The beach is so nice and gorgeous. But, for the hotel, they need to provide bigger parking lot. They need to renovate the hotel rooms; Take off carpet, renovate bathrooms, have internet inside the room, have towels in the room, have more comfortable bed and pillows, clean bed sheets and covers. Have more organized /breakfast/lunch/dinner time.

Hotel correct mais, les equipements des chambres ont besoin d'être renovées ( robineterie corrodée. Wc mal fixee avec fuite. Pour la nourriture rien a dire tout est bien préparé. Il y a quand meme des clients qui abusent et laissent parfois jusqu'à 50% de nourriture non consommée sur les tables. Piscine et entretien impeccable. Pour ce qui est de la plage, avoir un transat est un miracle car, les clients reservent avec leur serviette dès 4h00 du matin. Sachant que parfois ils ne viennent pas a la plage. Le personnel de l'hotel est attentif et respectueux.

Le personnel de l'hotel el mouradi mahdia veuillent a la satisfaction du client,ils sont correctent et serviables . La nourriture est acceptable et delicieuse mais pas trop variée,avec des haut et des bas et il faut ameliorer la qualité du service au resto, il n'est pas acceptable d'un hotel 5* d'attendre dans une fille d'attente 20 ou 25 minutes pour avoir un poisson grillé ou un morseau de viande. Par contre les fruits sont déposées avec une quantités sufisantent avec 7, 8 ou 9 fruits chaque jour. Le reste , la plage est trés propre et magnifique ,la piscine aussi avec sufisament de transates. Les chambres sont faitent chaque jour,avec changement des serviettes blanches. L'animation le soir est interessante , familiale et belle a voir. En fin tous ce que je peu dire de cette hotel qu'il est familiale ,calme , qualité prix trés correcte,et acceptable ,merite d'etre vesiter. Je le recommande vivement.

Nous avons réservé avec Trivago comme nous le faisons chaque fois, l'accueil à la réception était nul, après avoir parlé avec le gerant on a eu 1 chambre avec un lit modifié en lit double sinon on aurait dormis dans 2 petits lit simple, malgré la modification jai dormis dans le creux pour être près de mon mari. L'hôtel n'était pas complete comme on nous a fait croire. Nous sommes hors saison mi-octobre, je comprends qu'ils ferment des sections mais parceque on a réservé d'un site on nous a donné la pire chambre au rez-de-chaussée sous-sol -2 au bout complètement avec vue sur un mur et cul-de-sac. La chasse d'eau de la toilette ne fonctionne pas, porte patio qui ne barre pas, serviette de bain souillés douillette du lit recouvert de tâches jaunâtres. Télé désuète et propreté moyenne de la chambre. 107$ / nuit en canadien ce n'est quand même pas un si bas prix pour un hôtel qui ne mérite pas ses 5 étoiles. Le buffet de hier soir etait correcte mais dejeuner médiocre pas grand chose que les omelettes et crêpes. Par chance au restaurant le service est bon par celui qui s'est occupée de notre table durant notre séjour. Sinon très mauvaise expérience nous rayons le El Mouradi dans nos choix futur.

Absolutely the dirtiest hotel, AC not working and dirty rooms. Dirty hallways and very limited and poor food options. We had to cut our stay short and left before the end of our reservation. They have a sister Hotel in Tunis the Capital and this one is very disappointing. They didn't give any refund even though i complained to the front desk several times. They don't answer the phones, Expedia customer service called them many times and no one responded. This Hotel is in Reality worth 1 Star.

The beach is so nice and gorgeous. But, for the hotel, they need to provide bigger parking lot. They need to renovate the hotel rooms; Take off carpet, renovate bathrooms, have internet inside the room, have towels in the room, have more comfortable bed and pillows, clean bed sheets and covers. Have more organized /breakfast/lunch/dinner time.

Hotel correct mais, les equipements des chambres ont besoin d'être renovées ( robineterie corrodée. Wc mal fixee avec fuite. Pour la nourriture rien a dire tout est bien préparé. Il y a quand meme des clients qui abusent et laissent parfois jusqu'à 50% de nourriture non consommée sur les tables. Piscine et entretien impeccable. Pour ce qui est de la plage, avoir un transat est un miracle car, les clients reservent avec leur serviette dès 4h00 du matin. Sachant que parfois ils ne viennent pas a la plage. Le personnel de l'hotel est attentif et respectueux.

Location - perfect for the beach but that’s about all that you can do as it is close to nothing else . It is a remote location and you have to take a private yellow taxi everywhere. The Bedouin village tour is not worth it because it is not ann authentic setting but built as a tourist stop - the camel ride is the only enjoyable experience albeit short . If you speak ENGLISH - do not go to this hotel as it does not cater for you only French German and Arabic . The staff is the saving grace of this hotel because they keep it alive and entertaining . The lifeguards are great , the male waiters in the dining hall and the bar man at the poolside bar ! When we left we wanted our towel deposit back but the man at reception said the cashier is not here so what must I do ?? Very unhelpful !!!

Absolutely the dirtiest hotel, AC not working and dirty rooms. Dirty hallways and very limited and poor food options. We had to cut our stay short and left before the end of our reservation. They have a sister Hotel in Tunis the Capital and this one is very disappointing. They didn't give any refund even though i complained to the front desk several times. They don't answer the phones, Expedia customer service called them many times and no one responded. This Hotel is in Reality worth 1 Star.

Nous avons réservé avec Trivago comme nous le faisons chaque fois, l'accueil à la réception était nul, après avoir parlé avec le gerant on a eu 1 chambre avec un lit modifié en lit double sinon on aurait dormis dans 2 petits lit simple, malgré la modification jai dormis dans le creux pour être près de mon mari. L'hôtel n'était pas complete comme on nous a fait croire. Nous sommes hors saison mi-octobre, je comprends qu'ils ferment des sections mais parceque on a réservé d'un site on nous a donné la pire chambre au rez-de-chaussée sous-sol -2 au bout complètement avec vue sur un mur et cul-de-sac. La chasse d'eau de la toilette ne fonctionne pas, porte patio qui ne barre pas, serviette de bain souillés douillette du lit recouvert de tâches jaunâtres. Télé désuète et propreté moyenne de la chambre. 107$ / nuit en canadien ce n'est quand même pas un si bas prix pour un hôtel qui ne mérite pas ses 5 étoiles. Le buffet de hier soir etait correcte mais dejeuner médiocre pas grand chose que les omelettes et crêpes. Par chance au restaurant le service est bon par celui qui s'est occupée de notre table durant notre séjour. Sinon très mauvaise expérience nous rayons le El Mouradi dans nos choix futur.

Le personnel de l'hotel el mouradi mahdia veuillent a la satisfaction du client,ils sont correctent et serviables . La nourriture est acceptable et delicieuse mais pas trop variée,avec des haut et des bas et il faut ameliorer la qualité du service au resto, il n'est pas acceptable d'un hotel 5* d'attendre dans une fille d'attente 20 ou 25 minutes pour avoir un poisson grillé ou un morseau de viande. Par contre les fruits sont déposées avec une quantités sufisantent avec 7, 8 ou 9 fruits chaque jour. Le reste , la plage est trés propre et magnifique ,la piscine aussi avec sufisament de transates. Les chambres sont faitent chaque jour,avec changement des serviettes blanches. L'animation le soir est interessante , familiale et belle a voir. En fin tous ce que je peu dire de cette hotel qu'il est familiale ,calme , qualité prix trés correcte,et acceptable ,merite d'etre vesiter. Je le recommande vivement.
