Chambre passable , pas de balcon donc compliquer en famille pour sécher le linge et les maillots . Salle de bain vieillottes, Un lit double mais 2 lits simple peu confortable alors que j’ai réserver une chambre avec 2 lits double. Piscine super et grande et disponibilités des transat. Personnel sympa et accueillant

Das Hotel bietet Animationsprogramm, das einem nach 2 Tagen richtig auf die Nerven geht. Ständig laute Musik tagsüber und auch bis in die Nacht, so daß man schlecht entspannen kann geschweige denn schlafen.

Ponían música altísima hasta la medianoche y los fines de semana hasta la 1 de la mañana. Buena parte del personal no habla más que árabe. En agosto a 38 grados no hay ni un frigorifico en el cuarto para tener agua fría. Las sábanas con pelotillas de lo viejas que están. o sea todo grotesco. En el desayuno es un caos de ruido, tienes que perseguir al personal para que te den unos cubiertos. De verdad terrible.

This is a really nice clean well appointed family hotel with plentiful helpful friendly staff with good English. If you’re ‘early to bed’ types I’d suggest not getting a sea view room as the kids outside evening entertainment is quite loud and goes on until fairly late. That’s the only thing I’d forewarn of, otherwise a lovely place to stay.

Une mauvaise expérience. Des travaux juste à côté de la chambre, j'ai réservé une chambre vue jardin ils m'ont donné une vue horrible de parking. Ascenseur tjrs en panne, eau pour la douche pas garantie.... C la honte. 4 étoiles pour rien

L'hôtel a une très jolie piscine et une très belle vue sur la mer, ce sont ses points forts. En revanche, l'hôtel de mérite pas 4* au vu de son manque de propreté, de sa salubrité dans les chambres, ménage fait à "la va vite" terrasse non nettoyé, prises qui fonctionnent pas, chasse d'eau qui fuit.. Le petit déjeuner décevant pour un 4*, il n'y a ni fruit ni jus de fruits, le goûts laisse à désiré ! Une animation présente mais tout fait en Flash ! Vraiment très déçus entre photos et réalité : une grande différence! L'équipe d'animation vous demande voir force à mettre un avis sur tripvasor en prenant le soin de cocher 5* biensur ! La réception quand à elle, est professionnelle. Étonnée et déçue que le site hôtels.com propose cela ! Restauration à la carte bonne (assiette de fruits, pizza et penne au thon pris) 👍

The staff were pleasant & our room was spacious with a good view of the sea & was clean. However the bed sheets were not big enough for the bed and we were cold, so we had to ask for an extra blanket. The lamp in our room didn’t work. We were not provided with sufficient toilet rolls & had to request more; also housekeeping didn’t provide us with shampoo & shower gel each day & some days we had a bath mat & some days not! There were insufficient hangers in the cupboard when we arrived so we had to request more. The food served at the hotel buffet was never hot & the drinks machine served hot chocolate when cappuccino was selected. The hotel provided good entertainment on some evenings but the bar area was cold so we had to wear coats when sitting there in the evening.

The hotel is in a great location very close to the harbour, cafes etc and right on the beach which is clean and has security. Our room was clean and spacious with a great view of the sea and the castle. No fridge which would be good for fruit, water etc. We only ate breakfast in the hotel which was OK but with a huge amount of cake and sweet things but no fruit. The problem for us was the unbelievably loud entertainment every night. It went on until 11 or 12 each night and was so loud it was impossible to sleep. On one occasion we went to look and it was so loud it actually hurt my ears. Completely unnecessary given the number of people actually present for the entertainment.

En revanche, accueil très décevant : les réceptionnistes manquent clairement de professionnalisme. L’eau coule très faiblement à la salle de bain, ce qui est très inconfortable. Struttura sporca in maniera incredibile, vecchia, mal tenuta. L'acqua del bagno ha un odore sgradevole ed è salata (!). Lenzuola piene di peli, cuscini scomodissimi fatti di batuffoli di lana, pavimenti sporchi. Musica a livelli altissimi dalla piscina fino a tarda notte. Sono stato tre giorni per lavoro e quando me ne sono andato ero felice. Assolutamente un hotel molto al di sotto del valore e del costo.

Ho riscontrato scarsa pulizia e cura della struttura. Al nostro arrivo, sul pavimento proprio davanti alla porta della nostra camera, c'era un piatto con dei resti di cibo che cominciavano anche ad emettere un certo odore. La moquette dei corridoi era sporca, non pulita penso da qualche giorno. La camera era abbastanza pulita, ma l'estrattore d'aria del bagno, senza finestra, non funzionava. Avevamo una camera vista monti, ma in realtà la vista era su un parcheggio di taxi, un cantiere abbandonato ed altri terreni pieni di sporcizia varia. La piscina era abbastanza pulita e godibile, mentre il mare era pieno di mucillagini che hanno reso impossibile il bagno e la fruizione. I saloni erano abbastanza puliti. Il ristorante per la colazione era pulito, ma in maniera molto approssimativa. Le briciole venivano tolte dai tavoli, ma immancabilmente lasciate cadere sulle sedie e per terra, senza venire poi rimosse. Anche la cittadina di Tabarka era molto trasandata e la maggior parte dei punti di interesse, a parte il porto che sembrava abbastanza curato e pulito, lasciati molto al caso.

Ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt! Das Hotel war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten und bieten viel Komfort. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Frühstück – ein absoluter Traum: reichhaltig, frisch und abwechslungsreich. Auch das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Heureusement que nous avons passé qu'ne seule nuitée car cet établissement est mal entretenu le personnel qui se dispute entre eux en criant de bon matin (6h30) c'est honteux, je ne recommanderai pas cet hotel, le petit dejeuner infecte les crêpes on dirait d'une semaine etc....

No Ac in the room for the first couple of hot night . Front desk lady with black hair was very rude every Time we asked her a question. Security guys at the entrance are super aggressive and acting like a bunch of gangsters. I didn’t feel safe with my family and kids in this hotel I hate to say it.

Das Hotel ist super gelegen zum Stadtzentrum von Tabarka, sodass man sich Taxifahrten wie von anderen Hotels in Tabarka ersparen kann. Die Zimmer sind schön, insbesondere der Meerblick ist traumhaft. Leider ist am Wochenende die Musik so laut gewesen, dass man sich im Zimmer kaum aufhalten kann und das bis ca. 0:00 Uhr. Die Bediensteten leisten sehr gute Arbeit. Das Hotel ist sauber, der Service im Restaurant zwar etwas unorganisiert doch man ist freundlich und bemüht. Unser Vierbett-Zimmer (Landseite) war am ersten Tag ausgebucht. Man gab uns einem hin und her und langen Diskussionen ein Dreibettzimmer mit Meerblick mit weiterem Zustellbett. Später auf drängen meiner Frau gab es als kleine Entschädigung ein Abendessen in dem Hotel. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt im Itropika Hotel und wir werden wahrscheinlich wiederkommen, weil Preis-Leistung für Tunesien ok ist.

Ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt! Das Hotel war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten und bieten viel Komfort. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Frühstück – ein absoluter Traum: reichhaltig, frisch und abwechslungsreich. Auch das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Une mauvaise expérience. Des travaux juste à côté de la chambre, j'ai réservé une chambre vue jardin ils m'ont donné une vue horrible de parking. Ascenseur tjrs en panne, eau pour la douche pas garantie.... C la honte. 4 étoiles pour rien

The staff were pleasant & our room was spacious with a good view of the sea & was clean. However the bed sheets were not big enough for the bed and we were cold, so we had to ask for an extra blanket. The lamp in our room didn’t work. We were not provided with sufficient toilet rolls & had to request more; also housekeeping didn’t provide us with shampoo & shower gel each day & some days we had a bath mat & some days not! There were insufficient hangers in the cupboard when we arrived so we had to request more. The food served at the hotel buffet was never hot & the drinks machine served hot chocolate when cappuccino was selected. The hotel provided good entertainment on some evenings but the bar area was cold so we had to wear coats when sitting there in the evening.

The hotel is in a great location very close to the harbour, cafes etc and right on the beach which is clean and has security. Our room was clean and spacious with a great view of the sea and the castle. No fridge which would be good for fruit, water etc. We only ate breakfast in the hotel which was OK but with a huge amount of cake and sweet things but no fruit. The problem for us was the unbelievably loud entertainment every night. It went on until 11 or 12 each night and was so loud it was impossible to sleep. On one occasion we went to look and it was so loud it actually hurt my ears. Completely unnecessary given the number of people actually present for the entertainment.

No Ac in the room for the first couple of hot night . Front desk lady with black hair was very rude every Time we asked her a question. Security guys at the entrance are super aggressive and acting like a bunch of gangsters. I didn’t feel safe with my family and kids in this hotel I hate to say it.

Super Hôtel, l'environnement et les activités sont superbes avec de jeunes animateurs plein de bonnes volontés. A l'accueil Sana vous donne de super conseils sur l'hôtel ou les visites de la villes. Les chambre sont propres et ménage fait tous les jours. Restauration pour tous les gouts. On y retournera….

L'hôtel a une très jolie piscine et une très belle vue sur la mer, ce sont ses points forts. En revanche, l'hôtel de mérite pas 4* au vu de son manque de propreté, de sa salubrité dans les chambres, ménage fait à "la va vite" terrasse non nettoyé, prises qui fonctionnent pas, chasse d'eau qui fuit.. Le petit déjeuner décevant pour un 4*, il n'y a ni fruit ni jus de fruits, le goûts laisse à désiré ! Une animation présente mais tout fait en Flash ! Vraiment très déçus entre photos et réalité : une grande différence! L'équipe d'animation vous demande voir force à mettre un avis sur tripvasor en prenant le soin de cocher 5* biensur ! La réception quand à elle, est professionnelle. Étonnée et déçue que le site hôtels.com propose cela ! Restauration à la carte bonne (assiette de fruits, pizza et penne au thon pris) 👍

Heureusement que nous avons passé qu'ne seule nuitée car cet établissement est mal entretenu le personnel qui se dispute entre eux en criant de bon matin (6h30) c'est honteux, je ne recommanderai pas cet hotel, le petit dejeuner infecte les crêpes on dirait d'une semaine etc....

