Chambre pour 2 personnes de taille correcte pour poser les bagages. La chambre etait propre, a revoir pour le sol de la salle de douche. Bon rapport qualité prix, confort mais chambre un peut brutante et la climatisation tres derangeante, heureusement elle peut etre éteinte. Petit déjeuner buffet inclus très bien. Très bon accueille de la part du personnel. Les pizzas du restaurant sont très bonnes. Petit plus, un pass pour les transports en communs fournis avec la chambre. A 20mn en bus de Lucerne.

Sehr nettes und freundliches Hotel Personal (u.a. Empfehlungen erhalten zu sehenswürdigen Ausflugszielen) Leckere Kaffeevarianten beim Frühstück. Klimaanlage im Zimmer perfekt, beim Frühstück war es leider ein wenig zu warm (Klimatisierung wäre zu empfehlen). Kostenloser Bus nach Luzern mit Gästekarte. Parkplätze wurden manchmal für Hotelgäste etwas zu knapp, wenn das Restaurant geöffnet hatte. Fazit: Hotel Lux "TIP TOP"

Nice hotel. Would recommend. Bus stop emmenbrucke sprengi. One bus line 61 was right across the street and line 2 was down the street. A Coop and an ATM were just down the road. Breakfast was free. AC was included and controls were in the room which is rare in Europe...Only negative were towels were scratchy. Fyi if you're an American, the blue liquid is both body wash and shampoo.

La struttura è in area tranquilla, a pochi minuti da Lucerna. I dintorni non offrono molto, qualche piccolo locale dove poter mangiare si trova, ma per quel che serviva a noi che eravamo di passaggio si è rivelata una scelta azzeccata. Check-in veloce. Camera pulita e confortevole. A parte le campane dell'orologio di Lucerna (verso sera) non si è rivelata una camera rumorosa. Colazione semplice ma sufficiente. Parcheggio a lato dell'albergo.

The room was spacious and clean, even the bathroom! We had a room with a big balcony. The breakfast was sufficient. Personal was friendly! We stayed only one night, but I wouldn't mind to stay longer and I would for sure stay here again when I visit this region of Switzerland.

Ich habe ein Zimmer für 3 Nächte gebucht. Leider bekomme ich ein dunkles Zimmer. Es gab nur ein Dachfenster, das sich in der Nähe eines Schornsteins befand (siehe Fotos). Schwarzer Kaminruß und Staub fallen auf das Bett und manchmal wird das Zimmer rauchig. Um das Dachfenster zu öffnen, muss man auf dem Bett oder einem Stuhl stehen. Die Hälfte des Zimmers ist wegen der Dachschräge nicht nutzbar. Den Hotelangestellten/Besitzern war es egal, dass das Zimmer, das Sie anboten haben, von schlechter Qualität war. Sie waren nicht hilfsbereit und unfreundlich gegenüber den Bedürfnissen der Gäste. Die Besitzer/Rezeptionisten sind schlechte Gastgeber. Dieses Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen. Nächste Woche brauche ich wieder ein Ich habe bereits eine ähnlich preisgünstige Alternative in Hergiswil am See (12 Minuten Zugfahrt nach Luzern) gefunden. Wenn man das LUX-Hotel wirklich buchen muss, ist das Zimmer 303 ein No-Go.

Etwas außerhalb von Luzern, aber direkten Bus in die Innenstadt und Bahnhof, ca. 100m vom Hotel, Dauer 30min. Empfang gemischte Erfahrung, die 1. Dame mittags war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Aber kein Early Check-in möglich. Abends beim Check-in nicht so toll. Zimmer sehr klein. Betten viel zu schmal, 80cm breit, kein umdrehen möglich, ohne im Ritz zu sein oder raus zu fallen. Kein Kühlschrank.

Wenn Du auf der rechten Seite des Doppelbettes liegst, kannst Du nur gebückt das Badezimmer erreichen. Sobald jemand im Bad ist, ist das Schlafzimmer hell erleuchtet. Ab ca. 05.00 Uhr hörst Du den Strassenverkehr, schwierig ohne Oropax weiterzuschlafen. Nie wieder

I had a nice stay here. Being on a budget, I was OK that the hotel is about 15 mins easy bus trip from the city. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fantastic. Considering the price compared to the downtown hotels, I found it fantastic value for money.

No nos dejaron entrar a la habitación, por un pequeño error al seleccionar al menor en la página decía 8 años pero la niña tenía 14 años, se seleccionaron 2 adultos y 1 menor, pero en la edad fue el error. Les pedimos de favor, pagar la diferencia de edad, y groseramente nos dijeron que NO. Después pedimos de favor entrar a la habitación solo una persona para cambiarse, ya que paso por incidente y se mojó, pues no quisieron😡 cuando la habitación ya estaba pagada. La recepcionista hasta nos insultó, nos corrio, y nos amenazo que si no nos íbamos, llamarían a la policía. Cero empatía por parte del personal de equipo del hotel, fue la peor experiencia y humillación de mi vida. Pues el $, pérdida total 😔 Espero que en realidad sirva mi comentario. Gracias por la oportunidad de compartir mi experiencia 😔

El hotel es incomodo para acceder alas habitaciones...el rececpcionista me estaba llamando antes del check out para que andase bajando porque era el unico cliente al parecer, ya que fue darle la tarjeta, cerrar la recepcion e irse, asi que tenia prisa porque bajase yo...y el desayuno, el mas escaso que he visto en mes y medio en suiza

Bon rapport qualité prix, confort mais chambre un peut brutante et la climatisation tres derangeante, heureusement elle peut etre éteinte. Petit déjeuner buffet inclus très bien. Très bon accueille de la part du personnel. Les pizzas du restaurant sont très bonnes. Petit plus, un pass pour les transports en communs fournis avec la chambre. A 20mn en bus de Lucerne.

I had a nice stay here. Being on a budget, I was OK that the hotel is about 15 mins easy bus trip from the city. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fantastic. Considering the price compared to the downtown hotels, I found it fantastic value for money.

Nice hotel. Would recommend. Bus stop emmenbrucke sprengi. One bus line 61 was right across the street and line 2 was down the street. A Coop and an ATM were just down the road. Breakfast was free. AC was included and controls were in the room which is rare in Europe...Only negative were towels were scratchy. Fyi if you're an American, the blue liquid is both body wash and shampoo.

Perfcet hotel as a night stage in way from north to south Europe, close to highways with parking, clean and comfortable. Luzern is as well really close by car or train.

We were given a free pass for the bus. The bus stop was very close to the hotel and we went to Lucerne for the day. We didn’t have to worry about finding parking in Lucerne. Very convenient.

Das Frühstück ist nicht von besonders guter Qualität. Auch die Minibar ist abgeschlossen, so dass man evtl. eigene Getränke nicht kühlen darf. Das Personal ist aber sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sauber.

The staff at the reception, kitchen and cleaning are amazing people. They did their jobs excellently each day and always ready to serve! The hotel itself is conveniently located, closed to bus stop and 10-15 minutes to Luzern station and nearby tourist spots, restaurants. Transportation like boats, buses, trains, etc that will bring you to your chosen destinations. Cheaper food markets are there too and is scattered everywhere. Overall, we had a wonderful time spent plus a beautiful weather during our stay from May 25-29.
