This hotel should not be booking people at one-fifty a night when they are undergoing significant renovations. There was no mention of renovations in either booking email or at checkin, but after we left the check-in desk, we went down the hall to take the elevator, the pool room was full of smoking construction workers running screaming cement saws. I get that the pool needs renovation, but the smoke was wafting down the hall past the THIS IS A NO SMOKING HOTEL sign. We went up to the second floor and the elevator opened to a complete construction mess. All the walls were stripped down to rough and patchy drywall and the rooms had numbers taped into each door. Definitely felt like we were in the middle of an unfinished construction site. Hard to understand how Comfort Sites thinks it’s ok to rent rooms in this shape, why not renovate one floor at a time? When I asked about it at the desk he said he could move me to another floor but then admitted that floor too had been stripped to bare drywall. Our Room was clean and fine, bathroom had new tile floor but was otherwise a bit worn but clean. WiFi super slow. No shampoo or liquid hand soap in the dispensers. This place REALLY needs work. Definitely not worth what I was charged.

The shuttle has limited hours. I picked it for the free shuttle but it doesn't leave in time for my plane. Also there might be some reason to try to schedule an advance. I was going to try to get my global entry interview so I didn't set a time. She seemed a bit taken aback when I called and said I needed to shuttle though they did get one to me eventually. I didn't mind the lag but I'm not sure it's guaranteed you will get one if you can't tell them the time you need it. That's difficult with an international flight.

Came out to Leesburg for a solo staycation. Hotel wasn’t brand new but nice and clean and very close to downtown area (which was my goal for getting dinner, drinking and walking around). Staff was super friendly and the room was very nice. I appreciated small touches like a bedside table you could bring over if you wanted. Indoor pool was nice but a little chilly. Bed was big and comfy. Breakfast was pretty extensive with lots of hot and cold options. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Good location, but there were a few issues. The gym was closed, the hinges inside the room were very loud. If someone went to the bathroom in the middle of the night, it would wake anyone sleeping. Printer in the "business center" did not work.

Under construction right now which I don’t mind as it’s quiet but there’s dirt and dust everywhere including my room which has mud splatters all over the floor. Front desk was also unhelpful and gave no info for breakfast and could barely tell me how to get to my room

The hotel was easy to find and check in was a breeze. I didn't get her name, but the woman that checked me in was very friendly & helpful. Room size was nice, loved having a balcony. Got take-out and enjoyed a night outside. The bathroom could have definitely been a lot cleaner. There was plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was really not amazing. There were chicken patties instead of any sausage or bacon.

The room is clean, but we encountered several issues: 1. AC is not working. I had to ask for a fan to help blow the barely cold air coming from the AC unit. 2. The bathroom has no toilet paper holder, and they left a toilet paper that was previously used. 3. A few bed bug bites. 4. Loose electrical outlets.

Room and hotel was good. I would recommend that you do not accept room 112. It is next to the elevators, and at 2:00 am a group of people decided to end their evening standing right outside our door for 45 minutes laughing and carrying on. The front desk person was only 50 feet away and they should have said something to them. Ruined the whole purpose of staying here, to sleep.

We had a room with an adjoining door between the room next door- when our neighbors arrived at 10 pm it was as if they were in the room with us. SO incredibly loud. No insulation in the door whatsoever. Very frustrating. This was a handicap-accessible room without carpet which seemed to make noise problem worse. Would not stay there again.

We certainly will be booking at this property again. We were checked in by Melissa and Checked out by Sussie both very sweet and accommodating, The mattress are extremely comfortable. This coming from someone with lumbar issues. Breakfast was ok, but that coffee was on point. The cleaning ladies are all nice.They are replacing everything literally couches, lamps tables etc. We did see it happening. But there's No noise. Thank goodness. I hope they see this. Thank guys.

I was in town for a function and then time with family. I was there for 5 days. Check in-couldn’t have gone better. Patrick is an asset to the company! He’s knowledgeable, friendly, professional. Had trouble finding a clean, safe place in the past. This place is perfect! I will be back!

Larry at the desk took my reservations. We booked two rooms to attend a local wedding and he was extremely helpful in securing the rooms as well as getting us in a little early. He assisted with info regarding distance to the venue and was kind and personable when we checked in. The rooms/facility were so clean and updated. Breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

The beds were uncomfortable. The mattress topper was also smaller than the bed. For some reason I didn’t feel secure. It’s not the hotel’s fault there were young men playing in the hall but this contributed to my mediocre experience. It was close to the things I needed to get to. The breakfast was ok, pancake machine was down but other hot food available. It was clean and staff very friendly.
