Vehicle stolen from property. Staff overall not very helpful with situation. All they did was provide an incident report paper for me to fill out. Said they couldn't access any footage of where the vehicle was parked, even though it was parked out front in their main lot where it was well lit. Talking to the Burger King next door, they said vehicles are stolen and vandalized all the time from this property and they are usually recovered around the corner or at the truck stop down the street, which is where we ended up recovering our vehicle. With how unhelpful the staff is and how frequently it is being reported that vehicles are taken from the property, it feels like someone on staff may be involved in the thefts. Luggage, stereo, sunglasses all stolen from vehicle. Stay at your own risk.

Very convenient with shuttle to airport. The part of the pool they show in pictures that looks like an oasis is only for weddings, so that was disappointing. Took a while for the AC to cool down the room and some common areas smelled like pot.

The lobby smelled like a public restroom soon as we walked in. Breakfast was equivalent to free breakfast buffet at most Hilton Garden Inns. Not worth the $15 charge. Was never greeted by the front desk all week as we came in and out. Business center was closed the whole week during our stay and ice machines were out of order on multiple floors. Location was good and housekeeping services were great.

My family stayed on our way to LA and the breakfast needs to be included in the price of this place because the rooms need major renovations. The tiles were cracked in the bathrooms, there was mold on the ceiling of the shower, there were stains like burn marks around the bathroom sinks, water comes out of the shower all over the floor so you use all your towels to soak up water coming out of the shower and the plumbing is aweful! The toilets flood. I’m so disappointed that this was a Hilton. There’s no excuse for the condition of this hotel

The construction made it extremely dusty and dirty. It was difficult to get to the pool. When we got to the pool, there were no towels there, after the front desk had just reassured us that there were towels. We called to ask someone to bring and 45 min. later, no towels. We had to ask another guest to go and get them. There was no top sheet on my bed. I called several times over 2 of the 4 days and the front desk management kept putting me off. Finally, I came downstairs to get my own and I made my own bed. I called to report smoking and nothing was done about it (this is a non-smoking hotel and I have smoke allergies). so I developed a sinus infection and got bronchitis because the person next door to me was smoking cigarettes and weed all night and the front desk did nothing about it, even after I called. A microwave blew up on our floor the last night we were there and the fire alarm went off because smoke was filling the hallway. We all evacuated the floor and the front desk attendant said, "Oh, it's fine, the smoke won't bother you. You can go back up." I was furious because the management absolutely did not show that they cared about us at all. We waited in the lobby for a few hours until they eventually brought a fan into the hallway to clear the smoke. This was supposed to be a special birthday trip for my mom's 70th birthday, and this reservation cost me a lot of money. I'm a Hilton Honors member and I am completely disappointed with my 4-night stay experience.

This property did not feel or look clean. There was exposed nails at the first floor elevators. Those could be a potential hazard. The housekeeping staff blocked hallways with their carts. The rooms felt more like they were “picked” up vs stripped down and clean. The front office desk look unpleasant. The hotel in general looked outdated.

Very disappointed with our stay. Bathroom light would not work, tub would not drain, wallpaper coming off walls, filthy carpet, dirty bathroom, inconvenient parking. Staff was helpful and fine but the overall condition and cleanliness of the hotel was sub-par, especially for the price we paid. Not up to Hilton standards. Would never stay here again.

Shuttle service takes a while, need to schedule for rides to the airport. My bathroom was a little funky. There was a musty smell coming from the shower, and the floor was dirty. My microwave had food debris and crumbs from a previous guest. The A/C unit was cracked, so the vibration created a rattling sound. Last downside was no free wifi. Tried to charge me even though I'm a Gold member. Other than that, the room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable

Overall this was a good property. It was clean, check-in was good. The receptionists (morning and evening) were very nice. The property was clean inside and out. Conveniently located at the far south end of the strip making it easy to drive to the heart of the strip. The room was spacious and so was the bathroom. The major drawback is the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were subpar. That was the worst part and most important part of my stay.

This hotel was conveniently located on Las Vegas Boulevard. We really appreciated their late check in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative was the ac in the room. It was so loud it was hard to sleep. When the one in our room turned off, the one in the adjacent room started. I think the system needs upgrading.

Reserved shuttle for next AM to airport and Amanda didn't write it down. Had to scramble to get shuttle for us. I asked Amanda if there was coffee available in lobby in morning and she said "no". The stay was stressful from day 1. The staff doesn’t communicate amongst themselves and don’t put any reservation details on their system. First day we couldn’t check in to the hotel because they didn’t have enough rooms for us and sent us next door to Home 2 Suites. We had to change our hotel again next day to Hilton garden Inn because Home 2 wouldn’t have enough rooms for us. This moving between the 2 hotels was the worst experience. Then once back at Hilton Garden Inn, the front desk attendant for the evening knew about our late check out and did approve it, however the morning staff wasn’t aware of it and locked us out of our rooms when we came for lunch. My wife had to miss her work meeting due to this, as we had to sort this out with them again. Every time the staff had to harass us with questions on our reservations, which is extremely frustrating as they should’ve already had this information on their back end but apparently they don’t communicate amongst themselves.

Nice place to stay. But the staff are very rude. I got there a little late due to traffic. When I got there the host told me my check inn was check as "no show". there was a little awkward moment because we were just starring, so i told him so?? what can I do? He just replied " I just finish my inventory, let me see your ID. He proceeded and gave me a my keys to my room without saying anything, no apologies or even a goodnight or thanks you. I processed to my room to find out there was someone sleeping in the room he gave me the keys. Luckily, the couple didn't wake up lol. I went back and told him about the incident and he just got more frustrated :). I couldn't do anything but smile. hr just got more angry and gave me other card for another room, lucky enough it was a empty room. My apologies for checking in late but i cant control traffic/ accident driving to Las Vegas from San Bernardino, CA. Other wise my stay was pleasant and very good breakfast which i had to pay because apparently i dint pay for that service.

Kind of off the beaten path so you dont feel like you are right on the strip, so it's quieter and feels safer, but close enough so not a long drive to anything. Nice restaurants and shopping nearby. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean and very nice.

We stayed one night due to a flight cancellation. For awareness, the area is not super well lit at night (granted we checked in at 11:30pm) so our taxi had a little difficulty finding the parking lot entrance, and the hotel was undergoing renovations. We were told we had a brand new room, but the fridge was dirty (looked moldy) and one of the beds was either not placed properly on the bedframe or the bed frame was broken, because when we sat down the bed tilted severely to one side. Otherwise it was clean and it was fine for what we needed for one night though.

Property was ok outside near the smoking post and doggy walk area. The breakfast was not clear on how it works. I paid for buffet continental style breakfast and had servers trying to tell me where to sit and serve me then hands me a bill I told them I am not paying 30.00 bucks. I paid with the room at 5.00 already. They waived the bill at the desk and said it was for inventory purpose. Almost seemed like a scam in hopes you dont see the bill charged. Room was clean and spaciois and quiet. Very close to the rental car return and far away from the strip in Vegas.

A few minor things. #1 I have never been given an accessible room without being told first. I would decline one if asked - the hotel was not full. These are great if you need one / otherwise not. #2 the air conditioner was very loud and distracted from sleep. Seemed odd in a nice new hotel. #3 the bed was not comfortable - not being picky . We've stayed in a few newer hotels recently and this one was noticeably not the same comfort or quality. Everything else was perfect and most can overlook these things.
