Rodeway Inn Lincoln West - University Area

Staff was excellent at check in. Room was clean, but the air didn’t seem to keep up in the room. The pillows in the bed were very small so could have used more.

Had a 2 bed room and only 4 pillow that were extremely small for the 2 of us staying.

I didn't even get to check in because they require a cash deposit of 300 dollars for people that live in Nebraska, and I did not have 300 cash, I had a credit card that she refused. No where in their listing do they say this is a rule. The lady at the desk says when you complete the listing you agree to abide by their rules. How can I agree to unknown rules? She claims hotels. com will not let them put that info in the listing but that is a flat out lie. I will get my money back from hotels. vom or I will do a charge back and have my financial institution take care of it.

The staff was very good, and the room was very nice, but it was very very cold in the room, the floor was freezing. We cuddled up in bed. By morning it was a little better. I did not shower,,,,too cold.