Good service, lot staff working like an ant society, very good entertainment team, a bit noisy from 10 am till midnight. The reception missed to serve us some cold drinks on our arrival, as they did with orher customers, we did love it, we may come back, highly recommended. Thanks to you all !!!

This is a really nice clean well appointed family hotel with plentiful helpful friendly staff with good English. If you’re ‘early to bed’ types I’d suggest not getting a sea view room as the kids outside evening entertainment is quite loud and goes on until fairly late. That’s the only thing I’d forewarn of, otherwise a lovely place to stay.

Ho riscontrato scarsa pulizia e cura della struttura. Al nostro arrivo, sul pavimento proprio davanti alla porta della nostra camera, c'era un piatto con dei resti di cibo che cominciavano anche ad emettere un certo odore. La moquette dei corridoi era sporca, non pulita penso da qualche giorno. La camera era abbastanza pulita, ma l'estrattore d'aria del bagno, senza finestra, non funzionava. Avevamo una camera vista monti, ma in realtà la vista era su un parcheggio di taxi, un cantiere abbandonato ed altri terreni pieni di sporcizia varia. La piscina era abbastanza pulita e godibile, mentre il mare era pieno di mucillagini che hanno reso impossibile il bagno e la fruizione. I saloni erano abbastanza puliti. Il ristorante per la colazione era pulito, ma in maniera molto approssimativa. Le briciole venivano tolte dai tavoli, ma immancabilmente lasciate cadere sulle sedie e per terra, senza venire poi rimosse. Anche la cittadina di Tabarka era molto trasandata e la maggior parte dei punti di interesse, a parte il porto che sembrava abbastanza curato e pulito, lasciati molto al caso.

Un hotel je dirais de transit , pour dormir, sinon le personnel non acceuillant, les transats a la plage non nettoye , la nourriture vraiment au dessous du moyen,,,y a beaucoup de gens qui n ont jamais voyage et non jamais vu des hotels 4,5 star donc pour eux c le luxe et j les comprends moi j lui donnerai pas la note de 3 sur 10,,,,,les vrais touristes europeen boude cete hotel donc les corrections ou les suggestions ou remarques ne sont pas prise en considerations

Accueil glacial, l'état des chambres est lamentable, aucun confort, pour avoir un mini frigo il faut payer 10 dinars tunisien par jour, alors que c'est un hotel 4 étoiles, et pour finir le restaurant !!!!une catastrophe, en plus l'eau est payant, un hotel à éviter.

Ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt! Das Hotel war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten und bieten viel Komfort. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Frühstück – ein absoluter Traum: reichhaltig, frisch und abwechslungsreich. Auch das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

L'hôtel a une très jolie piscine et une très belle vue sur la mer, ce sont ses points forts. En revanche, l'hôtel de mérite pas 4* au vu de son manque de propreté, de sa salubrité dans les chambres, ménage fait à "la va vite" terrasse non nettoyé, prises qui fonctionnent pas, chasse d'eau qui fuit.. Le petit déjeuner décevant pour un 4*, il n'y a ni fruit ni jus de fruits, le goûts laisse à désiré ! Une animation présente mais tout fait en Flash ! Vraiment très déçus entre photos et réalité : une grande différence! L'équipe d'animation vous demande voir force à mettre un avis sur tripvasor en prenant le soin de cocher 5* biensur ! La réception quand à elle, est professionnelle. Étonnée et déçue que le site hôtels.com propose cela ! Restauration à la carte bonne (assiette de fruits, pizza et penne au thon pris) 👍

The staff were pleasant & our room was spacious with a good view of the sea & was clean. However the bed sheets were not big enough for the bed and we were cold, so we had to ask for an extra blanket. The lamp in our room didn’t work. We were not provided with sufficient toilet rolls & had to request more; also housekeeping didn’t provide us with shampoo & shower gel each day & some days we had a bath mat & some days not! There were insufficient hangers in the cupboard when we arrived so we had to request more. The food served at the hotel buffet was never hot & the drinks machine served hot chocolate when cappuccino was selected. The hotel provided good entertainment on some evenings but the bar area was cold so we had to wear coats when sitting there in the evening.

The hotel is in a great location very close to the harbour, cafes etc and right on the beach which is clean and has security. Our room was clean and spacious with a great view of the sea and the castle. No fridge which would be good for fruit, water etc. We only ate breakfast in the hotel which was OK but with a huge amount of cake and sweet things but no fruit. The problem for us was the unbelievably loud entertainment every night. It went on until 11 or 12 each night and was so loud it was impossible to sleep. On one occasion we went to look and it was so loud it actually hurt my ears. Completely unnecessary given the number of people actually present for the entertainment.

No Ac in the room for the first couple of hot night . Front desk lady with black hair was very rude every Time we asked her a question. Security guys at the entrance are super aggressive and acting like a bunch of gangsters. I didn’t feel safe with my family and kids in this hotel I hate to say it.
