I liked everything about my stay except the fact that I was on the second floor and there was no elevator. Nothing about the place was ADA acceptable. I use a cane and managed, but it would have been nice to know.

There was a strong smell in the hallway and a different smell in our room. Our bathroom door was taped together and we could not close wall the way because it stuck shut. Parking was good and breakfast was good.

For the price and the amenities you can't beat this place. Everything was clean and well kept. There was a funky smell in our room but we turned up the AC and went for a meal. We were to tired to go and find a scented candle in a store, we went back to room and to bed. It was nice to have two queen beds. We usually prefer a king bed, but I just had knee surgery so it was nice to have my own bed. There was no meat or protein option for breakfast. I missed having orange juice but their apple juice (which I usually never drink) was very tasty. I was glad to have waffles as an option. We are planning to stay there on our return trip.

The beds had very good mattress covers, and blankets. When staff interacted, they were VERY kind. One of the pillows had a large hole in it, with stuffing coming out. The front desk was often unattended. Breakfast had no protein options and there were multiple golf ball sized black mold spots on the bathroom ceiling. I could tell it was family operated and the folks really were very kind but the quality just wasn’t there. All in all, we would have paid the extra $40 to stay in the other hotel across the parking lot.

This is a nice clean older hotel in Columbus. The room we were in had new beds and bedding, and a new HVAC unit and carpet. It's an older property, but they have done a good job keeping it clean and well maintained.

The staff was friendly enough. The building as a whole had a strange smell. My room had been quick cleaned, but it was easy to see that it had not been deep cleaned in a while. Evidenced by looking around the edges of furniture and finding unvacuumed piles of debris, weird stain spots one bed and also one chair. The price was right, but I guess I get what I paid for.

The good.. clean and nice, front service desk is awesome. Breakfast looked and smelled good even though I didn't utilize it. Bed was comfy, and room is good size. The bad.. least for me. Traffic noise, train noise, and bells. The bells have meaning, but if a light sleeper or something might bother some. Took a long time to get room to a decent temp. Heater was off, other than that, its well worth the price and ease of staying. Definitely would stay again, although ask for a room on the opposite side of road.

I am sure they are great people. However, I did ask for a spoon at the front desk around 2 to 3 this morning and due to my son having a fever over 103. And they wouldn't even come to the front desk nor would they give me a silly spoon. I know this might sound petty, but there are multiple Occasions where we asked for simple things and they just pushed us off.

Have stayed at this location a few times this year. Staff were always pleasant and accommodating. Wish there was more proteins available in the breakfast selections available. The beds are comfortable. I didn't put out a do not disturb sign to my room, not realizing I should have done this since I have stayed in so many places that say to request a change of stuff if staying more than a night. They remade the room. And replenished the soap and shampoos, soap etc. For the time being they have kept their prices lower than others.

I called saying we were going to be late checking in and they were waiting at desk with room key ready when we got there at 11:30pm. They were very accommodating with us getting there so late. Very clean place to stay.

We were in town for a wedding, so only spent time in the room to sleep and eat breakfast before checking out. There was a lot of construction going on in the area, which was a bit inconvenient, but that had nothing to do with the facility. While some upgrading could be done, we felt that it was clean and comfortable to sleep.

Came to Columbus for a family get-together that was ultimately cut short due to illness. When we saw all the construction near some of the other hotels we looked at online, we were glad to have booked this one. We had a quiet, pleasant stay even though there was a vintage car show in the lot next door (Ramada) along with live music. The staff here was great and made good dining recommendations for a nice restaurant nearby. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower head was awesome. Room was clean without any lingering odors. As mentioned, we ended up cutting our two-night stay short but were refunded for the second night no problem. We will certainly stay here again when visiting the area.

The property and the room were very neat and clean. Nothing extraordinary. The breakfast selection was very limited. The front desk personnel and staff were helpful and courteous. The room had a refrigerator and microwave. I would stay here again but bring along breakfast bars and fruit.

Columbus Inn met my expectations well. the lobby was clean, the front desk clerk was friendly, service was prompt, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was typical motel fair, but they had a waffle maker, which is always nice :)
