I asked for two wash cloths & the young man at the front desk looked around at the room behind the desk then went to a blue tote & started taking items out of the tote. I asked him if he knew for certain if those were clean. He said I think they’re just stained. I said I want clean ones. He said he’d have some brought up to our room in about 45 minutes- that NEVER HAPPENED. No room service came on the second day to empty trash or give us new/clean towels. The young man at the front desk is lacking in customer service skills. The pool was closed & apparently has been for months but the website said they had a pool and that’s one of the two reasons I booked this hotel. The second reason was because the website said no pets allowed but there was at least one dog staying there. The fruit at breakfast was too old to be served- bananas were BROWN. Trays of food sat empty for several minutes - at least 15-20 minutes both mornings we were there. Breakfast was 7-10 and at 7:45 the egg tray was empty so I asked if there would be more and the person there said no (I looked at it when we left the hotel at 9:30 and there were eggs- not sure why she told me no at 7:45). The floor level buttons in the elevator were super hard to press and sometimes didn’t work at all. Thankfully, the button to open the door back up worked so we could get out. We parked on the backside of the building because our room faced that way and we could see our car but the back door didn’t latch or lock.

Lobby was unbearably hot. Breakfast was mediocre. After discussing it with other parents, I don’t think some of the food was any good since it was left out in such bad heat. The elevator quit working day one. And my kids were so excited to swim.. cold pool, no towels and the concrete around the pool was slick as hell!! My 4 year old daughter fell and could’ve very easily hurt herself. Rooms were ok, bathroom door was a headache the way it opened. Bathroom in general was TINY. This hotel was way over priced!!!

I stayed here because it was rated well and had a pool. The indoor pool is completely drained and not functioning. The front desk clerks are nowhere to be found, and when found they lack in customer service. The first room given to us was propped open and in use !!!! This hotel also rents by the week and month, if that is an indication of anything. Would not stay here again. Extremely basic and shady.

Room was in poor condition, stains on sheets. Pool chlorine was so strong. Guests could not sit in the pool area for more than 15 mins without having to leave for fresh air. Had to prop open door to outside and pool door for ventilation. Kids eyes were hurting after a couple of minutes in the pool

Price and location good. General maintenance/customer service lousy. Pool closed one day. Breakfast buffet not filled on regular basis. By 8:30 the hot food (eggs, etc) were out or down to a few crumbs. Only the orange juice dispenser worked and it tasted watered down. Lemon infused water container not filled. Couldn't get into our room late the first night as the door battery that operates the remote card was dead. Thankfully the night desk person had a key to let us in and he replaced the battery. Upon arrival in the afternoon the desk person was on a smoke break and was in no hurry to get back to the front desk to check us in.

Older property and was being renovated when we stayed. Was raining and couldn't park at the entrance for check-in because they had a lift parked there. Carpets and elevator somewhat dirty. Wet paint in the stairs. Room was OK except one of those with the sink outside the bathroom. Breakfast was good but should have been for the price. Location if headed west is good to avoid morning rush but there are cheaper properties down the road in Warrenton.

The pool was not available, drained and out of service. There were 2 young children in our group and the pool was important. The room was dirty! There was a clump black hair on the shower wall, blood around the bottom of the toliet and trash beside the bed. The freezer had frozen brown substance frozen in the bottom. The bed had black hair on the sheets. Called the front desk to have the room cleaned. Was told the general manager was on the property but when i went down to talk with him, he was no where to be found! Requested a refund and left promptly!

First room no hot water or pressure. Second room no hot water no pressure. We were updated to a jacuzzi room. This room was dirty, jacuzzi was unclean. No towels in the room. Asked for towels and they had yellow stains on them. We were told it was a busy weekend and they only had one washing machine. At breakfast the attendant combed his hands through his hair and continued to serve in the breakfast are. The attendant stood there talking to someone for ten minutes. Breakfast was disgusting. Coffee tasted like hot water. Do not book this hotel. My husband wanted to sleep in the car which would have been uncomfortable but cleaner. Hotel in need of an update all over. On a positive note, the agent tried to accommodate us with a room that had hot water. Kudos to him.

We had to switch rooms 3 times to find a semi-clean room. The entire hotel just seemed to have a dirty feel. One of the rooms we were put into had dried blood on the light switch and blood stains on the comforter. There was a musty smell throughout the hotel as well. Very disappointed and would never stay there again. The staff was somewhat helpful and it didn't seem like it was completely there fault but the entire place was terrible.

The shower floor had dirt on it, the bed was very hard and pillows were small and lumpy. When we woke up in the morning there was a cockroach in the room. We checked out super early and left for breakfast somewhere else!

When we checked in and entered our room we discovered drops of urine on the toilet seat!! The bathroom door wouldn't close all the way and there was black mold on the bathroom walls. When we brought this to the attention of the person at the front desk his response was indifference, saying that isn't mold on the wall it's a stain. No offer to put us in a different room. Helicopters were flying overhead until 3 am and light from the parking lot made it hard to sleep. Don't go to breakfast towards the end because there wasn't much left to choose from.

They checked me into a room that was occupied... the second room had a overpowering mold smell. I am not an over sensitive person to that. The third room was ok. My room key nevered worked once in the 24 hours i was there. I had to go to the front desk every time i left my room. Housekeeping did not clean my room. I asked them to and they refused. Cars are on blocks outside and all of the trash cans are overflowing... on my last day, there were 7 police cars in the parking lot. I am jot sire what happend but 7 cruisers is never good. This hotel is in chesterfield but it felt like a much rougher area. Stay clear of this place!

