Visited Scottsdale for our annual golf trip and the house was exactly what we were looking for. Well stocked/supplied, 4 king size beds, private baths, amazing views of Scottsdale and maintained hot tub/pool. Will 100% rent here again

It was cold (30s at night, 50 -60 day), but the sun and surroundings were wonderful. We hiked or visited art galleries each day, and always unwound in the evening in the hot tub which heated up nicely in 20 minutes or so. The pool itself was a beauty, but too cold to heat easily. We didn’t use any of the extensive sports offerings, but if I were to return with my kids and grandkids they would love it.The house was great except that we found the living room unwelcoming at night due to the current overhead lights. A few floor lamps would improve the ambiance. My only other quibble is that the shower cabinets were small for such an otherwise luxurious house.Cherrel was great, very responsive, easy to communicate with. Many good restaurants in Scottsdale, close by supermarkets. All in all a really good time.

Absolutely amazing outdoor living space (with umbrellas - critical!) which was the most important attribute for us. We spent every waking moment outside enjoying it. The house is super too - roomy, great kitchen and everything you’d need. My one issue is the pool is a bit too chilly for me so I would (will!) heat it next time. Highly recommend!

Second visit to this property and hopefully we will be back again! So much to do; pool/spa, tennis, golf, nearby hiking, close to Scottsdale - we had a blast! Fully equipped kitchen with everything a traveler could want. And those views are to die for! Cherrel is the best, great communicator and very kind. Highly recommend!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Staid a week here, the value for money is great. Superb grounds and amazing morning & evening views. The outdoor space is great and the photos don’t do it justice. Golf hole, tennis court, great pool and plenty outdoor space to walk. Will visit again.

We loved staying here! We played a little tennis, swam, enjoyed sunsets in the spa, and did a little putting all without leaving the property. It was beautiful! The property manager was amazing as well! She is fantastic! I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return!

The property had a beautiful view of the valley and ample space but aside from that we were quite disappointed. Issues : The property is not representative of the listing. Its VERY dated and run down. The property has very dated furnishings, oily and dirty pool furniture, broken fixtures. eg. broken barbeque light, ceiling fan in bedroom 4., broken umbrella, many cracks in tennis court. Barbeque is old , rusty and needs replacing . pool was not heated upon arrival and never did heat up for us so that we could swim. The remote control feature for the spa was quite old and difficult to use. we spent hours trying to work the pool and spa equipment. In all of our prior experience with rental properties this one is perhaps the least positive experience given how outdated the house was. Appears very minimal if any investment for several years. no proactive outreach from property manager upon arrival or during our stay. I reached out the first day with questions on the pool tech and did receive a prompt answer back but that was it from Cherrel until she advised us of our checkout time. Happy to submit pictures.

We had a wonderful short stay here. The property was well kept and beautiful. We brought our daughter who is a little over 1 and she had a great time exploring. The home has a lot of soul and is in a fantastic location. Highly recommend and if we have a need to rent again we will look for availability. The owner is also incredibly responsive and kind!

We had planned this trip six months ago and this wonderful property didn't disappoint. It easily accommodated eight adults. The kitchen was huge with plenty of tools. Living room very comfortable. The pool and spa along with patio furniture were terrific. We would love to go back.

A group of friends met to enjoy some tennis and swimming. We had a fantastic time. The property really did have everything... every piece of cookware and appliance you may need, great sheets and linens, plenty of towels, games, books, immaculate grounds, and a great view.

I do not know where to start! Everything, absolutely everything was perfect! We had three beautiful, sunny days at this amazing location. Cherrel was an attentive hostess to say the least. When we arrived, we were greeted by a breathtaking view of the pool and the well-groomed grounds. Along with that, birthday ballons were waiting for the “birthday girl”. How thoughtful of you Cherrel! Above and beyond in every respect. The grounds, tennis court, swimming pool, hot tub and various gathering spots were used with delight. This was a dream weekend. We hope to repeat next year. Thank you Cherrel. You are wonderful!

Firstly, the photos do not do this. Beautiful home and property justice. There were nine of us and it was a comfortable stay. Plenty of outdoor living space. We really enjoyed the hot tub, the pool and gathering around the outside fire pit. The early morning views all the way through to sunset was stunning.

There really is not downside of this house. The vista is amazing, the beds are comfortable, the AC is great, the pool is amazing, the kitchen is impressively stocked and the grounds are beautiful. Cherrel is totally responsive, polite and helpful. This was our second time here and we look forward to our 3rd trip!

This property is nothing short of amazing! Visited the 1st week of the new year, Jan, 2024. Our family goal is to visit every state, and this years trip was AZ. Our family is myself, my husband and our 22 yr old son, 20 yr old son and 12 yr old daughter. Traveling is hard with such a diverse age range, and we know wont last much longer. This house checked all the boxes! The house is set up perfect for us, with room to spread out. Great kitchen for family meals. But the best part is the backyard and the views. Every sunset was picture perfect. We didnt get to enjoy the pool due to the weather (highs in the upper 50's), but got use of the hot tub, basketball court, played pickle ball and tennis and golf as well. I highly suggest if staying here you plan 1 day to enjoy the property. We were going to go golfing one day, but instead enjoyed a day full of outdoor activity at the house. Its also very private which is great. And for us, staying here allowed a short trip from the airport, a trip to the Suns game (30 mins) and a trip to Sendona for the day (2 hours), so we got to see a lot of AZ. Overall I highly suggest this property, you wont be disappointed.

