Location close to Sousse city centre was nice and we enjoyed the walk out to the beautiful pool and beach. Staff at reception were all extremely unfriendly barely looked at us for the several interactions we had with them

Parking is terrible , if you don’t tip them they tell you there is no spots available! Every time you leave and come back no parking ! Pool is under construction, garden area is a disaster , under beds 1/2 inch of dust and filth , you have to pay 10 dt deposit to get a tv remote control that you never get back when you checkout because the receptionist will take it for him self , there is never any money available if you want to change some currency , not even $100 ! Breakfast has the worst coffe , cheap fruits and cheap pastries. Peoples smoking everywhere and the hotel staff didn’t seem to care ! Smells like cigarettes everywhere, air conditioning is off ! Bar closes at 11.45 !

They should reduce the starts to one. I can write a small book about the bad experiences we had but let me list some that comes to my mind. First their address is even written wrongly in Hotels.com after driving around and using the search in Google Map we found the hotel. when we informed the reception about the issue, he said Google is your friend ! We received only one card for the room even we were 3 persons and they dont give more. There is only one single soap in the bathroom and the washing liquid wich is 4 in one (shampoo, handwashm bodywash and balsam) is mixed with water! You need to pay deposit in Tunis Dinar (dont accept EU or USD) for beach towels and the room TV control! The "All inclusive" its not really All inclusive, you need to pay for all alcoholic beverages. The entertainment machines such as table ice hockey can eat your money and they just tell you it has a problem. The beach is full of plastic garbages and some spiky things goes to your foot. The food tastes very bad and I really suggest they need to change their head chef. such a large hotel doesnt have a single iron and they dont lend it to. There was one elevator and 8 floors (do the math with the waiting time) the entertainment at nights is given to super amatuer employees. There is a guy who is employee of the hotel and tries to sell you Pirate ship exusrion with dolphines and belly dance... We didnt see any dolphines and there were no belly dancer.

Un gros problème au niveau des différents bars et restaurants avec le service car il n’y a AUCUN verre à notre disposition sauf gobelet à café en carton pour boire une bière ou apéritif !! Le comble était la réponse des serveurs qui nous disaient d’aller acheter un verre au magasin pour être servi !!!! Au restaurant le même problème pas de tasse pour le petit déjeuner des assiettes au compte goutte Le directeur de l’hôtel devait investir dans la vaisselle au lieu de se mettre plein les poches Du coup les clients ralent et le personnel est mal agréable Heureusement que le cadre est beau et la plage propre En tout cas c’est une mauvaise expérience dans cette hôtel Je déconseille d’y aller sans une remise en question de la direction

De stoelen in het restaurant zijn aan vervanging toe, communicatie zou makkelijker mogen en informatie duiderlijker aangeven. Bediening op het strand mag beter , zitten merendeels op hun telefoon te kijken. Werking liften is niet optimaal

Otel`in bazi konseptlerini kucultmesi gerekiyor. 50 cesit yemek yerine 30 cesit yemek vermek hem kaliteyi arttirir hemde herlesi mutlu edebilir. 15 cesit tatli sunumu yapip %60`i masada tabakta kaliyorsa bunda sikinti vardir. 7-8 yapin 2-3`u kaliteli olsun bari. Fakat otelde Yemekleri kimse dert etmiyor gibi cunku herkes Sinirsiz Alkol verildigi icin budurumu unutmayi tercih ediyor dusuncesindeyim. Otel`de calisan herkesin bir sorunu cozemek icin caba sarf ettigini gorebiliyorsunuz ama Otel cok buyuk ve olusan siknitilarda buyuk oluyor. Uygun fiyatli olmasi ziyaretci kalitesini de dusuruyor.Birde Havlu icin onden para teminat olarak vermek bence bir ayip.Hersey dahil hizmet sunup kart kaybolursa para istemek daha dogru. Fakat Yeri Denizi havuzu ve Odasi bu paranin karsiligi olarak beni memnun etti.

I have being there many times. This time i was suprice over the good food. It’s a very nice hotel for children. Our child 2 years love the pool and the disco for children🙂. I hope we can come back again next year.

No tv remote in the room. The sink in the bathroom was blocked. On checking in was asked why we had a quad triple room as there was only 2 of us and they had to be shown there was only 2 of us not 4. The entrance is beautiful. The rooms lack attention.

