If you like resorts, this is a nice one. Disadvantages: a bit far from everything, no public transport (although taxi's are readily available and cheap), the surroundings (restaurants, clubs) were all a bit dead when I visited in May.

We had 3 nights in this resort. The lobby is very grand and we were treated well by the staff. We were welcomed with nice lemonade/mint mix juice. The room was comfortable with a nice balcony overlooking the sea where I got to see the sunset every morning. Room service was wonderful where breakfast was delivered to the door. We loved our breakfast and dinners in our balcony. The restaurant option is also wonderful as the menu is the same as the room service which is great as you will get the same food options for picky eaters. The restaurant also had a live singer with an amazing voice who sang songs in english, french, arabic. The room had a big bed to sleep comfortable, large storage space, safe, desk with mirror and modern TV. I loved the small store in the lobby where I bought hand made items of glass and local pottery. The beach is just steps away and it was lovely with options to ride horses, camels, drink local tea, candied apples. We loved this resort.

Die Anlage ist überschaubar und alles leicht zu finden. Es gibt gerade von Freitag-Sonntag viele Einheimische die mit ihrer Familie entweder Tages oder Wochenende das Hotel besuchen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die gängigen Sprachen sind Arabisch, Französisch, Italienisch und Englisch. Leider haben wir das Konzept des Buffet Abend Essen nicht ganz verstanden, dort haben wir für zwei Personen das doppelte von dem bezahlt als im a la Kart Restaurant nebenan. Das Essen war gut und reichlich. Die Zimmer sauber. Preis Leistung stimmt. Der privat Strand ist super sauber und mit nettem Personal besetzt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

A hotel with a high standard of service. The room was ready for us, all necessity were on the place. Very service-minded personal. The breakfast were good - all what we need plus local specialities. Food in restaurants is also very good. Room service working fine. Spa and inside pool clean. It was a very smooth stay!

L'hôtel semble choisir et prioriser ses clients... c'est la 5ème année consécutive que je séjourne a cet hôtel et ce sera la derniere fois. Je suis arrivée en même temps que plusieurs groupes et j'ai été laisser de côté au profits des groupes...soit! Aucune attention particulières pour un habitué comme moi, une vue sur le parking des plus décevante. Sans compter les changements de serviettes aléatoires, je suis rester 2 nuits avec les mêmes serviettes...la femme de ménage rentre a toute heure même si vous êtes dans la chambre,prends vos serviettes et ne vous en ramène pas de nouvelles. Les portes blindée des chambres qui claquent sont un calvaire pour tout le monde. Sommes-nous dans un hôtel fort knox ?? Bref, j'ai toujourd apprécier les séjours dans cet hôtel mais cest finit, le prix est trop élevés pour le peu de prestations,services ou accueil qu'il réserve.

They don’t care about costumers. The room was missing everything, I had to request towels, water, water boiler.. network signal in the room was useless, was using my SIM card network all time. You have to call twice to get what you need. It was bad experience and will not be repeated.

All are good except the furniture and nats, I took a suite in the second floor, furniture are in bad status and so are the mats. On the next day I moved to the thrid floor marginally better because of the view otherwise same old furniture and nats. Obviously they need to upgrade and soend some money to be in excellent or good level

Staff is very helpful and welcoming. No public transportation and area around is remote with no activities other than what is provided by hotels nearby. Shuttle to the airport costs 40 euro but taking a cub is a fraction of the cost.
