Not sure if we were the first renters of the season but if we were, the house should have had a good pre season clean. Lots of stink bugs inside the house (both dead and alive). House internet was extremely slow. We ended up using our own hotspot which was much faster. The screened in porch was very comfortable and a great place to read and chill. Very nice lower dock and deck area. We spent a lot of time down there fishing. We had one issue and the owner quickly responded. Overall a very nice relaxing week.

House is a great option for out of town guests. It was well equipped with extra blankets, basic cooking supplies, a few kids toys. It worked well for our small family. Keep in mind, you are in the woods, so the normal things that accompany that are there. Don’t be surprised with a few bug friends, limited cell signal and a windy road back to the house. But these things didn’t bother us as we expected it.