Room wasn’t very clean. The walls the baseboards the shower. the bed was a platform bed but was so hard to sleep on a stay asleep. The frig had food inside of it from other guests. My door room was wide open upon my arrival. My overall I would not stay there ever again. BUT the young lady at the front desk was super sweet & very helpful.

The hot tub was an awkward shape but it was a fun addition to the room. We liked where we parked cause we could see our vehicle from one of the 4 windows we had in our room (we loved the space and natural light). The room itself was impressive and we were very comfortable. The only thing I found wrong is that the staff was hard to find. You kind of have to hang around the front desk for a few minutes every single time and eventually someone will come see what you need. It’s strange to see such a nice lobby without any staff.

It was out in the country away from the hustle and bustle of STL. What I didn't like in particular was the fact that the room wasn't dark. The drapes were phony and didn't close completely. The blinds didn't block all the outdoor lights, which were quite bright, and consequently, the room was light all night.

While the hotel was fairly clean, I will not be staying here again. When we walked to our room, the hall had a bad smell (maybe weed). In the room, we could not raise the shades because they were broken, therefore we had to sit in a dark room. The bed was terrible! I did not feel very safe because it did not appear that the lock to the adjoining room worked well. The chair that was in the room was not fit to sit in unless you wanted to fall backwards. The big disappointment was the breakfast. We have stayed here several times and always loved the gravy and biscuits, none this time! The people next door to us played their TV all night long and someone above us must have been having a stomping contest. (This is not the fault of the hotel, just rude and inconsiderate people) The first time we stayed at this hotel it was great, but it seems to be going downhill. While the price is good, I would rather pay more for a comfortable bed and a good breakfast.

It was okay. One of the nerds had small stains. Beds were extra firm and uncomfortable, the hotel room smelled mildewy and of cigarettes. Hotel was pretty clean other than being old and outdated. For being on the cheaper end of hotels this matches the price though. Can’t have super high expectations

Incredibly fast and friendly check-in. The room was larger than most apartments. Room was immaculately clean. Jacuzzi was clean, and worked perfectly. Bed was too hard. Air-conditioning unit was inadequate for the size of the room. The TV was impossible to figure out.

Elevators were dirty and sticky. Someone should always be at the front desk. Phones didn’t work. People on upper level were loud. Had to call multiple times to the front desk to ask them to do something about it.

We have stayed here many times for travel ball. Ann is very pleasant. Now we get to the manager with ten years experience, the one and only Mr Allen. I clicked pay at property. I get charged way too much for a “pre-authorization”. They didn’t check with card I wanted and charged me without my authorization. When I questioned Allen, he stated the $183 I was charged was for one night and I would be charged the full amount upon arrival. I told him I had stayed there many times previously with only one issue. He said tough luck basically. The $183 I was charged surpassed the one nights total and was a random amount. One time we stayed and paid in advance. They stated upon arrival that we hadn’t paid. Once we showed that we had the receipt and had in fact paid, they said oh ok. So watch your charges from this hotel and be cautious of the way management speaks to you. The beds aren’t very comfortable either. The hotel room has been fairly clean but we have seen bugs. We will never stay at this hotel again. Allen also hung up on me and called me a not so nice name. I wouldn’t let my worst enemy stay here and deal with Allen. Ann was VERY nice though.

We called a week before all the way up to the morning of our trip to verify our accommodations that we requested. Finally the morning of our check in we were told we had a rollaway bed available. When we checked in they said we couldn’t have an extra bed which negatively impacted our stay. In addition the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and the front desk woman said she had no idea what the issue was and didn’t know the procedure if there was a fire. The next night there were tornados in the area and when the sirens went off and we asked what the procedure was to keep guests safe during a tornado she shrugged her shoulders. We did not feel safe our entire stay.

Gosh where to begin!? Let me just say REBECCA IS AN IMPECCABLE INDIVIDUAL!!! She keeps the hotel rocking and rolling! I am grateful to have met her and our stay was phenomenal! The breakfast was good, room service excellent and hotel is clean, cozy and quiet. If owners are reviewing these reviews REBECCA DESERVES A RAISE!!! Not to leave out the rest of the staff who were equally nice and helpful; Aiden, Collin and the two other guys I didn’t catch their names(sorry). I would definitely recommend this place to others as well.*****

People running property seem nice and room was clean. Room key would only work once Ave then have to be reset (had to reset at least 5 times during one night stay). TV in room didn’t work. (It was replaced after a while). Side door at end of hall had no lock and was left open. Bathroom clean but smelled of mildew. People working on cars in parking lot at back of property. In addition, you can hear helicopters taking off at near by airport, well into the night. Respond from staff was some version of “it will take time” or “we are working on it.”

I’d visited chesterfield for a concert at “The Factory.” Economical, close to the venue, and a little ways out of the city, it was a pleasant clean & quiet place to sleep.

The room was clean. However, we were confirmed for an accessible room. We asked when we arrived for tge bottom floor and were told none were available. Instead, we were given the 3rd floor in the last room on the hall, farthest from the elevator. After getting in the room, we found that it was not even an accessible room. It was just a regular king room. We went down for breakfast just before 8 the next morning. The hot food was gone. I told the front desk and he eventually came to replace the food. It took 35 minutes for him to replenish the buffet breakfast and it was barely edible.

The breakfast left ALOT to be desired, the eggs were terrible, they were out of drink options at 8:15 and no one replenished them prior to the 9:00 am cutoff.
