The layout of this hotel is a real inconvenience. There is only one elevator and it’s at the opposite end of the bldg from the check in desk. We consistently had issues with our room keys, either unlocking our door and the door not automatically locking itself back for the security or we’d use card for entrance twice, it would then stop working, and we’d have to go back to the front desk MULTIPLE times for a new key card. Rooms could definitely use an update as well. Pool was nice

Nice amenities - fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker and pool, gym, good parking. Nice big room and bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast included hot food and a restaurant across the street for dinner. Perfect!

Everything you expect from a Best Western...a good solid motel. It does have a strange configuration with the main entrance and check-in at one end of the building and the only elevator at the other end of the building.

The doors/ elevators are way in the back, not enough lights, coverage and doesn’t feel at all safe, traveling alone was really scary.

This hotel is a surprise. It's been updated and is very clean. Breakfast was standard eggs, sausage, oatmeal, waffles, breads, sweets, fruit, yogurt plus a few other things.

It was a very nice hotel but the toilet bowl had pubic hair all over the base and urine. As a custodian at the school board I notice things like that. I quick wipe I wouldn’t of cared but it looked like it was there for a long time

Staff were awesome- friendly and helpful. Did have peeling wallpaper and very dirty showerhead- had to clean actual dirt off of it before using it. Room not very clean. Had to empty own garbage and get new liners and get own towels. Food was awesome!!

It’s been a while since I stayed at a hotel that felt welcoming and clean. Friendly atmosphere. Good breakfast. Room and bathroom was very clean. No stains on the furniture. Bed was comfortable.The bedding even looked clean and fresh.

Hotel staff was amazing! The daily breakfast had great options. Rooms were clean and big. The shower water pressure was good. Only complaint was the beds were rock hard. Everyone complained about the beds. Half way throughout the night I had To move to the chair because the bed so was uncomfortable

Great location near NFL Pro Football Hall of Fame. Room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast is exceptional. The bed in my room was comfortable, but a little too soft for me. Staff very friendly and helpful. The ice machine is not too close to the rooms in the back (where I was at). Business center was towards the back.

I booked a suite for me and my wifes stay. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. I enjoyed that there was a desk in the room with an office chair so i could read and work. The mini refrigerator was of a good size, where i could store multiple Tupperware bowls and bottles of water. The breakfst was very good and offered great variety.

I stayed one night and I set the temperature in the room to lower and have the fan running on low but the fan never stayed on and the unit did not cool very well. There was also hair in the sink which I assume was from a man shaving prior to my stay. The tiles were all cracked and I stubbed my foot on a corner that was sticking up. The satellite wasn’t working except a few channels. The microwave in the room didn’t work.

A bit older than we expected, referring to the overall feel. But otherwise, comfortable room, clean with nice bathroom, and toiletries. The mattresses were a bit soft for our liking, and curved in the middle, thus when two people shared a bed, we kept on bumping into each other in the middle of night. Might not be a big deal for many. Quite good breakfast.

Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, as our room cards kept losing their ability to open our room's door and each evening we returned to the Service Desk to get them recoded. Don't know why this was happening, but it was addressed each time quickly. The "breakfast lady" was amazing! She was in several places at once it seemed ;-) Nothing ever went empty, she had a smile to greet each guest, and kept the tables cleared/cleaned with great efficiency.

We had problems with our key cards every day multiple times a day along with multiple other guests. We were locked out nightly and had to get our cards reactivated which was a huge hassle. The front desk people were all nice with the exception of one girl who blamed us for our cards not working. Room was fine, shower was hot and the beds were comfortable. Overall not a bad stay.

The kitchen staff and the maid service was very pleasant. The front desk staff was getting annoyed with me because I kept a check on if and when the rooms would be ready. They kept given different time the room would be ready, but the check in was not until around 5:35 PM. The check in time was to be at 3:00 PM and it was 2.5 hours later that we were able to get a room after traveling so far, this was not acceptable that the rooms would to be ready at the time stated, i could see being possibly 30 mins late for them to assign a room, but 2.5 hours was unacceptable.

Our stay was excellent from check in to check out. Brandon was at the desk at check in and was very friendly and engaging. We had a suite that was clean and comfortable. The woman who set up breakfast was very friendly and kept the lunch room clean and the food hot and fresh. Most definitely WILL stay here again!!

When I arrived after a very long day of travel was advised of a 50.00 deposit. This was never advised anywhere during the booking process. I had 47.00 available on my card until my check hit my acct at midnight. Front desk agent called mgr and said she would not allow me to give deposit in am. Agent refused to check me in. I had no idea what to do. I stated i was from AZ.. What am I supposed to do? She just shrugged her shoulders. I had to find someone to transfer me $3.00!! When I finally got checked in and up to the second floor, it reeked of marijuana. The room was nice; spacious and clean. However when i called to get wakeup call, the phone didnt work. Next day I got back from shopping with a number of bags and the elevator was broke. Went up the stairs and got to my room and the card key didnt work. Had to lug everything back down the stairs to get a new key and the front desk agent quizzed me on how to use the key ...seriously? Finally gave me a new key. Buffet breakfast was very good. Really alot of little annoying cust service issues which added up to me seriously considering if I would stay here again next time. I have stayed here before and customer service has deteriorated considerably

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet had an adequate array of items to choose from. The hotel is located in a major shopping/dining area of Canton. While not walkable, it's within a 5 minute drive of many options. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is average. We drove in 9 hours to stay for 3 nights and were charged the whole cost of hotel before we even left for town that day and then the deposit when we got there. Seems ass backwards as were planning to pay when we got there or at least at check out per us using expedia. Not both things on day 1 but thats their rules and we wont stay here again because of that. Luckily the stay wasn't terrible but regardless its not fair. Thats like having to pay for food at a restaurant before you get there and sit down. Like what if the food is bad? But you were already charged for it? Beds are rock hard. AC unit in room very noisy. Continental breakfast is mediocre. Luckily we were only here for sleep and gone most of the day. Choose wisely.

If your hotel needs are as basic as mine – clean, arctic air conditioning, staff that doesn't treat you like you've personally wronged them in a past life, and a breakfast that prevents existential hunger pangs – then this place is a winner. Check-in was smooth thanks to the friendly face at the front desk. Our room was spotless and the bathroom boasted water pressure that could knock your socks off (if you were showering with socks on, which, you know, no judgment). The beds were comfy and the A/C blasted so well that I half-expected penguins to waddle in. Breakfast was your standard continental spread, complete with a self-serve waffle station, eggs, potatoes, pastries, yogurt, fruit, juice, and coffee. Location-wise, it's surrounded by food and shops galore, though "walkable" might be a generous term unless you're brave enough to play real-life Frogger with those busy roads! Bottom line: if you appreciate a solid, no-frills experience that won't break the bank, then slap down your credit card and book it. We'd definitely crash here again if our travels ever bring us back this way.