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Only negative is the back bedroom and bathroom need renavated; maybe could scale back on all the kitchen dishes and glasses. But location and outdoor area are beautiful and can’t be beat.

Wonderful stay! The hostess is the best! Responded immediately to our questions! We celebrated our 50th there Thanksgiving week with six adults and 4 children! House is perfect for a large group! The children loved the pool and tennis court. The adults all loved the back yard and sunsets! Incredible views! Great location! Private and secluded! Would recommend this to anyone! My second stay at this property and it was every bit as relaxing, peaceful, beautiful, and easy as the first. It is in a quiet neighborhood - the only other humans we saw were by choice. Two of us didn’t leave the property (we had a store runner 😊) after arriving - we didn’t want to spend a minute doing anything other than enjoying the pool, views, and house. The best part though? Cherrel Mahinay, our host. She is responsive, informative, communicative, and does whatever she can to help make your stay perfect. Seriously - have not had better. Hope to return again soon!

Two of us didn’t leave the property (we had a store runner 😊) after arriving - we didn’t want to spend a minute doing anything other than enjoying the pool, views, and house. The best part though? Cherrel Mahinay, our host. She is responsive, informative, communicative, and does whatever she can to help make your stay perfect. Seriously - have not had better. Hope to return again soon!

We loved staying here! We played a little tennis, swam, enjoyed sunsets in the spa, and did a little putting all without leaving the property. It was beautiful! The property manager was amazing as well! She is fantastic! I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return!

I do not know where to start! Everything, absolutely everything was perfect! We had three beautiful, sunny days at this amazing location. Cherrel was an attentive hostess to say the least. When we arrived, we were greeted by a breathtaking view of the pool and the well-groomed grounds. Along with that, birthday ballons were waiting for the “birthday girl”. How thoughtful of you Cherrel! Above and beyond in every respect. The grounds, tennis court, swimming pool, hot tub and various gathering spots were used with delight. This was a dream weekend. We hope to repeat next year. Thank you Cherrel. You are wonderful!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay ! The place was exactly as described and had everything we could ever need. It's so peaceful and quiet and we loved relaxing outback in the afternoons. Close to so many attractions , we did quite a bit of sightseeing in the cooler mornings. We would definitely come back again and we think our kids would love the property too! Also the master bed is so comfortable! Can't wait to go back.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pictures on VRBO did not do the house justice. It was even better than I thought it was going to be by looking at the pictures. The property manager Cherrel was very attentive, helpful, and responsive. We will come back to her property again. The location was perfect, the views were spectacular, and the house amenities made the stay even better.

Staid a week here, the value for money is great. Superb grounds and amazing morning & evening views. The outdoor space is great and the photos don’t do it justice. Golf hole, tennis court, great pool and plenty outdoor space to walk. Will visit again.

This property is nothing short of amazing! Visited the 1st week of the new year, Jan, 2024. Our family goal is to visit every state, and this years trip was AZ. Our family is myself, my husband and our 22 yr old son, 20 yr old son and 12 yr old daughter. Traveling is hard with such a diverse age range, and we know wont last much longer. This house checked all the boxes! The house is set up perfect for us, with room to spread out. Great kitchen for family meals. But the best part is the backyard and the views. Every sunset was picture perfect. We didnt get to enjoy the pool due to the weather (highs in the upper 50's), but got use of the hot tub, basketball court, played pickle ball and tennis and golf as well. I highly suggest if staying here you plan 1 day to enjoy the property. We were going to go golfing one day, but instead enjoyed a day full of outdoor activity at the house. Its also very private which is great. And for us, staying here allowed a short trip from the airport, a trip to the Suns game (30 mins) and a trip to Sendona for the day (2 hours), so we got to see a lot of AZ. Overall I highly suggest this property, you wont be disappointed.

I must disclose this is our 2nd visit to this unique property. The view is stunning. Close to some impressive fine dining:) The wildlife watching was a bit of a nice surprise. Having coffee in the early morning on the patio, we watched baby bunnies and quail families as they made their way across the grounds. We even saw a roadrunner a couple of times. For a bird nerd, was quite a thrill. The home is finely appointed and has a kitchen with every gadget you can imagine. We look forward to our next visit ❤️

It was cold (30s at night, 50 -60 day), but the sun and surroundings were wonderful. We hiked or visited art galleries each day, and always unwound in the evening in the hot tub which heated up nicely in 20 minutes or so. The pool itself was a beauty, but too cold to heat easily. We didn’t use any of the extensive sports offerings, but if I were to return with my kids and grandkids they would love it.The house was great except that we found the living room unwelcoming at night due to the current overhead lights. A few floor lamps would improve the ambiance. My only other quibble is that the shower cabinets were small for such an otherwise luxurious house.Cherrel was great, very responsive, easy to communicate with. Many good restaurants in Scottsdale, close by supermarkets. All in all a really good time.

Second visit to this property and hopefully we will be back again! So much to do; pool/spa, tennis, golf, nearby hiking, close to Scottsdale - we had a blast! The backyard and pool were the reasons we booked this house and they didn't disappoint. Very private and relaxing. Felt like a private resort. House had everything we needed and was close to many great restaurants. Check in and out was very easy as well. A fabulous stay!
