easy check in, nice and clean room. The only thing to be aware of is a large truck stop directly across the road, but while you can hear it if your TV isn't on, it wasn't loud enough to wake me up. Hot tub, and pool area were clean and working well.

We noticed the cleanliness of the property first as well as the easy parking! We got to pick the floor we preferred and had a great room! The breakfast and breakfast staff were excellent!! The pool was cleaned and well stocked too!!!

Had to call to get front desk assistance to check in. Elevators were down due to lightning strike, thankfully we were on the 2nd floor and my son carried my suitcase up for me. Stairway smelled like a dirty wet dog. Room was nice, clean, beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean.

The hotel was very clean overall. We rented the suite for this trip. Lots of room to lounge, work on my laptop and sleep. It was a wonderful room. The breakfast was very good with scrabbled eggs, sausage, biskets, and gravy, pancakes, cereal, milk, yogurt, juices. I will go back,next time I am in Columbus, NE.

The tv didn’t work, had to move us to another room. Housekeeping woke us up early saying the room was marked as no one in it. Then 39 minutes later the room phone rang and woke us again. Hotel very noisy.

We stay at a lot of hotels, and this has been one of our top 5 stays. Even my kids kept raving on how great the hotel and the staff were. Upon arriving the gentlemen at the front desk gave us waters and knew with the amount of people we had we would need a few extra things. So he brought them to our room! He brought more than I asked for even. Every time we needed something the staff worked quickly to help. The room was spacious and clean, and we were so comfortable we didn't want to leave. We will be back!

The hotel and employees were great. The problem is the hotel is built on a 4 lane truck route. The truck noise was horrendous. I used a white noise app and that helped but nothing could muffle the sound of a car drag racing down the highway at all hours of the night!

We checked in very late at night. The night desk was cheerful and kind. When leaving in the morning we again encountered the same cheerful employee as well as several other members of the staff who were also cheerful and kind. They truly made the experience wonderful.

Our entire experience was a five star. The only negative, which had nothing to do with actual stay, was all the road construction going on... it was a little difficult getting in and out. That should all be completed in the best future. Loved our stay... would definitely stay here again in the future.
