Very good value for money. Very friendly staff, all of the staff. Would like to have more info after check-in about all the amenities and activities--know when there is aqua aerobics, what the theme nights are in Tilar restaurant, etc. Beach was not appealing to use. Would be nice to have more hours for use of pool and definitely the sauna.

I stayed at Iberostar Selection Kuriat Palace for 14 days and was absolutely delighted with my experience! This is a wonderful hotel that I would confidently recommend to anyone looking for a quality holiday in Tunisia. The hotel grounds are beautiful, green, and very well-maintained. Everything is thoughtfully designed — it’s a pleasure to walk around and relax. The rooms are spacious and clean, with regular housekeeping, fresh towels, and bed linens. The interior is modern, and everything worked perfectly. The food was varied and delicious. There was always something tasty to choose from. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruits, fish, seafood, and traditional Tunisian dishes. The restaurant staff was efficient and always friendly. The beach is truly a highlight — wide, clean, with soft sand and an easy entry into the sea. There were always enough sunbeds, and the beach area was secure and well-kept. The sea was warm and crystal clear, just like in the postcards. The animation team did a great job — activities like yoga, aqua aerobics, and evening shows were enjoyable and never intrusive. Everything was done tastefully and with just the right energy. The hotel staff deserves special praise — very welcoming, attentive, and professional. They truly went out of their way to make guests feel comfortable and relaxed. This was one of my best vacations ever. Thank you to the entire team at Iberostar Selection Kuriat Palace for a fantastic stay! I would love to return again.

Upon arrival all bags must be x-rayed. That’s understandable and fine, but security means nothing if it’s not applied equally across all guests. We saw other folks walking in through an adjacent door without regard to security. Check-in took a painful amount of time. I spend 200+ nights/year in hotels and there is no reason it should take 15+ minutes to check in a guest. We’d been driving 6 hours and I badly needed to use the bathroom. When we finally arrived in our room, a king sea view, it wasn’t ready and housekeeping was in the room. We weren’t sure we were in the right room, so back downstairs to the reception. Received a voucher for a spa treatment due to the above situation. Thank you, I hope our experience isn’t normal. The hammam is lovely and the staff are friendly and capable. Guest room was spacious with crisp linens and captive bath amenities. Small balcony with chairs and table. Our rate was half-board. Anwar in the restaurant is a lovely man and an asset to the property. Choices for the buffet breakfast and dinner were varied and delicious. I enjoyed the fish at night and the ojja and bambalouni at breakfast! Would love to return when it’s warm enough to use the outdoor pool. There is an indoor pool but we didn’t use it. Location is just across from Monastir Airport. Free parking.

Amazing property with exceptional customer services. Very good and wide range of food options at all times of the day. A variety of daily on-site entertainment options for all the family.

A wonderful Feb Half-Term break away. The hotel was all inclusive with a wide variety of food to suit everyone’s tastes (available all throughout the day). Local drinks all offered for free too. We didn’t venture out of the hotel so can’t comment on the local area. Staff all very polite and professional. Right in the beach and would recommend for a family holiday.

The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. The hotel is huge, with lots of pools and direct access to the beach. I was very satisfied even though I stayed for just one day. I’m already planning to come back with my family next time!

Finally a 5 star hotel in Tunisia that allows Burkini for women - which is an excellent news!! However, we stayed 2 nights and the first night was very disappointing- the room has no working AC, the shower has water leak and when we asked for repair they said they could not as the bathroom was still wet (as if would be impossible to dry it before repair :/) and the worst in the morning the room was full of ants. They decided finally to upgrade us at 5pm the next day which was ok as the new room was a suite with sea view but decision taken very late unfortunately. The AC in the second room was also very weak - not able to put the right temperature. I hope they will improve their service to meet 5 star requirements and the high prices requested in summer! Mounir the guy picking up luggage is the best guy in the hotel!!

Everything there was just extraordinary. The staff was very welcoming and they all did their jobs with smiles on their faces that was what stood out for me. The rooms and everywhere was always clean and the food was great as well. It’s a place to visit again.