Très très déçu de mon expérience dans l’hôtel Riadh palms. L’état de l’hôtel est très dégradé, les chambre sont sales et pas fonctionnels (la douche était cassé, l’eau ne s’écoulait pas) La climatisation ne fonctionnait que à certains endroits de l’hôtel Et l’hôtel était surchargé, nous devions faire la queue pour tout (repas, boissons, snacks …) Nous avions réservé cet hôtel que pour deux nuit, et s’était déjà trop, nous voulions partir avant même la fin de notre séjour. Nous ne recommandons pas du tout cet hôtel, meilleur temps de mettre un peu plus d’argent et d’avoir un hôtel convenable et profiter de la beauté de Sousse

When arriving too the room as from seeing from the photos it looked like the room hadn’t even been cleaned broken tables and chairs. My partner is there for 56 days in a room and the man on reception refused to sort out me attending and only paying for the food and took In with partner she refused this but when I arrived the man on revelation said this could be done. Poor communication and a poor cleanliness

Hôtel très mal entretenu, c est un vieil établissement, rien à voir avec les photos, chambre très sale, lit inconfortable et literie tachée. Sanitaires horriblement sales et les joints sont pleins de moisissures jusqu’à sur le carrelage. Mauvaises odeurs remontant des plomberies et des fourmis dans toute la chambre même sur les lits. 😵‍💫 Vraiment dommage car il est bien situé, la piscine est belle et la plage aussi. Buffet et nourriture bof, suffisamment correcte pour survivre quelques jours.

Overall a really nice stay, the strip and shopping area is walkable distance. Sadly my room was dirty and full of sand when i arrived, and when the cleaners would clean the room they would only replace the towels and make the bed and not sweep/ mop the floor

Hôtel terrible! Personnel impoli et irresponsable, surtout ceux qui travaillent au restaurant, ils harcèlent les gens de façon impolie pour avoir le pourboire, et laissent les tables sales. Les chambres impropres et rénovations tout le temps. J’ai un forfait tout compris, il fallait supplier la personne pour avoir une bouteille d’eau. Connexion internet inexistante dans les chambres, cet hôtel est une honte pour le tourisme en Tunisie.

I won’t recommend anyone to spent there money in this place. Not only the photos online are deceiving, the rooms are cold even with the heat on, staff is not really friendly as well.

Service à la clientèle terrible. Personnel de la réception, restaurant, service au chambre: manque de professionnalisme minimum et requis pour un établissement hôtelier.

C'est vraiment médiocre , le chef réception est très désagréable et mal cadré, il parle très mal , je ne sais pas comment le directeur gere son hôtel avec des personnels pareil , le pire qu'il n'intervient pas.. a fuir ! Vraiment

L'hotel ne m'a jamais répondu malgré plusieurs relance pour l'organisation d'une navette depuis l'aéroport. Réussite de réservation d'une navette selon le personnel (un qui dit oui, un dit qui dit non), tarification à la tête du client. Personnel au comptoir qui ne fait pas l'effort de parler français. Ne vous regarde même pas pour traiter vos demandes. Présentation de l'hôtel et des services très sommaires, pas d'explications sur les différents restaurants, pas d'indications sur les horaires de la salle de sport ou de la piscine... Je m'attendais à mieux comme "accueil tunisien" L'hotel reste tout de même bien équipé sauf la salle de sport qui est désuète. Les animateurs sont jeunes et dynamiques. Le restaurant est très bien garni. Dommage que les plats changent en fonction de l'heure d'arrivée.

Staff are not service minded and you need to spend time to solve issues. I booked a family room with see view but we got room facing the street! Booked all-inclusive but had to pay for alcoholic beverages or cocktails. The food was just ok and not so good quality!

L'hotel est a 5 min en taxi de la medina (15 ou 20 dinar le trajet) ou 30 min a pied. C'est très sympa a faire et refaire. La restauration a l'hotel est vraiment de qualité, avec beaucoup de choix, c'était tres bon. Et les animateurs sont dynamiques, jeunes et sympathiques.

De blir bedre og bedre, men fortsatt noe uforskammet i inn/utsjekkskranken hvis oppholdet er kjøpt på nett. Men de var faktisk verre før. Alt annet personale er utmerket.

Restaurant excellent pres de tout propreté belle animation

un hôtel bien situé avec un buffet correct mais lensemble de lhotel necessite un rafraichissement.

Accueil, service de restauration, literie impeccable divers services disponibles ( halte garderie salle de sport...) Personnel bienveillant. Hôtel sympathique emplacement parfait en plein centre de Sousse. Il est temps de rafraîchir l'hôtel et certains meubles ( chambre) sinon dans l'ensemble chambre agréable, veuiller sur la propreté+++
