else a colossal disappointment.

Rooms are small, half the size of other 5 star hotels. Bathroom is tiny, hardly any space. Hot water tends to run out after 10 minutes. Very unusual for a hotel of this reputation. Expedia also promised a $50 voucher for VIP access when I purchased the room. The hotel said this was not communicated to them, and Expedia said they cannot honour after I arrived at the hotel. Won’t be booking with them again. The only good thing was the beach was close to the hotel and easy access. Staff were excellent and very friendly too