Bon hôtel en général avec des équipes très chaleureuses : privilégiez les chambres avec vue sur la mer, car les chambres avec vue sur le jardin donnent plutôt sur le parking et sur l'aéroport !

I enjoyed very much my stay at the Iberostar Kuriat Palace hotel in Skanes-Monastir. The service was very good and the hotel staff and management were very friendly. The food was excellent. I enjoyed the authentic Tunisian cuisine and the variety of dishes. The sea view was amazing though it was a bit cold for a swim.

Dans l'ensemble notre sejour s est bien déroulé. Nous avons apprécié particulièrement la localisation de l'hôtel et là beauté des espaces exterieurs :piscines et plage. La propreté de la chambre est remarquable. Le restaurant buffet offre un grand choix de plats et de boissons. Mais le bémol était la fuite d'eau dans la salle de bain qui causait une inondation après chaque douche contraignant mon épouse à se transformer en femme de ménage. L'administration de l'hôtel n'a pris ce problème au sérieux. Nous avons aussi fait face au problème de la baie vitrée qui ne ferme pas nous obligeant à demander sa réparation tous les 3 jours Ces désagréments nous ont dérangé même si nous avons préférer retenir seulement ce qu'il y avait de bon. Nous recommandons à l'établissement de faite des travaux de maintenance et de sélectionner avec plus de rigueur les serveurs même si la plupart sont remarquables.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est plus que parfait la plage est magnifique les piscines aussi. Cependant le seul point "négatif " c'est que la finition dans les chambres ne sont pas vraiment digne d'un 5 étoiles mais plus d'un 4 étoiles . Les serveurs manque un peu de sourir , mais il y en a qui font l'exception comme mrs Salah Qacem et Ahmed khayati ... qui sont très professionnels et d'une gentillesse sans fin . C'était un agréable séjour dans l'ensemble 🙂 nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Merci

The hotel rooms were all really clean. The all inclusive options were absolutely amazing! You can also choose to eat at one of their themed restaurants for free once during your stay. We enjoyed the activities they had on during the day and nights. There is not really anything to do outside nearby. You cannot call bolt to that area. However, hotel we get a taxi for you. Only downfall was that they did not have an iron available during our stay. We called constantly and waited around for someone to bring us an iron just to be told that we needed to wait until 12pm the next day. This was unacceptable for a hotel that is rated 5*. Their room service is extremely slow. We also asked for robes and slippers for the spa, they took nearly 2 hours just getting this to our room. I had to leave to get my hammam done and had to leave my sister in the room to wait around. We were supposed to enjoy our hammam together but didn’t get to do this.

This is a tough review because it was so split. We had some staff that was absolutely amazing-super friendly, responsive, and helpful. On the other hand, some staff was extremely overbearing, and friendly to the point it felt like harassment. The hotel is very nice and the food is good with ample variety, but I am not sure I would return. The entertainment was poorly organized and lacking in variety and quality. I would not come to this hotel if you are just a group of women. I would not come to this hotel if you have teenage daughters. I say this because as a woman, I felt harassed specifically by the entertainment staff. Also worth nothing that most of the reviews here were written by hotel staff bc they go around being like write us a five star review and will make you write it in front of them. I only got out of it by saying my phone was dead.

This is a very good family friendly hotel. This is our second stay here and we will be returning again. The food is excellent. The activities for children suffice. The staff are lovely. Under the leadership of Yassine, they are all a great team.

It was a fantastic stay. The food, weather, the staff were very good. I was also impressed that I had misplaced my wallet and the following day the housekeeping team had handed it in. All the money and credit cards were in tact. I love the honesty of the staff and I genuinely would go back.

Das Hotel kann ich nur weiter empfehlen, von der Sauberkeit bis zum Personal hin. Es gab jeden Tag, sehr viel Auswahl an Essen. Leider liegt das Hotel außerhalb der Stadt, sodass man, wenn man Monastir erkundigen möchte auf Taxen angewiesen ist.

Phenomenal Hotel and outstanding customer service. Yassine and Firas were superb and accomodating all of our needs. Genuinely this is the best place in monastir. Food was on another level. Slow cooked beef, chicken fresh fish. 5**
