It was a nice quiet and peaceful stay. I was finally able to get all 3 of my kids in the same place at the same time. They always enjoy swimming so that was a great perk for them and myself. I utilized the guest laundry facilities, for which i was grateful and satisfied with the price and cleanliness of the area. Their breakfast was absolutely amazing and worth getting up for. The other guests and staff were friendly and accommodating. I will refer everyone I know for their next stop through Lincoln!

don't go here for the pool - It's tiny and shallow Breakfast is nothing great- no eggs few choices Its clean and the beds are comfortable It's within walking distance of many thing . Natural Grocers is in the same parking lot.

It was an okay spot to sleep for the night and the kids enjoyed the pool. Front desk help is non existent. The hotel was overall pretty gross-carpets dirty, corners extremely dirty. The bed was clean though and so was the bathroom.

Located just off of "O St" its not a bad location close to various things. The place is being remodeled. Rooms repainted, pool area redone. Yet the pool is in need if a good scrubbing. It literally has a dirty ring around the top of the pool. There is no front staff except at check in so if you need anything you have to keep dialing "O". Breakfast was fair. Ice Machine on second floor didnt work. The room though was in pretty good shape and clean. Bed was comfy and ac worked great. Shower was nice and hot. Overall a quite location and easy to get around ftom.

Carpets are dirty, paint stained. Fridge didnt work, ac was not very good, ice machine on 2nd floor didnt work. Overall i wouldnt recommend it for most people.

Beds were extremely comfortable. Quiet hotel which is nice. Pet friendly. Decent breakfast options. Undergoing renovations in some areas but not an eye sore. Not close off the freeway but the nightly rate was ideal for the stay.

The room smelt musky, when you turned the water off, you could smell sewer gas coming up from the sink. In the shower on the ledge between the wall and the shower top you can see black mold. The entire hotel needs to be deep cleaned and care for better. This hotel deserves no stars on how poor the room was!

There was ants crawling all over the beds and the shower. The water smelt like eggs. The sink wasn’t clean there was brown stuff coming from around it. The room wasn’t clean there was dirty cups in it when we got there.

The front desk attendant was overly flirtatious, and the hallways leading to the elevator had a strong odor of dog urine. The initial room they gave me was not cleaned; the bed was unmade, and there was a half-eaten apple on the table. When I requested a different room, he pretended to be shocked that it was dirty. The second room was at least tidy, but it had a scent of fresh paint and mold. The bed was somewhat bouncy yet comfortable. Aside from that, my stay was pleasant.

the person working the front desk took about ten minutes to get to the front desk and did not greet me or talk very much. When I called down to get extra sheets, they told me to come to the desk where I waited another ten minutes and had to call their help line to get anyone to come to the front desk. I then found a cockroach in the bathroom.

It is kind of dated , although it is clean . Our room had the hint of being a smokers room . The air conditioning was barely keeping up. Housekeeping did a great job & so did front desk staff.

This room was spacious, clean, and accommodating for our needs. The bed was comfortable and there was a pull out sofa bed for our grandson. We made use of the frig and microwave in our room, and enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool. Although the facility is older and could use some updating and fresh paint, it was clean, comfortable, and accommodating. The staff were helpful and kind.

This is an older property that has been newly painted. Our room was very comfortable and the HVAC worked well. Great location and easy to get anywhere in Lincoln. Staff friendly and attentive and we would stay again. Towels are a little thin and could use replacing. Everything else was fine!

The rooms were clean and in good working order. No complaint about the room. Breakfast had no fruit. My first night the waffle was gone and second it was very watery and unusable. There were no gluten free options and cereals were off brand. Lobby bathroom was very dirty. Staff was mostly not available, as I saw many people standing looking for someone.

Reading the reviews made us reconsider but very glad we kept our reservation. Very nice hotel/motel. Manager Mike was very friendly and accommodating. We tried to give Mike a tip but he asked that we tip the staff rather than him. What a generous person.

Staff was not attentive. Never saw anyone at front desk. Had to use phone to call for help when i checked in. Clerk was hard to hear. He gave no information about amenities or how to get to my room

Checkin was good. The front desk clerk, Mike, was pleasant. Our room was on the second floor, so took the elevator up. As soon as the door open we were 'hit' with an overwhelming odor of that skunk smelling marijuana. It filled the entire hallway as if somebody was smoking it in their room. Our room was fine and didn't have the odor. We advised Mike, who suggested perhaps it was a guest that just came in from the outside after smoking. I argued if that was the case, the lobby and certainly the elevator would have had the odor, but they didn't. As strong as the odor was and filled up and down the hallway, it had to be someone smoking it in a room. Mike said he would check it out. When we returned to the hotel later that night, the odor had dissipated somewhat, but was still faintly in the hallway.

At check in office staff lazy. Was sitting in next room phone rang 5 times before even getting up. He was rude about me not having my id on me. Then brought back in he yelled at me in front of my 5 year old daughter. Husband went down and asked for sheets and comforter for pull out bed. Refused to give him a comforter cause it was too big for bed. And then no breakfast in the mornings like they say.

After checking in, it was discovered that the air conditioning was not functioning. I let the office know, and they told me someone would check on it (maintenance). After 30 minutes of waiting, they told me (maintenance) forgot, and that they were coming. They ended up swapping the unit, but I felt like the service could’ve been a lot better. Rooms were ok, and could use upgrades.

Zack was amazing, so friendly and welcoming. He worked with us to ensure that our room was ready for check-in around 10 AM, that is 5 hours before Check-in; he was completely understanding and very helpful. We needed more blankets and he gave me full sets of sheets and blankets. Breakfast was excellent, the entire stay was wonderful!

property was advertisd on Expedia for about $65per night. Sounded good so we went there and the grumpy man at the counter told us it would be $189. When I told him it was advertised for $65 online, He said, OK go book it online which we did. The price came out to be $89 plus taxes and fees for just over $102. I think the advertising on the internet is extremely deceptive

We chose this hotel because I had a procedure at Bryan East which is only a 6 minute drive away. It was quiet even when theany FFA students were there. Hyvee next door was in walking distance. I love this hotel in the heart of Lincoln.

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel and will keep coming back. It is a very nice hotel which is quiet even though it is near 48th & "O" Street in Lincoln. It is central to shopping and all things we like.

The property was not clean. They must have repainted the doors and they all stuck. Not painted well either. Front desk staff was never present always had to wait and then they were not friendly. The bed was lumpy the pillows were terrible and the couch was ripped. It was so uncomfortable we almost left in the middle of the night.

Nice enough for an older hotel. Breakfast is the usual waffles, muffins, bagels, fruit, yogurt, and every day biscuits and gravy. Would be nice if they switched up the biscuits and gravy with eggs and sausage or eggs and bacon somedays like other hotels do. Was there five days, Tuesday-Sunday.

The room was comfortable and clean. The provided breakfast was a disaster. For the number of people, the room was way too small. They ran out of milk, orange juice , waffle syrup and bread for toast. Had to get the desk person or look in the drawers yourself. No one kept the breakfast room tidied up at all. Only vanilla yogurt.
