Very new and clean hotel! They don’t have the pool or spa right now because new owners just took over and are renovating. Breakfast isn’t available for the same reason, but overall a very nice and quiet experience!

It was advertised having an indoor pool. Even a sign outside, said indoor pool and spa the pool hasn't had water in it in years.. Toilet Didn't work in our room. I went down there, told him the toilet didn't work? He asked me if I could plunge it. The last tenant clothes were under the sink still.

Entire placed smelled of chlorine. Tv did not work and remote was filthy. Checked out after a few hrs...didnt even bother asking about a refund. Found another place to stay nearby.

Run down, really dirty (corners of floors, sinks, hair dryer was disgusting). The room reeked of mildew and cleaner and the hallway reeked of weed. The door was open when we got to our room but it was unoccupied. The dishwasher had leaked all over the floor. The bathroom smelled like someone peed all over the place and it wasn't cleaned properly. There was dust, rust, and crust everywhere. We were required to pay $20 in cash as a deposit at check in. When we checked out, some guy that was sitting in the lobby finally came over, went behind the desk and gave us a $20 and thanked us for being there. By far the worst hotel I ever stayed in.

The room really ahold be cleaner in the corners. Bathroom was fine but windows and curtains were dirty. The location was quiet and the price was right.

Everything else was just okay. When we tried to check in, no one was there. We left and ate at a place next door, came back about 40 mins later then was able to get someone to answer us. Room was okay. One pillow cover had a stain. Bathroom was disgustingly dirty. Toilet bowl needed to be scrubbed. Toilet seat was dirty and had dried blood on the rim. The hand towel looked used. Bathroom floor needed to be swept.

This is the worse hotel I have ever been to! It is nasty. Rooms are not clean and they will tell you that they are and they are clearly not. The tub and toilet were not clean. Smoky rooms. The managers at this property do not like to give refunds back and charge more this website then they actually charge for the rooms. It is a dump. Please do not stay here. It does not look like it does in the pictures. This is worse than a motel.

We were unable to stay here! We rented 3 rooms. There was literal rat poop in the bed. The pullout beds mattress had poop stains all over it, the room had a very foul smell and the room was just plain disgusting. The armchairs was covered in big black stains of sone sort. We complained and they gave us another room and it was still not something I would feel safe my family staying in.. we left and they refused to refund our money and hotels.com has done nothing about it?

Upon check in no one was around, it's like you always have to ring the bell. The original 1 bedroom I booked and was given looked like it was occupied with food and lights on and was then given a double bedroom that was far down the hall which was rough with a baby and luggage. The bathroom had ants, and the beds didn't seem clean, but it was late, and I was tired. Theres no breakfast or anything, coffee but who knows how long that sits out. Maybe put a time on it? Upon leaving again no one was around so it's kind of weird. The hall also smelt strongly of smoke even though it says no smoking as well. Just seemed like it was just there, and no one really cleans or works on anything. Beds are comfy and slept quitely though.

I use my points and still Charge me twenty six dollars, A room was guilty. It was potato chips underneath things. There was bugs, no bed bugs, but crickets. And ants Use shampoo in he shower and soap There was people living there year round. They did not specify that when I got there. The outside of the building was filthy cigarette butts everywhere would highly recommend no one ever ever stay there and I believe hotels.com. Osh me a reimbursement for that. Because I went by what you're rating. Said was 8.6 Barry barry disappointed in hotels.com.

My stay was okay overall. The beds were comfortable, but I’m not confident they were clean — I noticed some hair and spots that made me uncomfortable. The cabinet on the stand was broken, and when we arrived, the lights were already on, which gave the impression that someone may have been in the room just before us. The bathroom only had shampoo and no conditioner, and there weren’t enough towels provided. The ones that were there felt rough and worn out. On my way out, I dropped off the key, but I couldn't understand what the front desk person said — it felt a little awkward. I did sleep well, but I wish the room had been in better condition and stocked more thoughtfully.

Great value very comfortable and quiet. I have not had any issues.i appreciate the quick service with the front desk any issues are handled immediately. Rooms are spacious and quiet beds are comfortable air conditioning works great especially after working outside 14+ Hours its great to walk into ice cold room 😊.

Was housed right next to the mechanical room, very loud machinery all hours of the day. Very little to no sound insulation in the room at all, could hear people talking in the hallway and even in the lobby all night. Entire places smells like cigarette smoke, even the room itself. Several parts of the building are just run-down in general. At one point my keycard stopped working on my room, had to call the front desk up to get it fixed, DIDNT even check my ID to see if the room was mine or not. Thank god at that point I was checking out. There is also a 20 dollar CASH ONLY deposit not previously mentioned.

Just a quick 1-night place to sleep before continuing our drive … front desk was friendly … But room was in bad condition unlike hotel’s photos, basic bed with 2 pillows, curtains falling apart, cabinet faces broken off, bathroom vanity falling apart sinking, 2 no so clean towels for 4 persons occupancy (did not use)

I checked in, and first thing I noticed was that overwhelming smell of cleaning products. I know the room is cheap, I'm not expecting 5 stars. But the smell was so strong it gave me a headache after just a few minutes. My room was two queen beds, and there was one pillow between them. Not even each. The room curtains wouldn't completely close, I had to prop one of my bags against the fabric to hold it shut. Whatever, I was just going to deal with it. Left my stuff and came back after a few hours, only to find my room door open. That was the final straw. I told the front desk clerk, and was told I couldn't get a refund because I booked through Expedia. I checked out that same night. Still waiting to hear back from Expedia on getting a refund.

Staying at this location while traveling for work. The front desk is very kind and has made my stay very comfortable and stress free! They have done a bunch of upgrades to the property and respond quickly to any problems. Definitely a good choice for anyone traveling for work. Easy access to interstate casino right down the street as well as restaurants within walking distance.

The suite I booked and paid the guarantee for, was booked to someone else. I was down graded from a King suite to a queen single, at the same price. There is a 50 dollar cash deposit, which isn't mentioned, until check in. There was a 19 dollar extra guest fee, which wasn't mentioned. Very unsatisfied with Bliss point and hotels.com .

It was very snowy/icy out and they have tile/marble type floors with hardly any rugs down and just a caution wet floor sign out. They also expected a $20 cash deposit at check in with no notice of this policy anywhere except a paper hanging on the wall behind the desk. I booked a king room and was given a double room instead. The deadbolt was broken on the door and instead of just getting us another room they offered to call a handyman and have us wait for a few hours (it was after 9pm at this point) to fix it. We had to ask for other room instead. Won't be returning.

There were too many people in the parking lot. The fact I had to get sheets from the front desk to clean my own room made me think I paid too much in advance when I booked it. You had to beg for towels and wash clothes, also at the front desk. Nobody was hardly ever at the front desk when I came and went. The check in was disturbing at best.

The room I booked wasn’t available so they gave me a King suite which I had to pay the difference for. No trash cans in the room. Had a coffee pot but no coffee or even cups if I was prepared and brought my own. Would not recommend
