All went well again in this resort, but the swimming pool is only open on day schedule, if ever you're working, and if you want to have a swimm after 19h, it's not allowed... They also gave the management of the sea loundge to a private team, so you can't put bills on your room and needs to pay right away which is strongly unconfortable when you are just wearing your swimming clothes !

I will start in the positive: hotel so nice,clean,pool and beach are amazing ,food is delicious. The negative : when I arrive to the hotel,they didn't recieve the book from expedia, I show them The confirmation number and receipt,they let me wait 1 hour and half, and when I talk in aggressive way that this not way to deal with cleint especially that not my problem whats happening between expedia and the hotel ,so they gave me the room. 2nd , when I was leaving, one employee asked me if I gave the key room to the reception and what is my room Number!!!! Is that normal? I didn't left from the main gate,I left from monoprix side since my nephew was waiting me that side. You ask all your cleints if they gave the key? You think im running away!!!! In Overall its nice hotel ,just need to train staff about customer service and way of dealing with clients.

Our annual anniversary weekend getaway at Carthage Thalasso: All is well except for the pool “director” who gives everyone the hardest time about sitting in the cabanas around the pool deck; he saves those for his friends. Otherwise the staff are very friendly and work hard!

Overall my wife and I had a lovely impromptu couple of nights at Carthage Thalasso. The pool gets a little crowded with the day pool visitors but that’s totally understandable for them to make a bit more $ off of that. Pool side performers were great. The spa was a little underwhelming. Massage was fine but didn’t get the “experience” we typically do at other hotels that offer spa services. Overall, we would come back here for a relaxing weekend.

Me and my wife love this place…the fact this seemed to have turned into our anniversary get away weekend without the kids certainly helps the odds of of us liking it…but all around no issues. Only concern is the “pool director” who seems to prioritize the royal treatment of outsiders rather than hotel residents…enough with the “reserved” signs all around the pool for the folks who are only coming in half a day.

My job has taken me to many prestigious hotels across five continents, but this is the first time I've felt so at home in a hotel. It's old but well-maintained, traditional but clean, and the staff, from the security guard at the entrance to the kitchen staff, are friendly and welcoming. The most gentlemanly reception staff are here too, bravo!

We were very happy for the first time in Tunis & this resort Carthage Thalaso, good staff with good service the cleanliness was likewise and very good food. The shower worked but couldn’t switch between. Thanks for all the personal Haysam Habib Anna and other.

Magnifique hôtel et surtout le personnel qui est très accueillant et très agréable 😍 je recommande cette hôtel pour sa propreté et son calme et le vaste choix d activités surtt pour les enfants (toboggan et pescine et jardin avec des jeux) la plage est juste paradisiaque 😍 merci encore une fois au personnel et surtout au femme de ménage ❤️

Très bien ! Juste le café que je déplore au buffet, sinon tout est très bon! Surtout la sauce aux œufs tunisienne avec leur pain plat cuit sur place. Mmmm Essayez un cocktail de fruit (sans alcool) au bar-resto mmm vigorifiant. Ahmed nous a été d’un très grand service pour un problème de réservation (booking qui n’avait pas bien fonctionné) il nous a tout réglé. Service très bien. Seul point négatif est que la climatisation ne fournissait pas assez, oui confortable mais limite chaud et attention quand vous sortez sur votre terrasse (balcon) la porte patio se rebarre (haha petite anecdote qui m’est arrivée). Piscine propre, celle intérieure très chaude, sauna fonctionnel et propre. J’ai commencé ma réservation 2 jours (testé) et j’ai finalement pris 7 jours. Donc… Centre commercial 30 sec à pied, coiffure (il faut vraiment négocier prix) café resto super bon, épicerie, istore et boutique pour téléphone (pratique quand tu as oublié adapteur iPhone et tout). J’ai fait massage et hammam dans le centre (celui de la piscine couverte (6/10) celui de l’hôtel je sais pas, il était fermé. Sûrement mieux!

Tres bon sejour. L'accueil et le service sont très bien. L'établissement est très grand et dispose de tout ce qu'il faut. J'etais présent en saison basse donc peu de monde donc très calme. La nourriture est très correcte. La chambre spacieuse avec une petite terrasse.

Despite the fact that the an employee in charge of reservations named Sofiene new that I had made the reservations for my wife and her sister he is still gave my wife a difficult time to check in and then made a romantic pass at my wife by saying "if you had Sofiene in your life you wouldn't have to go through this"

My colleague and I had great stay at Carthage Thalasso. We had a ten day business trip and this hotel was an excellent choice. The breakfast was a delicious way to wake up each morning (be sure to ask for the mlawi with honey). There are many spaces for work and also areas for relaxation, like the spa, pool, or beachside. I found the hotel staff amazingly friendly and supportive - the staff are the real reason I would recommend the hotel. You’ll be sure to enjoy your stay. Gammarth is a nice area, several evenings we took walks along the beach to local bars and restaurants. When I come back, I will be sure to stay here again!!
